Custome This is the last straw with DoorDash and the Wingstop on Alessandro. I have had issues with this location before, but this experience finally pushed me to the point where I'm done. I placed a fairly large order through DoorDash that was clearly supposed to be two bags of food. When the order arrived, only one bag was delivered and the ranch that was supposed to come with the wings was missing as well. Anyone who actually eats Wingstop knows that wings without ranch is basically pointless. I ended up throwing the entire meal away out of frustration. What makes this worse is that the bag was literally labeled "1 of 2." The driver either ignored it or didn't bother to check. Something that simple should never have been missed. When I contacted DoorDash, their response was to refund only the missing items. That doesn't solve the problem when the entire experience is ruined. I even called DoorDash directly afterward and canceled my subscription because I'm completely done dealing with this level of service. Trying to resolve it with the store was even more frustrating. When we called Wingstop, we were repeatedly hung up on. When we finally got through, staff claimed they didn't even have the order under our name, despite the fact that the DoorDash driver had already been there picking it up earlier. The lack of organization and accountability from both the restaurant and the delivery service was unbelievable. Also, please don't bother posting the usual automated "Wingstop will reach out to you to resolve this" reply under this review. I've seen that response before and no one ever actually follows up. It comes across as a scripted PR move to make it look like the company cares on Yelp, when in reality nothing actually happens. This location has had problems before, and this experience just confirmed that nothing has improved. I'm posting this because customers deserve to know what they're getting into when ordering from this Wingstop through DoorDash. If management or corporate leadership actually cares about customer experience, this kind of repeated failure should be taken seriously and addressed. He then stated drinks were not with the food yet the Wingstop store stated it was next to the food and driver forgot them. Stored stated they cannot reimburse for drinks. Informed driver. Driver stated to contact Doordash. They will reimburse us. He then stated he was going to bring drinks but he never did. We were out of drinks and with no reimbursement. Disappointed in the last couple of visits. The food was NOT fresh. Cold french fries (looked old) with no seasoning, and the chicken was completely dry. I couldn't even bite into the chicken (not an exaggeration). When the bag was given to me, it was sealed with a sticker, so I thought it was fresh, given that I waited in-store about 20-25 minutes.
