Slower than slow. The girl at the register could have said the wait was going to be Forever and a day. All that was ordered was a 10 piece and it took well over 30 min. People came and went some phone orders others were orders placed right after mine in person yet still got their food while I waited. They were out of parm and didn't say anything. On top of that my wings were fn Luke warm by the time I got out the door to my car. read more

Don't use this wingstop for events. I order 200 wings for a event and paid for it 3 days in advance. Go to pick it up and they don't have the flavors that I prepaid for. I didn't recive a phone call and I left them 2 numbers. But was told they sold out. Poor Management if customer orders and pay for a product well in advance shouldn't you put they order aside for the one who just walked on the spot and got their orders? What is the point of ordering food and paying for it in advance if you still get treated as if you are a walk in customer. Never again will I use this establishment for events read more

Good food .but could never get a simple order right smh... 35min later still waiting...

i would give this Wingstop no stars because it was that horrible but there's option for that. first off when we got there we tried to park so that we could pick up our food and one of the workers was sitting in their car left w/ the door wide open before coming in so that way we couldn't park....already a bad sign....finally parked & walked up to just see a bunch of Wingstop trash on the floor and swishers. turn the corner and there's more trash on the floor and a worker sitting there doing nothing about it. walk inside the store to see napkins on the floor straw wrappers and everyone waiting for their wings. We walked up to the front disgusted by what we had already seen and wondered if our wings would be the same. Told them my name and that I was here for an order I placed online they said there was 3 people still in front of me and had to wait. Sat down and was confused as to why it was going to take so long because all I saw was a good amount of workers standing around talking to each other as if they didn't have all these orders to make. Then here comes the girl that didn't let us park clock into her shift while scratching her nose with the same hands she uses to make the food. Really really wanted to cancel the order and go home but it was already paid for and had people waiting to eat. Thank god it didn't take that long but when we got home I was truly about to be sick eating the wings and thinking about my experience here. You would think a supervisor or someone in charge would put their workers to work and save their establishment but no seemed like they could give a rats ass. Don't come here please! read more

If there was a option for 0 stars, it would be too high. My son wanted wings last Saturday 4/21/2018, so we called ahead while leaving the MoVal mall to get an order in. Called and was put on hold. Drove across town, arrived, walked in an ordered from the counter......all while my call was still on hold. Receipt showed 7:45 pm and they said it would be about 30 minutes. Kind of long, but so be it. But while waiting, literally all the other patrons begin complaining. No one had their food and were all sitting at dirty tables. Some had been there far longer than us, and several had ordered online. They showed up when advised too and were still there waiting for more than an hour. The manager was asked for several times and she responded to all with an attitude. She said the same to everyone, that she couldn't say when their orders would be ready and sarcastically asked, "do you want your money back?" At 8:50 pm, I and most every one in the restaurant got back in line and asked for refunds. It should not take over an hour for an order of 10 wings. We left, called the Perris location, which is about 20 or so minutes away, arrived and our order was ready and waiting. Coincidently we saw several of the patrons from the MoVal location had come there too. Ironically after hearing our complaints and thanking them for their far better service, the manager there advised us all that both locations have the same owner! The Moreno Valley Wingstop will never get my business again. That location is ridiculous! read more

i would rather much be here for wings and beers then wild buffalo, this location is a small in comparison to other wing places, they use meaty pieces of drumsticks and wings.. fries and veggies are on point good job. they get it right the first time read more

first time i was here i ordered online and i still waited an hour after i was told the order was ready. second time i was there they put the box of wings upside down and it leaked all over my girlfriend on the ride home. if you have an alternative to this location i would take it. read more

seems like a lot of people have not realized this place is in Moreno Valley, the wings are great, it takes some time for your order to be ready however you know your wings are nice and hot from the kitchen, the fries have a very unique seasoning, some might not like it but it is unique and I think it is a nice change from fries you can get anywhere else read more

custumer service sucks, food take too long.

Don't normally write reviews or go to the extent of complaing, but 3 times in the past week and a half, this particular location has been a disappointment. This is the only store in Moreno valley and has had my business for more than 8 years. As of the 14th of September, I am no longer a customer. The first indecent was during the night. Me and my husband showed up and they were telling customers that they were out of ranch. So my husband said let's go eat somewhere else. For some reason I thought the girl at the cash register said they were out of "sauce", so I decided to call and ask what they were out of while we were on our way to eat someone else. A store associate picks up and I asked if they had ranch or were out of sauce, she said we have ranch. So my husband makes a u turn and heads back to the store. We show up and start to order. Half way through us ordering our wings she tells us we are out of ranch, and at that point I was just done and walked out without saying anything. On the 16th we decide we want to give it another try and go eat wings. My husband calls the store making sure this time they have ranch. The associate on the phone says yes they do. So we head over there and before we even get to the front. They say we don't have ranch. I told them I just called and why did they tell my husband they have ranch ? I know it's a silly thing to complain about but who is gonna renverse us for our gas? The third accident happened today the 18th me and my sister did a to go order and ordered through the phone. We go to pick up our stuff not caring if they have ranch or not cause I bought my own at the store. The associate ask for my name and number to look up my order. She calls the manger and he explains to me that they have someone else who picks up the calls and sends it to the store which is total vs because that has never been explained to me before. The store owner is really letting this place go with his employees and customer service. They did not once offer to make it right at all. Major disappointment won't ever recommend this place or be a customer. Sorry for the long paragraph, just thought corporate should know what's really going on in these stores. read more
