Mac was our server very nice ensured everything was great. Good was good beer was cold. Not overly crowded, great time.

Food is good , service is terrible . Food is consistent with what you get at most hooters restaurants but you might as well put on some orange shorts cause it takes forever to get a refill or just to see how you are doing . They make it seems like they are doing you a favor by being there , when most of the time you just want a cold beer, Daytona wings and some fried pickles. Also if you order online it never works and trying to call in orders is a hassle. read more

Before coming here, we read the reviews and it said that people had to wait, although there were plenty of tables open because they were short staffed. That's exactly why happened when we got there. The hostess was sitting down, and on her phone when we walked in. We had to get her attention and ask for a table. She said there would be a wait, but luckily we found a seat at the bar. The bartenders were awesome and attentive. The food was great and we enjoyed it. It seems like if they knew that they were short staffed long ago, that they would've fixed it by now.Is there is not enough people that wanna work here? What's the problem? Seems like an easy fix. Also, I saw no manager in sight while we were there. They seem busy and it would be worth it for the business to fix this. Also, the hostess sang kareoke while she should've been tending the hostess stand. read more

I understand what everyone is going through with this pandemic. With this said, what does it have anything to do with the quality of product and service. While at the bar one bartender or mixologist, whatever they wanna call themselves nowadays, was alone and took a while to take my order or even acknowledge me. So I ordered a beer and once o got it it was super frothy and not cold as it should be. She again took a long while to take my order because no one else even said hi to me. Once I got my order in ordered another beer. I saw how it was poured and she shook the mug to rid it of a huge head. The fries were horrible. Seemed as if I was chewing rubber. The only thing good was the wings. I'm half that hasn't changed. Hot beer and rubber fries. Twin peaks is close by for next time. I've never had hot beer there. read more

45 minute wait on Thursday at 4:15 pm. Had to wait outside in 93 degree heat. Waitress did best to be welcoming, but I'm not waiting. Headed to Cheddars. Actuall waited for one hour, went back in and they said they wrote the cell number down wrong. They seated me and slow and bad service from waitress caused me to ask another server for paper towels and ranch dressing that they didn't give me for my salad. Then they forgot me on towels and never got my ranch. Look like a bunch of new employees were being trained. I left $10 for waitress that helped in the end, she wasn't the original waitress who abandoned the customer when food showed up. read more

We ordered the buffalo shrimp which were very good this was at about 6:30 today the total was 14.60 which I gave her a 20 she gave me a 5 dollar and told me have a good day when I asked her for my 40 cents she said oh we don't give coin change Y'all should have a sign at the door saying exact change please read more

Food was ok, definitely not great. The wait for a to go order was 45 minutes. The worst part is that fact that the restaurant is disgustingly filthy. Won't be back read more

Awful service don't come here, took 30 minutes to get sat down. There was so many open tables, and then i ordered a double crown and sprite and the waitress said "i know this isnt what you ordered and still handed it to me and never fixed the drink, and then we never recieved our fountain drinks, just complete awful experience, never coming here again read more

I would give this zero stars if I could. The restaurant was half empty and I asked to be seated as a table of one. I waited for over 10 minutes while the host disappeared. I was the only one in line waiting for a table. After asking how much longer it'd take-- the host said "oh yeah... I'll work on it". I decided to leave which was probably in my best interest as the food looked terrible here. Don't waste your time. You could get better service at Wendy's next door. read more

My love for Hooters cannot be overestimated. Especially during the NFL season. I recommend the Daytona Wings w/ranch although a side of barbecue doesn't hurt either. A tremendous shout-out to China. A wonderful waitress with personality. Management & staff have come a long way in this place. BWW is a nice diversion once in a while but I only get my wings from Hooters. I also highly suggest the Buffalo Chicken sandwich in Daytona sauce (breaded) and the sweet potato fries. Not bad. read more

Walked in seen plenty of empty tables and the hostess says 1.5-2 hour wait !!!! Seems like they just didn't want to serve anyone.

