Bad and insolent service. Got my order wrong. Defensive and rude when I called for resolution. They do not need my business. Train your staff! read more

Quick fix for a sports inspired get together. Favorites are the parm garlic and the lemon pepper. They give very generous sides of ranch and blue cheese sauce for a whopping $.69. No need to purchase ten to make sure your wings are well accessorized. Only feat is you have to pay extra for the celery. I thought those were complimentary at wing joints. Maybe it's just my guilt talking, trying to get some sort of vegetable rough-age while I have junk food deep fried wings. Call your order ahead, they'll have it ready for you when you arrive. read more

Best. Wings. Ever. I absolutely love boneless wings and have tried them from many places, but Wingstop is hands down one of my most favorite places to go! They're always consistently amazing! I have never had a problem with their food or their service! I normally get the mild wings but i have tried many other flavors from there as well. I loved the Chili Lime, but that was only for a limited time. The point is, your wings are always delivered to perfection anytime you go here. Whether it's earlier in the day, midday, or late, they have always done it right! I would, hands down, recommend this to my friends! read more

after a second round, here's my update. Garlic parmesan wings are the flavor to try! I still really like the hot, but the garlic parmesan is a taste I haven't had anything like before. Crispy, and flavorful skin with juicy chunky meat. Mmm!! As mentioned, the fries get soggy when they're taken to go. But fortunately you can order online and designate your pickup time. See my previous review for further details. read more

I first ate at Wingstop in the city and was bummed I had to drive so far for good wings, but then this location opened up! The flavors range from hot to mild. They have boneless, original, and chicken strips. Unlike other wing places they are pretty much all covered in a sauce, with the exception of a few. Wingstop has a sweet, salty seasoned fry which makes it hard to stop eating them. Even their ranch is addictive. my favorite part would have to be the packages or deals they have. They have combos with specific amounts of wings, fries, ect, or if you are really hungry they have family deals. You can order small or large amounts of amazing wings to enjoy! Great to bring home and enjoy with a beer or wine! read more

Wingstop has better wings then Buffalo Wild Wings. The lemon pepper wings are amazing. It is must try.

My favorite wing place is out in Evanston.. So this has been my go to wing place if I'm to lazy to drive out. Good wings.. Good service. I really like the Garlic Parmesan (smells like feet in the bag) and the mild. If you call in, they have your normal order in file, so you can keep ordering the same thing. If you like Wings, avoid that other place down the block and try Wing Stop. read more

A hop skip and jump form the house. I liked what they did to the inside. Parking as it is in a strip mall was in abundance. The food was good. Ashley was very helpful in going over and letting me try different pieces of chicken to try the various levels of hot sauce, and I have to say..there was this sweet hot sauce I was suprised to have never tried. I ordered 4 Chix strips and a 10 mix combo with 2 20 oz. bottles of pop. Just under 30 dollars. I was alittle dismayed that the peices were small, but a few people I talked to said that was better. Who wants Pteradactyl wings? I an jonesing to try goat...pteradactyl...hmmmmm Will try to get pics if i can. Place was busy..bathroom was clean, and Ashley was awesome. read more

I've never really considered Wingstop as a lunch stop until I found myself deperately needing to use the bathroom and this was the first place I ran into. Surprisingly, I ended up having the most delicious lunch I've had in a long time. Though it took me a few minutes to navigate through the menu, I went with the 3pc strip combo with hickory bbq sauce and bleu cheese dressing. It took a while for the food, but everything's made to order so the wait was well worth it. For 3 chicken strips and fries, my meal sure was filling! The price is ok, a little steep in my book for chicken but it wasn't tragic. The place is very clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly. As I was writing my tip the place was empty, but now, 20 mins later, it's packed with the lunchtime crowd. read more

I'm not sure if this Wingstop is a franchise but they clearly do not have the same recipe. Being frequent customers, we KNOW the flavor and texture and size of the wings - this is important people! We came here while our car was serviced and it was basically a no brainer because we LOVE wingstop! We had the wings and each one was very large - maybe it's a preference but I feel like the smaller ones cook better. They weren't thoroughly cooked and the sauce was off - we ordered original hot and cajun. In irrelevant news, there was a slightly annoying cashier person that was yelling at the top of her lungs and making the sit down meal less enjoyable. The one star is for the fries and decent sitting area. read more

