This was our first time at this Twin Peaks location & it was both a hit & a miss. Our server Asia (trainee) did a great job, she was polite & friendly, trying her best to make our visit enjoyable. The restaurant was typical Twin Peaks with cute staff, plenty of sports on tv & delicious ice cold beer on draft. We are creatures of habit & our orders are pretty much always the same when at Twin Peaks. Hubby has the chicken strips & fries, unfortunately this time the chicken was not hot & dry taste, most likely been sitting in a warming tray until needed. His food came out about 10 minutes before mine even though we ordered as entrees not appetizers. When my crispy mini tacos finally arrived they were delicious as usual but extremely oily. This was a first for this happening in all our Twin Peaks experiences. Asia informed us there was only one cook working & offered to get a manager for us which we declined. Horrible service waited 15 minutes between beers cold food. Servers stand around and sit in a booth with the manager the entire visit.

Not only did I have to ask the hostess for a server after no one came to our table, there were multiple pregnant women serving. They were not busy at all, but no one to provide service. We order drinks and food. 20 min later, another lady comes out to tell us that they don't have New York steak. No sorry, nothing. We get up and leave. I can deal with mediocre food and drinks, and our server was fine. However, the experience was totally ruined by music that was so loud that it was impossible to communicate with our server or have a conversation at our table. Further, the music being played was littered with F-bombs in the lyrics. There were families with young children sitting near us that I'm sure will also reconsider visiting again. read more

An hour comes and goes, and she went from about an hour to "idk you'll have to just wait for a table". Spoke to the manager he couldn't give me an answer either. Not to mention they failed to tell us it'd be difficult to seat us all, and offered no suggestions or relief. After waiting for almost 2 hours, we left. Went to bottoms up. It's been a minute, as the kids say nowadays, since I have been to this location. About 3 years. Had to take someone to the Midland Airport, from the Pecos area, so I stopped here for lunch on my way back. Arrived a little before noon. Got greeted and sat right away. Maybe had to wait, at the most, 2 minutes, before the server addressed me. She was friendly. I got an unsweet tea and an order of chips and salsa. The chips are supposed to be warm, unfortunately these were not. And they were covered in oil/grease. Perhaps they tried to fry them and the oil wasnt hot enough? I asked for a replacement, and while there was less oil, they were still cold. The salsa was warmer than the chips. I think TP has some of the best chips, but not this time around. For my main meal I got the Philly Cheesesteak. This isnt your typical Philly style, as it comes with an italian seasoning. The sandwich, and the fries, came out hot. The roll was nice and soft, and the sandwich maintained it's heat throughout. I havent had a cheesesteak from TP in a few years. And this one did not disappoint. It's a good size and they didnt skimp on the filling. The last time I was here, which was for an evening service, was almost a disaster. The service was terrible. I come here fairly often to watch a game or a fight. Their food is pretty good and the atmosphere is fun. Their pretty much all female staff of servers often have very revealing and themed outfits of which I've noticed change fairly often. The servers are really friendly and definitely work hard. For the most part, when I've come here it was a pleasant experience in the "yea it was a'ight" type of way. The last time I was here was a UFC fight night about 2 weeks ago Miocic vs. Cormier. That night was a disaster. First, we got there early and asked for a table for 4... they gave us a table for 6. Only 2 of us were there at the time. As the place started to fill up, they brought 2 guys to our table to sit at the end of it and wanted to put a divider thing with a literal axe on it. We told them it wasn't necessary. We also had to ask for the fight to be turned on, which they did after a while. As the night went on, our server comes and tells us that her manager says they are going to charge $5/person for being there because it's a fight night. We're like what?! We're buying all this food... anyway, we stayed because we wanted to watch the fight... unfortunately a storm broke and lightening stuck the transformer. Long story short, we did not see the fight. So the kitchen had stopped making food and the bar had stopped serving drinks for whatever reason... they did not tell anyone. We're sitting there for like 45 mins waiting for our food and they did not say a thing. All the servers just disappeared. And we noticed the restaurant started thinning out. Essentially people realized what was happening and left... my group being the "nice guys" stayed and paid our bill which was a disaster on its own. We were all VERY P.O.! read more