In Odessa on business, went since it's closest to hotel. Good on first night, downright terrible the next. Been a minute since someone tried to convince me chicken tenders take more than an hour with a straight face and not apologize/make it up to you. Plenty of better options up the street. read more

It's been over a year since my last visit to Hooters in Odessa! And i can say i see why it will probably take a couple more before i come back! Cold food and slow service! read more

I have never in my life experienced such terrible not only customer service, but food quality and time wasting as well. Also, the AC was out and it was over 80 degrees in the restaurant. We first ordered our food & my husband and brother both ordered their "all you can eat wings". We waited over 45 minutes (there were no more than 20 people there eating) full kitchen staff, manager walking around doing nothing. After our food came out, my husband and brother both ordered another round of wings. 40 minutes later they finally came out. Barely got our moneys worth of wings because we ended up just saying screw it and left. My husband was annoyed because if you advertise "all you can eat" wings, you need to have them served within 5-10 minutes. No reason another round should take 40+ minutes. So incredibly disappointed and annoyed and will never be back. read more

Worst service in west texas. It all starts with your management team. The older manager is very rude has no customer service. The kitchen always messes up orders and takes for ever to get your food out! The front host staff is very rude and lies about wait times. Tell you one time for your wait then when you come back to ask how long your wait is they will tell you another longer wait time! You will have 1hr wait time on a table when there are open tables all over the restaurant. Do not recommend this Hooters at all!!! read more

The service was Horrible! We waited for an hour, but eventually we left. The waitresses kept passing by us while others who arrived after us got served. read more

HORRIBLE night here. I came with my friend to eat and enjoy our night... we sat here for an hour and a half before getting our food. Which was only 10 wings each. My sons macaroni was burnt so he wouldn't eat it. Our waitress Liz had 0 interest in serving us. Our drinks sat empty and even when I expressed how upset I was she just said "awe I'm sorry" and walked off. The female manager brought the food out with her and again did not care that we were visibly upset at the service and food quality. Did not even offer to take off the Mac and cheese. I would have been happy if either of them had even tried to apologize. I should have just walked out. read more

Have been two times so far. First time was late at night before closing, service was good and friendly, smoked wings were on point. Second time was 3 in the afternoon (I want to avoid rush hours) service was terrible. I don't want to blast the waitress, but after observing all the others it seems I just got stuck with a lazy one. Even had another table in her section walk out. I was tempted to ask to move section lol... Over all so far the beer is great, wings are on point, service 1-1.... And always nice scenery. ..but hey I come for the food ;) read more

Never coming here again! Terrible service! To start out, it wasn't busy so we thought it'd be an easy in and out. We ordered and waited 40 minutes for the food. Our waitress was talking to her co-workers for most of the time and only came once to ask if everything was okay. To-go orders seemed to be important, and others that got there after us received their food in a timely manner when it was just 3 of us. Bad bad service, wouldn't have gone here had i read the reviews. read more

Service is terrible!!!!!! Hostess talked to her co-worker for five minutes, I had to I interrupt them to ask if I could set at the bar. When setting at the bar I had to ask for service and again to order food. I was the only one setting at the bar for over 15 minutes. I guess the text messages are more important than her job. I will never be back!!!!!! read more

I was at the Odessa Texas Hooters and was not impressed. I was there 3 hours and the bartender charged me for 10 beers! No way I could drink that in 3 hours, and if I did the bartender and Hooters is responsible for any accident I might have caused. It took 30 minutes to get a beer, so I know I didn't have 10. My minimum wait time for a beer was 10 minutes, so that's 30 minutes waiting on beers. And another 30 minutes to drink 3 beers in an hour?! No wonder the place is always 3/4 empty. Don't go to the Odessa Hooters. Any place else is better. read more

Ordered 2 deserts to be delivered to my hotel last night and I waited up until like 8:30 and it never came, the original delivery time was for 7:10 pm You actually get worse service trying to use the app and eating it at your place ‍ read more

What the hell happened to Hooter's??! If there was less than one star - or negative stars - I'd give it. Friday night. There's a crowd of course, but only a 15-20 min wait, which is less than most places on a weekend eve. Instead of waiting in the front, and buddy and I went to the bar. Grab two seats and waited to order a beer. That wait turned out to be nearly 45min. Bartender after bartender kept saying they'd be with us in a moment. And not just us, those next to us. I've never seen such slow service. Finally got the beers, then didn't get served or even asked how we were doing, or if we wanted to eat, nothing. Decided to hang in there, finally grabbed a waitress walking by and asked for menus. Even with menus in hand, no service until we asked for it. Barkeep just kept ignoring people. Sipping on her energy drink, clearly not giving her energy. Stopped another waitress and asked if she'd take our order. Order was placed, finally. I won't go into the quality of the food, other than saying it will be my last time to ever go into the Odessa Hooter's. Such a let down. I feel sad for the establishment, it used to be the best place in Odessa at one time. We spent an hour & a half at the bar and got 2 beers each. read more