I usually have no problem ever with this Wingstop. The employees are usually very nice and courteous, but this time was not. I ordered my food online like I always do at 11:15 to be ready at 1215( my lunch). I get to the restaurant the employee has the music in the kitchen so loud, his hair is everywhere which I don't think is very sanitary especially around open food. I go to pick up my food and my order is not ready, and I arrived at exactly 12:15. Apparently my order didn't go through to the store but it was paid for already.. I had to wait an additional 20 minute to get my food with no type of compensation. I'm not rating the entire store only 2 stars, just this particular time and employee. Outside of today they are wonderful. read more

So happy to have a wingstop in our 'hood, since they've opened they have become our late night stop. Wings are great, we always get garlic parmesan and mild.. We come so often that manager knows our order :) So much better and friendlier than buffalo wild wings.. read more

The workers are very rude and the store is dirty. Had a very unpleasant experience at this location

There is one employee named Vanessa, she was very rude. The way she was talking to me was not professional. When my food was ready, she put it on the side and then she made me wait for 15 mins. Then she said it's "her fault" that she forgot to give it to me. I will make you sure to file a complain on her. Even her co worker came up to me and told me she is always like that. read more

Placed my order over the phone for pickup. Employee said my food would be ready in 18 mins... 30 mins later I finally got my food... Indian male employee is answering his phone texts AND handling the food. I made it a point to call him out on it and he waved me to go away. First and last time ordering from here. read more

Sign says closes at midnight but they tell you they stop taking orders at 11:40. we placed our order at 11:15. and was told we cant eat inside. what kind of place starts putting chairs up while people still eating inside?? that's very rude. the wings in this place is well cooked but just disappointed we couldnt eat inside. dont come here late unless you plan on just eating inside the car. the couple that finished eating came up to us and said we should call corporate and complain. and i told them that the workers were rude to put up the chairs around them while still eating. it was 11:20 and they put up chairs? Open till midnight is more like open till whenever they feel like closing.. read more

Took some boneless wings to go. They were rubbery, and not tasty. Would not eat there again. I would much rather go to the Buffalo Wild Wings across the street. read more

Obsessed with the cajun wings and fries! I could eat 15 wings and large fries all by myself! I usually always get cajun - which is the best. I've tried lemon pepper, louisiana rub, atomic, garlic parmesan, which are all very popular as well... But I still prefer the cajun. I love that you can place your order online and I love that the staff is always on top of it.. I never have to wait around for me food and they have never messed up my order! I've been to the Wingstop in downtown... However I feel like the one on Touhy has a friendlier staff and they have everything together... and I know when I get my food.. it's always correct, it's always perfectly warm and perfectly cooked! read more

New place, but same old wings... I tried this place out a few months back and just recently remembered to write about them. Overall, they offer a dizzingly-vast array of flavor-sauces for either wings or boneless-wings. There are ample tables setup inside for lunch-goers, dinner-goers, or people wanting to watch a game (they have a nice big HDTV). But the wait for the wings is a bit of a turnoff for me. When I went (at about 11pm), there were no other orders in front of me and the restaurant was pretty sparse of customers (because they were still new in town and it was late on a Tuesday night). That said, it took close to 25 mins for the wings... Just a bit too long for a to-go order. The wings are tasty but nothing different per say... maybe I'm just not a big-wing-guy. I'm sure they have spruced up their act since then. I'll give them another shot sometime. read more

Best lemon pepper wings I've ever had. The fries dipped in their ranch...yeah buddy! Ok, my mouth is watering now. Service is ok. I dont mind waiting 10 min for fresh, hot food. read more

I love their wings and even their ranch sauce. The wings are not the typical sour-spicy ones as if they were marinated in just Tabasco like in other restaurants (some people might like that but I don't). I'd give this place 5 stars but their service takes forever. I understand that they usually get a high volume of customers which is why I use their app for pick up. Although even when I use the app, I still end up waiting for like 30 mins for my wings. This is really annoying because why have an app if I'll end up waiting for my wings as if I just placed an order as soon as I got there? Seriously, fix that please. Thank you. read more

You know usually these fellas are always on the money, but recently I think their in their own heads. 10 mild I ordered I got garlic parm c'mon how does that happen? Also the ranch was not filled to the top. Wingstop clean up your act. Acting like the clowns over there at Buffalo Wild Wings read more

Cajun is the bomb. Great price, great food, and super close to my office. I'm here so much that the staff knows me by name and knows what I'm going to order before I walk in. The only downside is that I'm pretty sure I'm going to die soon from eating all of this fried food all the time. read more

Wingstop is always pretty good.this location stays pretty busy though so be prepared to wait.

