Had a craving for some Wingstop after playing in softball tourney...was so happy when there was one a couple of miles from park...I was highly disappointed!!! This has to be the WORST WINGSTOP I have ever been...the staff were rude to the customers, messed up orders, forgot to cook orders, the drink station was dirty, tables were full of trash, there were no paper towels in the bathroom ...our lemon pepper wings were swimming in oil...they forgot to season our fries...our veggies were water logged....while sitting in the lobby we could here the staff in the back playing around...there were at least three customer with to go orders come back in to say they were missing something from there order to be questioned by the staff with attitudes..it's a good thing this was not my first experience with Wingstop ...if it was it would have definitely been my last...this didn't deserve not a star!!! I came here 3 days ago, as a Walk-In Customer. The restaurant had about 6 guests sitting down, not at all a packed house. It took me almost 1 hr to get my order, keep in mind, all I ordered was a 10 pc combo. I go to other Wingstop Locations, and the average wait time is about 20 mins. The cashier, told the staff to lower the music they were playing....smh. After half hr of waiting, I told the cashier that my wait time was excessive, he just said my order is almost out. Never apologized once, even when he gave me my order. Very unprofessional. Looking at these reviews, I'm not the only one that has had horrible customer service. I also notice that when Wingstop replies to bad reviews, it's basically a stock answer, nothing that says they will fix the issue. WHICH IS COMING FROM MANY CUSTOMERS!!!. I'm not coming to this location ever again. The staff in the kitchen doesn't care, playing Loud Music (which i would not mind at all if service was great), horrible customer service) just unprofessional. After drooling over Lissy B's check in tips for the 50 cent mango habanero boneless wings for months, I finally had the chance to try them. I am usually not a big fan of boneless wings, but these were a good size with the right amount of sauce to them. I asked for Hawaiian sauce as well in case the bf could not handle the heat of the mango habanero sauce...he was thankful because the sauce was scorching HOT!!! They were just the right amount of heat for me since I enjoy spicy food. I tried the Hawaiian and it just tasted like regular teriyaki to me. Also ordered 2 yeast rolls on the side, I don't think they were as fresh as they needed to be, so they are probably a hit and miss depending on the day. They had a decent flow of customers. The regular prices are a bit out of my budget unless I am just looking for a snack. The staff who took my order was efficient and pleasant enough. I wish they also had a special for bone-in wings...my favorite when they are made the right way. read more

I AM DONE WITH WINGSTOP. The last three times I've put an order in it hasnt been ready. This last time I went in I DIDN'T EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK because I placed the order online and they're claiming they can't refund it that you have to go through corporate. I spent 24 dollars only to go in at 11:40pm to find my order wasn't ready because they "didn't receive it" I have an email saying it went through. The time before that I called in an order they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes I got there in 25 minutes they had me waiting another 25 minutes after I went in there. When I asked them what was going on with my order, they acted like they hadn't seen me before, glad I didn't toss the receipt. The order HADN'T EVEN BEEN STARTED. So I waited ANOTHER 20 mins!!! The whole time I was waiting they didn't ask me if I wanted a soda they didn't ask me if I been helped, they just completely ignored me. Didnt even ask if I needed anything or if I'd been helped. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! We Ordered over the Phone only to get helped by some rude girl. We asked her to repeat the order but ends up hangingup before she tells us our total. We tell the girl on the phone 3 times to make sure our order gets cooked well done but it doesn't . One of my boneless wings was still under cook. I asked for ketchup, they say they're out. I asked for a water cup and they inform me that they're also out of water cups too. At this point I'm pretty upset since we drove 20 minutes to eat here. The food was ok. They don't put as much sauce on the wing as other places. Normally we get saucy wings but at this location our wings came out kinda dry. I waited in line for 10 min just to find out my online order was never made and had to sit there and wait an additional 30 to 40 min for some wings. Worst experience with Wingstop today I placed an online order I confirmed it and everything they never send me a confirmation email so I called the store to verify the order has gone through finally I got through the girl picked up the phone said there's a customer ahead of you I'll be right with you I said okay 30 minutes later yes 30 minutes later somebody finally got on the phone just to tell me that the order did not go through and if I did wish to place an order over the phone it would be an hour wait I expressed to her how upset I was because I was already on hold on the phone for 30 minutes that I would expect them to get my order ready in 15 she said sorry there's nothing I could do the line is out the door I called my husband my husband was pulling up to the store I asked him to count how many people are in line he said for 4 we will not be going back until they staff that location well. read more

