Great support after another store put me on hold for 20 minutes! The lady at the front was willing to help me get a refund from the store that I couldn't get ahold of and was super friendly about it. read more

Wings were rubbery and not very spicy like I had hoped. Celery and carrots were not fresh. The fries and fried corn were okay, but not enough to order from here again. Sorry, but my first time was the last time. read more

The service here is blatantly sexist. Twice, I've been completely ignored while men have come and gone. I've actually asked male customers to help me. Sadly, my family loves wings and they asked for it again. My visit yesterday was equally bad. The employee looked right at me and walked away. He came back when a male came into the store. He continued to ignore me and only spoke to me when the man pointed and me and said I was there first. Perhaps I should not have been surprised when the employee tried to continue to ignore me. On top of this, the food was sub standard. The wings were small, not well sauced and overcooked. The fries were undercooked. I won't be back to this location. read more

First time being there in years, didn't recieve full order. Put too much trust in getting an order 100% correct. Not driving 20-25 min to getting shorted, very disappointing. read more

took 52 min for the food it was plain and the fries were soggy and it kept sending me to the back of the line on the screen

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moline, Illinois

I beg of you.. do NOT take it this as a complaint. Think of this as the cheapest master mind you've ever got in your life...im a connoisseur. Your wings and flavors are great, but your ranch IS WATERY DOG SHIT. Take it from the guy who started a ranch revolution in high school after Michelle Obama replaced our good ranch with trash ranch. read more

Our orders are always ready on time & have never had any issues with the food. Love the hot honey rub.

Order was ready on time. Food was great. They looked clearly understaffed. And had many orders so the place was a little messy but seems they are doing the best with what they have. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Chuck is the owner and he is beyond miserable at managing this location. He is rude and argumentative for no reason. I've been here twice. The first time, he gave my order to someone else and said it's because we have the same name; although I was in my car and had placed my order 20 mins ago. He saw me waiting and knows what I looked like. He yelled at me and told me that it's not his fault that someone scammed him into stealing an order. He bribed me with free wings so I don't leave a bad review and then proceeded to yell at me once again while saying, "do you know who I am? Do you know how much my signature costs." I had asked him to sign the receipt because he said he would give me a free order for the next time. As usual, did not keep his promise and called me a liar and other names. The second time, today, they are not accepting any walk in's or call ins and have a poorly written sign on their front door. There is no option to order bone in online and the shift manager told me that he is arguing with Chuck because he won't send any more bone in boxes and that there is only one left and it's currently frozen and he doesn't want to take it out because Chuck told him not to. I told him, "your coworker told me you have 3 boxes left and that you can make them." He then opened the freezer and threw the frozen box of wings on the ground and said, "SEE ONLY ONE BOX.".. he threw food on the floor to prove a point?? This location is disgusting, employees are rude and poorly trained, management and Chuck need to reevaluate their customer service and how they run this establishment. I'm almost 100% positive that if a spontaneous health inspection is done, this chain would be shut down for its lack of sanitation. I'll be reporting this to city health inspection as well as wingstop headquarters. It's not about the food, but rather the way they treat consumers. read more

Wingstop - a sign on the door of a restaurant - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moline, Illinois

I gave this 4star because it's always good however, the only way you can get an order in is if you order on line!!!!!! Bullshit!!!!! A manager should be opening and making sure someone is there to take walk I orders!!! I love my Lemon Pepper (low sodium) wings and y'all have not filled an order for me in over a year ear!!! read more

I was really excited to try Wing Stop, until we got there and they refused to take our order and said they too busy and we had to leave.

Consider yourself warned. Don't write many reviews but felt I should save you your time and money. This business has repeatedly not included food we ordered and paid for and has been consistently happy to have us wait for food for 20+ minutes beyond the promised pickup time. During the pandemic, we chose to give them some grace due to universal staffing issues. However, it's time for them to get their act together or close. The food was 20 minutes late, again. No apology offered. Items we paid for were AGAIN missing. Tried to call to rectify multiple times with no answer at the local number listed on the app. The smell of old and unchanged cooking oil in the restaurant, along with lack of attention to any detail, has me concerned about the safety of eating food prepared here. Consistently a TERRIBLE experience. Never again. read more

I have never placed a review but I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. There Phones are non existent. They will not allow you to walk in and order, you can only order online. If you walk in you will stand there for 20 min while they continue talking amongst each other and ignore you. They have no social skills and are very rude. The wings are good and I'd love to talk the place up and say it's a great place to get some wings but I'll go buy some mediocre wings to avoid this headache. I even gave it another chance and got the same experience. read more

