Typically, I don't go out of my way to get wings but we were in the area, and wanted a quick bite so we stopped into Wingstop. I haven't had Wingstop in years and only had it probably once or twice before. This Wingstop has a few tables available to sit down and eat. Upon entering through the side entrance by the soda machine, the floor required mopping so definitely had to watch on step. We ended up getting the 15pc wing deal, which comes with two soda drinks + fries. Opted for two flavors, hot honey rub & garlic parm + ranch for dipping. I enjoyed the hot honey rub a lot more than the garlic parm. I appreciated that the wings and fries came nice and hot, just wished that everything could've been more salty... a little bland. When it comes to a place like Wingstop, I'm the kind of freak misfit who only goes there for the Cajun fries. That being said, this is certainly not the only item I've sampled here. Ergo, I can briefly describe this place via my own personal experiences and biases. Outside of the aforementioned Cajun fries I order as a compliment to whatever main course I'm eating from an alternative source, I can tell you the wings here are...okay. Come to think of it, the lemon pepper wings are honestly the closest thing to being considered "good" in my book. Look, I get that this place has fans. Otherwise, they probably wouldn't exist. But when I say that I've better wings elsewhere, I'm mainly referring to the fact that there are basically two types of buffalo wings or....wings in general: the kind that are seasoned first, and the kind that rely solely on the sauce to flavor the wings. And....pro tip: when you have a wifey that can make bomb-ass wings at home, your palate tends to know the difference between the two. I remember years ago when I tried the boneless buffalo wings the one and only time. They were quite gross actually. Greasy, thick breading which barely represented actual chicken pieces. Of course, they're a chain so....I presume this would be the case across all locations. As for the Cajun fries, the one complaint I have is the inconsistency of seasoning. See, at first...they held back on the Cajun seasoning, to the point where they simply tasted like regular fries. So naturally, we adjust fire by requesting extra seasoning. The results of which tend to vary depending on the cooks' mood, I guess. First time, they came back just about right (for us). The next time, they came back almost overpowering. But...cool life-hack here: dip your copiously seasoned Cajun fries in some blue cheese and you'll mitigate the spiciness in a rather delectable fashion. The restaurant itself looks standard. Parking lot is accessible and easy to pull into. At least this place is on the far side of downtown. So...not as crowded with traffic. Since I never set foot inside one of these places, I can't talk much about the decorum. If anything, it's a little surprising to me that a place like this has dine-in tables. At the end of the day, I will always be that weirdo who goes to this franchised wing factory shop for the fries as opposed to the wings. Bad experience. I love chicken wings. I stopped here at wing stop in Nashua, NH. I asked for 6 atomic bone in wings which is listed on the menu. I like very hot and spicy. I was told I had to get 10 unless I got the "meal", so I begrudgingly agreed. I eat at Buffalo Wild Wings often, they offer 6 wings without having to buy the meal. The wings came out and I was surprised at how small they were with very little meat on them. BWW's are much meatier. They didn't come with the blue cheese that I had to pay extra for so I had to get up and convince one of the employees that I had in fact paid for it. Once I finally convinced her that I had, I sat back down and began eating. The "atomic'" wings were anything but, not very spicy and not too tasty. Overall the wings were average at best. The experience may have been a bit better if the two front counter employees, a guy and a gal, had not been LOUDLY arguing with each other 10 feet from my table in some foreign language. Very unprofessional. The whole experience was so much worse than BWW's where the staff is upbeat and professional, the wings are actually hot and spicy and meaty, and they cost less. I was visiting a friend in Nashua and they said Wingstop was a must-get. Value: 7/10, Flavors 8/10, Ambiance/Service 5/10, Food 8/10 We were a party of four and got thirty classic wings. The flavors we got were Original Hot, Teriyaki, Mango Habanero, and Mild. We also got Cheese Fries, Ranch dip, Bleu Cheese dip, and some included celery and carrot sticks. The flavors were very good and the spice level was very manageable. The cheese fries were what I would expect from cheese fries. I wish were were able to get more flavors when we were flavors when in a group of 30 wings - I think 4 is too little. I was hoping at least 6 flavors. The Nashua location was very small - only a few tables. The food was very messy and you constantly had to clean your hands because they were full of sauce so we had to always ask for more napkins. I would consider the service and ambiance much more like a fast food place than a restaurant. However, you have to WAIT for your food unlike fast food. read more