Basically if you're oil trash, this is the perfect place for you because the girls will go to the end of the earth for y'all. Women and families, good luck because you'll never get your food until you threaten to leave and then it's ice cold. Didn't pay for our meals, obviously. I get it's your job to flirt with oil trash, but you definitely can't neglect your other customers. read more

The worst. Took about 45 minutes to be seated. Was told by the hostess they were short staffed which is something I understand, but the 2 waitresses that were working obviously didn't care about anything other then chitchatting with their group of friends about some drama that happened at work that day, must have been something serious because, I shid you not, the cook came out and started chatting with them very loudly about it, he even apologized to us about cussing right in front of us ( they were literally at the table right next to us probably not even 6 feet away ). Then he just continued talking about the drama and cussing. I don't really care about the language but there was a group of 2 small kids right next to us. Waited 15 minutes for a beer, another 30 for shrimp tacos that had like 3 baby sized shrimp and about a cup of slaw in each one. The only take away was the hostess and waitress were pretty nice..definitely lack any sort of management. I've never even written a review before but DAYUM this place sucks so bad it's actually entertaining. I was waiting for Gordon Ramsey to pop out with his kitchen Nightmares film crew any movement! read more

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Sandwich was good. Fries cold and stale as usual. Saw my server a total of 4 times, take my order, deliver drink, deliver bill and drop it off. Worst service ever. Waitresses are standing in the back while food sitting under lights. Too busy on phones and chatting it up in the back. Bar tender drank entire coffee before servicing the bar. Along with all this a cop is roaming the restaurant. Realized food heat lamps aren't even working. Got my food basic chicken strip sandwich (27mins) was so cold cheese was hard. Fries are stale and soggy. Wth has happen to hooters service?? read more

Under staffed. Food came out cold, wings were the smallest I have ever seen. I will stay with my local pub, where the wings are huge, tastes great, less expensive and come out hot. read more

The service is completely terrible. Every time I go in. I always order online. You never know where you're supposed to go when you order online cause no one is ever around when you walk in. They gave our order to someone else so had to wait for them to do it again and it was wrong of course but I had been standing there for over an hour so I just said close enough, got my order and left. Can't believe I had to pay full price after all that wasted time and over cooked wings. I'm done with this place. read more

Everyone knows what Hooters is. They serve wings & beer. I'm not going to waste everyone's time with a long review. The service sucks, plain & simple. 2 bartenders on a Tuesday night & I was spoken to twice, once to order & once to give me my check. The gap between these was about 90 minutes. Unacceptable. I won't be back & you shouldn't go either. read more

Yes, Will. If you wouldn't mind, we would like a full refund due to the poor customer service and for the bad food we received. Worst experience ever. Waitress is new and according to co-workers "didn't get the proper training so they are just trying to watch her really close." Multiple errors on our order, still waiting for them to be corrected while the rest of the table is finished eating. read more

I would give them no stars if I could! I love hooters wings but this is the worst hooters ever!! We went during a slower time and sat at a table for 20 minutes without being greeted. We even got up and asked one of the 15 waitresses walking around if we had a server and still did not get helped. When we finally walked out there were four waitresses sitting on their phones by the door doing absolutely nothing!!!! Ridiculously ran restaurant!!!! read more

Welcome to the worst Hooters on the planet!!! For starters, the beer was warm when we dined there. The wings looked like they came off of a baby chick, and somehow we keep getting sat in the section that belongs to the crappiest waitress to ever walk the planet. She's a royal b!tch, and has ZERO customer service skills. Do yourself a favor, drive a few more minutes up the road to BWW. The beer is cold, wings are better, price point isn't elevated to pay for the in-house hookers, and they're actually nice. read more

This place was horrible. Not only do these girls have bad customer service skills but they will ignore you if you're a woman or have children. Waiting for my order to be taken for 30 MINUTES! That's ridiculous. This place needs to fire all their girls and fire ones who actually know how to be a waitress. I will never come here again. If you're a man, you'll get service. That's it. read more