I actually liked this place until I started door dashing.. this Moline location is awful to Door Dashers. They treat us like we are the scum of the Earth. I went inside to pick up an order... the employees were in the lobby eating, and on their phones. I told them I had a door dash order, and they told there was no order. I showed them and they looked for the ticket, one found it and said shh no I didn't, then whispered something. (Heck they were probably eating the order themselves!) They continued to look, got the manager, and he was worse then they were! (As far as being rude) he didn't address me, he just sweared at the other employees, and said they needed to check the internet from now on.. and said NO ONLINE ORDERS ANYMORE TODAY! then walked away. I said um.. are you filling this order? He swore at me and then said NO. I would have let that be the last visit, but I decided to try again. I watched a manager go outside to his car in a pair of food gloves, dig thru his car, then come back in and fill an order!!! He didn't change his gloves!!! Another employee dropped a wing on the floor, and then threw it into the grease! I know it cooks off but OMG YUCK!! THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP!!!! WINGSTOP CORP NEEDS TO GO THERE AND DO A SURPRISE VISIT!!! The Quad Cities deserve better customer service!!! I will decline every order until I hear that they have fixed their employee issues!! read more

I guess Wingstop having shitty service is just a universal thing 4 people in line and the dude just stood there staring at us probably high if I had to guess read more

New owners means NO SERVICE. We stopped in to put in a to go order. We were told they ONLY take orders via online website. No walk-in orders or payments. WHAT!!! This is ridiculous. We walked into your establishment and were told you would not take our order! We tried to use the app and it would not take our card. People next to us could not get it to work either so it was not our card. Needless to say they missed out on a $80 order and whatever the people next to us were going to order. We will not try again. read more

waited 45 minutes for my food to be ice cold. could've easily went anywhere else down here. Terrible service aswell, workers don't seem to care. read more

Please! Please! Please! Lay off the sodium! I thought my arteries were going to explode. I'm sure that's not the original recipe from the franchise. Who ever made those wings and fries has to be re-trained. Please check that! I think I could fill up a salt shaker with the amount of salt that was put into that order. Free water to dilute the salt OMG. read more

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS DUMP! They messed up our entire order and not to mention dumped our wings upside down in the bag to spill and leak all over.....and when I called to see if they would do anything about it, the lady, the owner hung up on me!! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I will tell EVERERONE I know to never go there because she was RUDE. I love supporting local but this place doesn't deserve business!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY read more

Went here very apprehensive due to the bad reviews, but the food is really good, the workers were friendly and attentive. It did take a bit long to get our food and the tables could have been a bit cleaner. read more

This food is great. But I went in today and this dude literally said he didn't have a cashier. And the day before I came in they said they were cleaning the fryers. Like wtf it was 2pm Probaly one of the busiest times. I know how it is to work at a fast food restaurant so I can understand but if an old fart can't hit a button to place an order then why are you working there. They should at least know how to answer a damn phone I tried to order and got sent to voicemail 15 times. I know what your thinking it's not that deep for some wings but that shit is bussin. Food is a 10 but the service is ass read more

Wingstop - Bs - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moline, Illinois

Decided to give them a try and made the mistake of getting it to go. Should have checked to make sure they got the order right but I didn't. They got half the wings right but didn't sauce the other half. Also forgot a sandwich. Wasn't worth driving back over the river to make it right. Fries were nothing special and wings were just ok. So overall, no thanks, I'll stick with the filling station. read more

I wanted to like this place! I ordered half parmesan garlic and half mild with a side of fries and cole slaw. The fries were ok. Slaw was similar to KFC. The "ranch dipping sauce" was good (as far as ranches go)....then I got to the wings. First of all, they were small "popcorn chicken" sized boneless wings. The parmesan garlic had far too much powdered parmesan cheese on them, and not much else. The mild wings were ok until I noticed a "string" of some sort on one of the wings. When I pulled it off I realized it was a WHITE FEATHER covered in mild sauce. Needless to say I am beyond disgusted and will not be returning. Save your money (overpriced) and time (15 min wait). read more

Literally worst location there is. Management is terrible and employees are beyond rude! What kind of wing store doesn't have traditional wings and argues with the customer about it! MISERABLE DONT GO HERE. read more

I wish the number listed on Apple Maps and the itself website actually worked in order to place an order there.