The listed hours on the web are 11AM to 10PM so I was hungry and I was eager to try their new menu entry of chicken thighs as I am fond of dark meat so I set out cross town in the rain and arrived around 9:50PM. When I arrived I found the store dark and locked. I was upset. I tapped on the window and pointed at my wrist indicating the time. They finally came to the door and told me that they stopped cooking at 9:30. Having worked in the a similar restaurant my experience was that you can start cleanup near closing time but never close early unless a major snowstorm. So, we've gone about 5 times hoping it would get better. It has not. It's so disappointing. Especially, if you have such a small window for lunch sometimes. It takes about 15-18 minutes to cook your order. I understand people want fresh cooked food but even when you get it hot it's not good. The boneless wings are small and way too crunchy, I can't believe someone would want them well done! Another huge turnoff is how unclean the dining room is. When there are tables full of leftovers and trash you'd expect at least one person out there cleaning it up. If you're not going to provide a trash can, then have someone cleaning. The wings are just not that great. Not to mention the flavors. I am not a spicy person. I prefer the milder flavors and that leaves about two on the menu I can eat, plain, or garlic parm. So boring. So we were driving down Main Street and saw that WingStop had opened so we decided to give it a go! It was the beginning of peak lunch time (11:40 when we walked in) so I figured there'd be a bit of a wait but we walked right up to the counter and placed our order. Cashier was friendly and told us that they made the bone in wings to order so it would be 18 minutes. No problem, we grabbed our drinks and settled in. Lobby is nice and clean, hasn't changed a lot since Quiznos was here but its pleasant enough. Outside seating looks good/the same as it was; some music inside would have been nice though. We placed our order at 11:46 and it seemed like the 18 minutes took a LOT longer than 18! In fact it took 40 minutes to get our order. We weren't in a hurry so no biggie but the business crowd / nurses that we saw waiting were clearly VERY irritated. These guys are still new so I'm sure there are some bugs to work out but still, 40 minutes is just WAY too slow. They do offer online ordering so that might be the way to go as long as you give them a good amount of time during peak hours. The biggest problem I have, and the reason for the 2 star review is that I didn't see a single glove on any employee in the production area. Folks that are handling "food ready to eat" REALLY should be wearing gloves and the pictures attached of two different employees with their thumbs in the wing sauce bowls show why. Wherever that thumb was is now in the sauce, on the wings and in my mouth. Not good. It's unlikely that there will ever be a health issue with this kind of food handling but gloves are cheap insurance and food poisoning/cross contamination is not worth that cost. I also saw another employee tossing raw chicken wings into the fryer by hand with no gloves. The chicken will be cooked and any bacteria on it or any cross contamination will be dealt with in the fryer I'm sure; but what is that employee touching AFTER handling the raw chicken? I did not see her wash her hands but it's 100% possible she did, but it was slightly concerning nevertheless. The food on the other hand was good! Wings were on par with Buffalo Wild Wings. No better, no worse but definitely a better value. The fries will easily give Five Guys a run for their money. They were hot, salty (bit not too salty!) and delicious! Not sure if they're fresh or frozen but if they taste that good all the time I quite frankly don't care! We'll come back in another month or so to see if service is faster and gloves are being used. If they're more careful handling the bowls of wing sauce while tossing I probably wouldn't care but it's the equivalent of a waiter "finger bussing" your drink as they walk it to the table with their finger inside the rim, or a bartender squeezing a lemon bare handed and then shoving it into your beer. I've gone to this wing stop multiple times with my friend. Each time our fries have come out cold and soggy, sometimes they forget our sauce, and other times there is no napkins or silverware. On top of that today, the most recent time when we went there. After eating our food we felt sick and suspected it to be food poisoning. Sometimes I'm in downtown Nashua working late at night and I know that I can get fresh hot wings and fries at Wing Stop. Having freshly fried wings tossed in either the hickory BBQ or the garlic Parmesan with a generous amount of Parmesan always hits the spot. I also love their fries. I'm not quite sure what they season them with, but he fries are addictive. I'm a person who loves to drown my fries with ketchup and I will not put ketchup on these fries. They have a ample number of sauces for dipping your wings. I'm not the type to dip wings into anything, but my partner loves their honey mustard. The recently added a spicy cheese, which tastes like a good nacho cheese sauce. I didn't dip wings in it, but I did dip a few of my fries. It was good, too. Finally, I want to highlight how the staff is always nice and caring. I'm never in a rush when I go there, but they always keep me up to date on how long before my order is ready and several of the employees ask me, in a very sincere way, how my meal is and if there's anything they can do.
