My kids love Wingstop so by association I go here occasionally. This is the closest location to where I live so I frequent this one more than any of the other ones. The flavors are pretty good and consistent. I don't mind going because I know what to expect. However, on this trip, it was a Friday early evening and the food took longer than anticipated. We walked in and ordered. Unfortunately, it took about 20 minutes to get our food. The attendance/supervisor was very friendly. The restaurant was busy with a lot of to-go orders. That is probably why we were waiting so long. I would advise calling ahead or placing a to-go order via their app. I found great success in doing that beforehand and I need to take my own advice. read more

Incredibly short staffed. One person running place at lunch time. While starving during my hour lunch, I stood in line for 15-20 minutes behind 1 other person who was brushed off as they began ordering, completely ignored as the only guy running restaurant was preparing food. Would have been nice to have a greeting or some of ETA. They clearly put doordash/Grubhub orders at priority, but It doesn't mean you ignore the walk ins. I've only ordered food here for pickup or delivery and so far it does not disappoint. I have loved wingstop for several years but need to keep away otherwise I'd be 50 pounds heavier. The reason I love wingstop is because their wings are super crispy and flavorful, fried just right! It almost tastes as if they fry it in butter?? Not sure, but they are dang good. Wingstop definitely has their dry rubs down. Favorites: Lemon Pepper, HANDS DOWN. Louisana Rub is also great. Also tried their new Spicy Korean one, which is not legitly korean, but it tastes pretty darn good. Not super spicy, but has a little bit of that korean pepper kick. If they modified it a bit more, they could definitely achieve the authentic korean fried chicken "yang nyum" Fries are super great as well. You can also change the seasoning to lemon pepper or cajun!! So good. Will definitely come back for more! Service has been good, no issues there. Best wings in Newark! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We tried lemon pepper and garlic parm but garlic parm was a bit greasy and could use a bit more garlic. Fried Cajun corn was a really cool side and it was juicy with a great amount of spice. Fries are just average. Will definitely come back when I crave wings! read more

The food was great. I got 10pc wings (BBQ & Lemon Pepper) with Cajun fries & 2 sauces (blue cheese & honey mustard). The only issue were the drinks. They were out of everything with only diet drinks & water remaining. No ice neither. I placed my order online using the website and was told it would be ready in 16-20 minutes. I waited 10 minutes before I left and it was about a 10-15 minute drive from me. When I arrived several people including door dash people were in line and waiting for orders. I waited roughly 35 minutes at the store for my food and while I waited numerous customers had issues with their orders or were handed the wrong order. The staff was friendly but didn't help with the issues or offer any real solutions. When I finally received my order I drove back to my town and returned home. I opened my order and we were missing 25 of our 40 wings and the 15 count wasn't the correct sauce. I called the restaurant and told them the issue, they let me know they would be starting my wings fresh and to arrive in 15 minutes or so to pick them up. Knowing how busy they had been I waited another 10 minutes then drove 10-15 minutes to the restaurant. When I arrived the staff realized they never started remaking my order and then dropped new food for me. They offered me nothing for my time, gas I spent going back and forth to another town, no kind of credit or side or anything.