Order my food off line for a pick up at 7:15 they give me the wrong order so I called to let them know and to get my right order the young lady tells me to hold on so she can see when they can make it and the manager in the back said to tell me they can't do it until tomorrow so I ask the young lady why do I have to wait for my food I paid for I want to eat tonight so the manager tells me you know what I don't give a fuck and hung up on me so I go up there gave them the food back and ack for my $ back after I told him he was a big man for talking to me like that on the phone so tells me he will not give me my $ back and then he called the police on me and had me wait until they got there to give me my $ so I will never go there again because when they are busy they take it out on the customer so I'm telling everyone I know how bad of a place this is read more

if I could give it less stars I would. I ordered in food yesterday and was going to leave it at just getting my stuff and go but I couldn't. so I tried calling the number off google and nobody would answer mind you it was numerous times. So I ordered online and picked up. While waiting to pick up my food at the store I decided to call and the 2 cooks were standing around on their phone goofing off and then some kid from the back came about I asked him why no one is answering the phone. his remarks were we are short staffed and busy, but yet the cooks were standing around. plus I was double charged. Once again there is no answer. what a horrible establishment and service. I now have to wait for the bank to refund the money . read more

Despite the bad reviews, we had a great experience here. It's the weekend so it was a little busy. The person taking our order was friendly. This location was clean. Our food was ready sooner than expected. As usual, the food was great. The fried corn is amazing. We will back again soon. read more

Love Wingstop....but the service here is completely unexceptional,Lazy, disconnected, with seemingly clinically depressed employees. Not one smile, or positive vibe in the place. If I owned this place, I would fire them all and start again. It's crazy how bad the vibe is in here..... 4 stars for the food 0 for service read more

im Gonna start off by saying the food is good here. But the bad thing is that they never answer the phone so customers can place an order and placing an order online Is kinda complicated and since they never answer the phone we end up placing a order inside which we then have to wait almost an hour just for the food to be done it's ridiculous!! read more

Wish I would have checked Yelp before going in to this place. I should've known something was up when there were only two tables occupied at noon on a Friday. Service to place my order wasn't bad, but nothing really special either. Not friendly or specifically non-friendly, just 'there'. It was a little pricey for a 6 wing combo meal, almost $10, but wings are like BBQ it's always expensive. My two flavors were original hot and garlic parmesan. It took 20 minutes (!) For my name to be called, which had me pretty steamed but I was still hoping for good wings. I tried the fries first, they were somehow really hot and soggy at the same time. Oh yeah, and WAY too salty. The garlic parmesan wings are liberally covered in powdered parmesan. While not bad, it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. The original hot was what I was expecting (Frank's Red Hot) and were decent. In summary, small, expensive, mediocre flavored wings; nasty fries; long wait even when they're not busy. I won't be going back, but if those conditions are your thing, go for it! read more

Everything is ridiculously salty, even by chicken wing standards. The fries are often soggy and limp and the seasoning, like I said, is way too salty. Eat here and regret it later. read more

Just fix the god dang employees otherwise we wont have this place long in this city the choice of sauces phenomenal the fries OMG but the employees gotta go they need a better group of employees that give a dang not just for the food but the guests that go in and enjoy eating wings read more

We waited 30 plus minutes for our wings and never got them. We had to leave and ask for a refund as we had another place to be. The staff didn't even apologise for wasting our time. Family dinner on a Saturday evening was ruined. Stay away. read more

Staff are careless and have little concern for getting your all of your order. I ordered 50 wings with sides for $53, I waited ten minutes for my to go order. Counter person gives me the bag and reading my order back to me. So far so good. Got home to eat dinner with my family, and 1/4 of the wings are missing (1 of the 4 flavors I ordered). I called the store, and the offered to give me the wings, you know, the ones I ordered and paid for, along with a free side for their mistake. So, while my family eats, I had to drive back to get the rest of dinner. I get there, they apologize and give me a bag with the rest of my order and my free side item (baked beans). I suggested to them that if they go to the work of repeating back your order when they give it to you, they should at least make sure it's all in the bag. So, I get back home, my family is done eating, the rest of the food is now cold, but at least I have the remainder of the wings and a warm order of baked beans.... Except, now they forgot those too. They are missing from my order. I give up. So, for $53 for dinner for 5, I got cold dinner, two trips to the restaurant and never did get all the food I supposed to. The wings were average, service terrible, price probably a little over priced. You can get wings plenty of other places that will get it right, it's not like wings are rare, or hard to find, so spend your money elsewhere. read more
