Of all the wingstop locations, I have only eaten at this one my entire life. The service has always been decent, but in the last few months - it's been absolute shit. Just last week, my family and I purchase a large order from wing stop - $78 worth of food - and I drove to pick it up. I arrived on location at 5:10, a few minutes after the wingstop app estimated our food to be ready, and my food wasn't prepared. That's not a part of the complaint, sometimes people get overwhelmed. It's okay. What's not okay is that I was told by the woman in the front of the store that my order wasn't ready yet. And I was told that again 10 minutes later. And again 15 minutes later. Then she asked to see my order online and she conferred with the kitchen - they had lost my order. And I heard them say "oh we couldn't find that one so we threw it out." So I waited for my food in store for almost 30 minutes, plus the 25 minute wait from actually ordering to getting to the store, and now I'm being told they're not even working on making my food because they threw my order out? I wrote the order down for them - after they tried to take my phone into the kitchen, which I thought was inappropriate - and was rushed for writing it down and told "it'll be ready soon." It took another 30 minutes for me to get my food, notice they forgot an order of fries, and fix my drinks that I got with my order. I received no apology, and when I bought a large ranch as an extra, they didn't offer to cover the cost of it. An unnecessary action, but it would've certainly improved their waiting. The woman manning the cashiers seemed frustrated with me when I asked for my missing order of fries and for my drink cups. When I got home, I noticed they didn't season our fries either, despite me taking my time to write down that we had purchased extra seasoning for our fries. I always order through doordash to get it delivered, but since I've been having issues with drivers stealing my food despite me giving a 20% tip every time, I placed an order for pick up. The food is good and I got the same thing I get every time, a ten piece combo, the $2 extra for all flats, and cheese fries. I got an extra ten of all flats when I just ordered, and not only did neither of the wings have all flats, they didn't give me my fries or celery and they said there was nothing they could do, despite the fact that I've never had an issue previously, as well as the fact that I waited well past the expected time to pick up before they finally gave me my food. I would love to add zero stars to this location! I have had two major incidents with the same location. The initial incident was when this location triple charged my card and acted as if they had no idea what occurred. The manager is quite nonchalant about their mess ups. I was on hold quite some time attempting to get an order placed. The situation that occurred was never resolved because I don't like their barbecue sauce on my wings so definitely never order it from their establishment. They messed up an order and instead of contacting the customer to make sure that the order was made correctly they asked my pickup kid and he stated that they didn't even allow him a chance to reply and assumed he wanted something that had previously been established in the initial phone call. This is inappropriate and unacceptable for a store to repeatedly mess up and then they have minimal follow up to ensure accurate information. So I really am a big fan of this place the wings are AWESOME as always! I ordered the family pack the flavors I chose was lemon pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Cajun. Normally I would get the Louisiana Rub but decided to experiment and try the Cajun. In my opinion, La Rub was way better than the Cajun. It could be that I am not a fan of wings smothered in sauce perhaps? But the flavor is present in both of these. The facility itself was very clean and immaculate. Restrooms were nice as well. HOWEVER; there is this one cashier there who was having a bad day? Anyways, her customer service was sucking more than the Dyson vac I own. Thus the 3 star rating. I am sitting in my car outside of this "establishment" in utter disbelief! To cut to the chase, my husband ordered a 10-piece combo. He likes them very well done. We reiterated that over the phone when we placed the order. When the wings came out and were not well done, he sent them back. When the waitress returned the second time, the wings were now in a different box and the paper underneath was greasy. The wings were still not crisp. They looked as if they had been re-submerged in grease. He decided rather than bother them again to just get a refund and go somewhere else. The waitress took the bag back inside and then a young man who identified himself as Logan approached the car. We assumed he was the manager coming to apologize. Wrong! Was told I was lying and the order was correct so I asked for a refund to take my business else where. We had pre-paid on the app. They told me they cancelled the pending transaction and the money would be returned within 3 days. 2 Weeks later I am still trying to get my money back. After finally getting through and being placed on hold again (when I inquired about the lengthy hold times, I was told they were very busy), I stayed on hold for the 12 min it took me to arrive at the location. I stood in line behind 3 guests while still on hold. Apparently, I was waiting for any and all customers in line to place their order before my call in order could be taken. The store was not busy. There was one cashier (plus another who came up when it was my turn to order), 4 cooks, and the people who ordered ahead of me received their food in about 5 minutes (so it would appear they were not behind or busy). It is inexcusable to make people hold so long simply to place a phone in order. The celery sticks were rubbery, they were out of bleu cheese dressing, and the Cajun Wings just had a slight sprinkle of spice on top of the pile of wings) they are usually coated in the dry spice, as well as in the hot sauce). It is safe to say this place is not what it use to be as far as customer service. I called before I pulled away from where was and I was place on hold. It was raining really bad.
