I got half my wings in the BBQ flavor and the other Buffalo. Being honest the wings weren't anything special but they did hit the spot and the BBQ sauce wasn't anything special to me on the wings but if it was used in some pulled pork or ribs I believe I would enjoy it more. The buffalo sauce was really good and had just enough heat to need the ranch here and there. The house made chips were good, not overly seasoned and not over cooked either. The place is small but has a handful of high top round tables and a few bigger square tables in the front with a decent bar strip with plenty of bottles and beers on tap. The pool table in the side room looked like a great area to hang around and play some pool while enjoying some beers with the company of friends. And the fries! The fries were amazing, too. Rough cut and perfectly salted and piled high. They serve a lot of beers on tap, and I chose one called Anti-Hero. It was great, and I loved it so much that I came back later that evening to get another one. As I was sitting at my table enjoying my spectacular lunch, I noticed that they were playing some great tunes. Isn't it nice when you find a place with food that tastes great, and people who work there with great taste in music? One thing to note is that there's a 21+ adults section, and a general section for families. The family area has some games and things to play with while you wait for your food.

The fish was fantastic especially when paired with tartar sauce. The sweet potatoes were also good and had added sweetness that permeated the entire starch. Whether they were canned or fresh I do not care I loved them. The fry's were fried well but maybe could have used a tad more salt. Then again too Much salt in the meal wouldn't have been good either. In general I really enjoyed my meal. To most this place may seem simple, but perfecting simple is a task few accomplish. Many places lazily cook these dishes or try too hard to make them unique. Here the food is done right with no unnecessary nonsense. I would also like to mention that I am writing this review after my first time here and I dont regret it. I got a fish sandwich, which was a long filet of battered and fried fish, served on an ultra-soft hoagie roll, with a little lettuce and tartar sauce inside. The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, and flaky and soft on the inside. It's the type of thing that I didn't want to stop eating, because the combination of textures was just perfect. Handhelds are served with a side, and I chose the side Caesar salad. It was an OK Caesar, and it did its job to satisfy my CaeSal craving. It comes with red onions on top, which is a choice. The service here was great. The restaurant has a big bar in the middle, with TVs showing sports. The whole place is surrounded by windows, so you can see out into downtown Muncie.