Very disappointed in the staff. My girlfriend and I came in around 1045-11 Pm. Although it was very slow. And we had already ordered our food to go. There's was talk about how people stay late there and their "fuckers." And the women behind the register walked back to the kitchen and just called the cook a "piece of shit." Not the kind of language I'd like to hear when I'm trying to enjoy a meal, to say the very least. read more

Man some people complain about some weird stuff on here. It's wing stop; a chain restaurant. For what it's worth, I've had food from other wing stop restaurants and this place is the same as the others. I like the food here and it's consistent with every other wing stop I've been to. read more

I have ordered from this Wingstop in Niles on two occasions and their wings and fries taste great ! I actually drive out of my way to go to this one because of bad experiences with the Evanston location. ( soggy fries ,dried out wings )The wings at the Touhy location are always fresh and the fries are crisp not soggy and cold like they've been sitting for awhile! read more

Terrible service! Ordered on line, got there 30 mins after...they didn't put my order in yet! Then I waited another 30 minutes for my food! No apologies. .. nothing. read more

Have been here several times. The last visit, well was really mediocre. The boneless wings more like boneless nuggets are really breaded and some were over cooked, and came out really hard. The BBQ and Teriyaki sauce are really salty. Some how this Wingstop has lost its taste in good wings. read more

Not any different than other Wingstops. We liked the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan flavors. The fries have unique spices on it that I can only describe as sweet/cajun and very addicting! They also have boneless wings, boneless strips, and dipping sauces. This location is extremely clean and located in a strip mall, so parking is easy. read more

So incredibly happy that I discovered this place. I am not a huge wing buff but I enjoy a good wing from time to time. BWW is not my scene and I do not really enjoy their food. Went here on a whim for lunch one day because we were getting tired of the usual spots, and a co worker had recommended the garlic parm wings and the BBQ with the ranch sauce. I went to go pick the food up and inside it smelled like heaven. Everything was made fresh to order, service was friendly and the food was out of this world. 10 cent wings Monday and Tuesday too... Officially my new lunch spot! read more

I love the lemon pepper and parmesan garlic flavor. It is better than bww definitely.

This location is the best one I've come to. Service is great and unlike other locations, they aren't yelling and cursing in front of the customers. There's two locations closer to me, but I rather drive to this one instead! Great service, great wings and not to forget the FRIES! read more

Seriously bad service... would rather drive to the evanston location. They actually take the time to take care of their customers. Last time I came in to the niles location it took me about 20 mins to get my food.... customers who arrived 10 mins later than me and ordered in got my food before I did as I waited and waited. Today I go to call the niles location to place an order for pick up. I call 3 times and no one ever answers! !! I give up on that location. read more

If you feel like wings look no further this place is all about them. Choices are very clear the wings itself taste great and when you get a combo you can pick 2 flavors, BBQ is pretty good but the spicy flavors like Cajun are when texture kicks in. Their fries are super good. Will be back to try more flavors. read more

custumer Service poor I never get my order I pay 57 dollars and Delivery never drop off my food when I call the cashier because there is no manager or supervisor say is not his problem he don't have Idea or have contact with the delivery that's sucks read more

I'm a Vegan, but boy did these wings change the way I see food. Went there a few nights ago and it was delicious! I had mild and some very spicy flavor. Both were really good. I tried out plain wings with ketchup, best flavor I tell you! The customer service was really good too. Make sure you get your order from Rogelio or Jorge (they mexican, but one's slightly whiter), both are funny and know some good combos. They helped me pick flavors. A cool thing is that you could taste the flavor before you get it, just ask. Overall, this place is great. Nice oldie style atmosphere. The only thing this place needs is garbage cans. Highly recommend it. This is also my first review. read more

My favorite place ever for wings. All kinds of wings are so delicious, but the best one is lemon pepper flavor. Nice place, delicious food, and great customer service. Just love it! read more

I come to this spot at least twice a week since I can,t even fry an egg lol. the staff is very welcoming and friendly and the food is always fresh. The best part is when you call in an order the fries are made the moment you arrive!!!! them fries are solid. I recently visited and saw that they had new faces but I went on Thursday night and saw the two girls that always take care of me is was refreshing. read more

I love the wingstop here! It's absolutely delicious and the service is amazing! I went with my friends on Monday and ordered BBQ chicken and it was just something to die for. Me and my friends love the food there and it's a great place to hangout and have an awesome time and a awesome meal. Two of the workers there Jorge and Rogelio were such sweet hearts when we went and ordered our food. They were really nice and kind to us. They didn't give us any problems like most cashiers do. I thought they deserve a big shout out cause they're just ever so nice and have such an amazing personality. I recommend people to be friends with Jorge and Rogelio. :) and to eat at wingstop :D read more
