Custome This is the last straw with DoorDash and the Wingstop on Alessandro. I have had issues with this location before, but this experience finally pushed me to the point where I'm done. I placed a fairly large order through DoorDash that was clearly supposed to be two bags of food. When the order arrived, only one bag was delivered and the ranch that was supposed to come with the wings was missing as well. Anyone who actually eats Wingstop knows that wings without ranch is basically pointless. I ended up throwing the entire meal away out of frustration. What makes this worse is that the bag was literally labeled "1 of 2." The driver either ignored it or didn't bother to check. Something that simple should never have been missed. When I contacted DoorDash, their response was to refund only the missing items. That doesn't solve the problem when the entire experience is ruined. I even called DoorDash directly afterward and canceled my subscription because I'm completely done dealing with this level of service. Trying to resolve it with the store was even more frustrating. When we called Wingstop, we were repeatedly hung up on. When we finally got through, staff claimed they didn't even have the order under our name, despite the fact that the DoorDash driver had already been there picking it up earlier. The lack of organization and accountability from both the restaurant and the delivery service was unbelievable. Also, please don't bother posting the usual automated "Wingstop will reach out to you to resolve this" reply under this review. I've seen that response before and no one ever actually follows up. It comes across as a scripted PR move to make it look like the company cares on Yelp, when in reality nothing actually happens. This location has had problems before, and this experience just confirmed that nothing has improved. I'm posting this because customers deserve to know what they're getting into when ordering from this Wingstop through DoorDash. If management or corporate leadership actually cares about customer experience, this kind of repeated failure should be taken seriously and addressed. Until then, I'll be taking my business somewhere else. read more

This is my first time trying the smoky chipotle chicken & I'm very intrigued to see how this might be !

I orders online and it said it was ready so when i went to pick it up they told me I had to wait a extra 15-10 minutes even on there screen it said it was ready. There wasn't even a lot of people here so it wasn't like they were backed up. I will never come to this location again read more

Good fast food clean and always respectful team members !! Service food & ambience will come back

We ordered online for delivery. Wingstop used Doordash for the delivery. Drinks were missing. Text driver. At first driver stated no drinks were part of order. I sent him a picture of order. He then stated drinks were not with the food yet the Wingstop store stated it was next to the food and driver forgot them. Stored stated they cannot reimburse for drinks. Informed driver. Driver stated to contact Doordash. They will reimburse us. He then stated he was going to bring drinks but he never did. We were out of drinks and with no reimbursement. Driver was rude yet cannot request to remove the tip or to report him since I didn't order the food through Doordash. read more

I called to say something and someone picked up the phone and hung up. I don't like complaining but it looks like someone's lunch and they closed the box and packed it with our order. It'a disgusting. This was an order placed ahead of time. I know they get busy but this is just down right sloppy. read more

Wingstop - This is what my husband got. Like is this a joke or??? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

I wouldn't give this place a one star This is by far the most horrible wingstop I've been ever been too, the fries were not good at all I placed my order and I know it takes 19 mins and I got there in 10, to me that seems like they gave me wings that were already cooked, the place soon as u walk in u get confused it looks closed They have no one in the front to greet, maybe I should teach them how to say " welcome to wingstop" the place in general looks soo dirty looks like they don't mop The baseboards are dirty, management must not really care about the feedback customers provide because seems like this store is known for bad service , definitely need to hire people that actually want to work and give good customer service service Def seems like they don't need my money won't be coming back, and if someone can reach out to me about my money back would be great maybe regional manager or someone read more

if i could put 0 stars i would, to begin, my food was handed to me late, i ordered on the app and they still handed me the order almost 15mins later after i got there to pick up. i get home and i received only 1 ranch for a 20piece meal with fries. i take a bite from the wing i find a hair. how disgusting and disappointing is that. i call to ask for refund since i live 20mins away i didn't want to drive back. and the "MANAGER" yessenia told me i had to take back the food?? she was really rude. never going back to this wingstop again please hire new manager... that's nicer and more respectful. read more

Placed an online order a hour ahead of time. When I got to the restaurant it was 3 min before my order time. I was told there was a few order before me. I ended up waiting 40 mins for my order. While I was there there was a huge line and employees dont seem to care that they have customers waiting for a long time. They are way under staffed!! A time before this experience they also got my order wrong so I had to go back to let them know, good thing i live near by. I hate this place it sucks that its the closest one to me. I honestly think twice before even trying to go here. read more

Disappointed in the last couple of visits. The food was NOT fresh. Cold french fries (looked old) with no seasoning, and the chicken was completely dry. I couldn't even bite into the chicken (not an exaggeration). When the bag was given to me, it was sealed with a sticker, so I thought it was fresh, given that I waited in-store about 20-25 minutes. On the way home I opened the bag and noticed. I gave the restaurant a call to notify them, and the manger on duty was very understandable and kind. A credit was issued to me for my next visit. Of course, when I returned a they stated that they could not find my credit, even with my receipt and documentation of who I spoke with. Again, very disappointed in not only the food, but the customer service. Not to mention the restaurant did not look appealing/clean. AND business licenses and permits that are on display are expired (I suggest they update this) That will be my last visit. read more

Girls who work there were decently nice, started off by making us wait 10 mins to even be assisted. Afterwards we had to wait 30 mins (mind you this restaurant was completely EPMTY). These kids working here were hustling they're butts off. It was a busy Sat with lots of online orders and we walked in. It took a little to get our food but that's understandable given the volume. It's a fast food place so the customer service was excellent for the level of stress they were under. The food was typical Wingstop and tasted as expected. 5 stars. read more