I love this place because of the food but unfortunately every time I have came to this location the service has been horrible. I am a regular and come in quite often but it seems the employment just keeps getting worst. The young lady at the front desk had a major attitude and doesn't look happy to work there. if i could give this place no stars i fucking would. this place is DIRTY, NASTY, they never get your order right there's always only 1 cashier and 3 cooks and a long ass line they're obviously understaffed. nothing is every stocked, they're always out of something, they are rude and overworked and need to be under new management. i have been a faithful wingstop consumer for several years and this by far is consistently the worst experience i've ever had at any location. if this wasn't the only wingstop in my area i'd find another but by the time i get home my food is always cold anywhere else i go. it's so disappointing. your order usually will take an hour each time, especially on a saturday regardless of if you call ahead, order online and hopefully never have to order in store. ITS INSANE. nobody ever cleans anything the front lobby always looks horrendous and it looks nobody ever cleans the bathrooms. i've gone to this location several times within a month and it will always look the same, food left in the lobby, trash everywhere, sticky floors and counters, the drink area covered in soda and lids everywhere, and i blame it on the lack of staffing. also, nobody answers the phones. even after calling 5 times. I try to give this particular WINGSTOP sooo many chances man and they fail almost everytime ! Came in this am (3/29/15) and I was the first customer so I'm thinking oh yeah the food is gonna be fresh and awesome ! SIKE ! Wrong .... I got the 6 piece boneless individual combo .The chicken is okay but I asked for extra seasoning (I guess they ignored that part) and I asked for Cajun fries instead of reg and extra on that too. They gave me bland fries and when I asked th to fix it they just dumped the Cajun seasoning on top only -_- so they not only ignored one of my request but both of them !! Everything I'm the place was dirty ! The tables , the ketchup dispenser and the drink fountain ugh just horrible !!! I had my first Wing-Stop experience tonight.. One I could've lived my whole life without. First of all, it took a good 20 minutes if not more to actually get our food. I appreciate fresh food and understand its a little more time consuming.. had the food been worth it. I got the 10 piece combo which included fries and a drink for a little under 11 bucks. I did half lemon pepper and half original flavor. The chicken itself was good, would've been better had they only added a cup of salt instead of 3. I have finally had my limit to where I feel the need to write a bad review. Let me start with today's visit. I ordered online, I go to pick up and their online ordering was down, so I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. I understand things happen,but the cashier wasn't even apologetic. Not I'm sorry, nothing. It was its down so do you want to reorder, it rubbed me the wrong way. I feel like she should be offering us (peoples who's orders didn't go thru) a drink while we wait. There's a reason I ordered online. If I wanted to sit in a warm restaurant I would have ordered there. The time previous to this I order online and I go and pick it up, they hand me my bag (DIDNT OPEN IT) I go to my car and the wings aren't even wet with sauce!!!!! I go back in there and have to wait for them to fix it. That's the only time they didn't open the box up, I felt like they knew they messed up but was hoping I wouldn't say anything. They proceeded to call me immediately after I placed my order and told me that they would not be able to accommodate my request because they were packed!! Usually when I have a bad experience somewhere, I cut my losses and make a note to myself not to return. However, I am completely disappointed with my experience at Wingstop #642. I would not return to this location nor recommend this place to any of my friends or family. I placed an order online on 11/19 at 10:11 pm, the email noted 10:51 pm as my pick-up time. I arrived at 10:55 pm and was told my wait would be 10 more minutes. I informed the cashier my order should have been ready and I was on my lunch break and could not wait. She told me the wings were not ready and I would have to wait. I told her I placed the order 45 minutes ago and I would rather have my money back. She insisted it would only be a couple of minutes and asked if it was ok for 5 of my classic wings to be boneless, I said "sure, I would like 5 Louisiana rub boneless." While I was waiting, I went to fill up my drinks and the drink station and countertops were filthy. The lids were all over the counter and the ones that were stocked were sticky and dirty. Almost all the soda options were out of order and the ones that were working were watery. I did not receive my order until 11:10 pm. I ordered 3 wing combos, 2 of those were supposed to be half Louisiana rub, half Mild bone-in and the other was Louisiana rub bone-in. Instead, I received 2 combos of random boneless flavors (Louisiana rub, Mild, Parmesan Garlic, and plain boneless wings). The fries were soggy and cold and the order of bone-in wings were pink and cold in the center. My items were poorly packaged, one of the boxes of wings was placed upside down and wing sauce was all over the bottom of the bag. The team members were careless and threw random wings in my bag, NOT what I ordered. I am completely unsatisfied with this experience and the pathetic service and food I received. Not sure who the Owner(s) are but the Management is not professional AT ALL...I've never been to a place when I heard the Manager speak so rudely to their staff.
