The service here is blatantly sexist. Twice, I've been completely ignored while men have come and gone. I've actually asked male customers to help me. Sadly, my family loves wings and they asked for it again. My visit yesterday was equally bad. The employee looked right at me and walked away. He came back when a male came into the store. He continued to ignore me and only spoke to me when the man pointed and me and said I was there first. Perhaps I should not have been surprised when the employee tried to continue to ignore me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Chuck is the owner and he is beyond miserable at managing this location. He is rude and argumentative for no reason. I've been here twice. The first time, he gave my order to someone else and said it's because we have the same name; although I was in my car and had placed my order 20 mins ago. He saw me waiting and knows what I looked like. He yelled at me and told me that it's not his fault that someone scammed him into stealing an order. He bribed me with free wings so I don't leave a bad review and then proceeded to yell at me once again while saying, "do you know who I am? Do you know how much my signature costs." I had asked him to sign the receipt because he said he would give me a free order for the next time. As usual, did not keep his promise and called me a liar and other names. The second time, today, they are not accepting any walk in's or call ins and have a poorly written sign on their front door. There is no option to order bone in online and the shift manager told me that he is arguing with Chuck because he won't send any more bone in boxes and that there is only one left and it's currently frozen and he doesn't want to take it out because Chuck told him not to. I told him, "your coworker told me you have 3 boxes left and that you can make them." He then opened the freezer and threw the frozen box of wings on the ground and said, "SEE ONLY ONE BOX.".. he threw food on the floor to prove a point?? This location is disgusting, employees are rude and poorly trained, management and Chuck need to reevaluate their customer service and how they run this establishment. I'm almost 100% positive that if a spontaneous health inspection is done, this chain would be shut down for its lack of sanitation. I have never placed a review but I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. There Phones are non existent. They will not allow you to walk in and order, you can only order online. If you walk in you will stand there for 20 min while they continue talking amongst each other and ignore you. They have no social skills and are very rude. The wings are good and I'd love to talk the place up and say it's a great place to get some wings but I'll go buy some mediocre wings to avoid this headache. The parmesan garlic had far too much powdered parmesan cheese on them, and not much else. The mild wings were ok until I noticed a "string" of some sort on one of the wings. Oh yeah, and WAY too salty. The garlic parmesan wings are liberally covered in powdered parmesan. While not bad, it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. The original hot was what I was expecting (Frank's Red Hot) and were decent. In summary, small, expensive, mediocre flavored wings; nasty fries; long wait even when they're not busy. Staff are careless and have little concern for getting your all of your order. I ordered 50 wings with sides for $53, I waited ten minutes for my to go order. Counter person gives me the bag and reading my order back to me. So far so good. Got home to eat dinner with my family, and 1/4 of the wings are missing (1 of the 4 flavors I ordered). I called the store, and the offered to give me the wings, you know, the ones I ordered and paid for, along with a free side for their mistake. So, while my family eats, I had to drive back to get the rest of dinner. I get there, they apologize and give me a bag with the rest of my order and my free side item (baked beans). I suggested to them that if they go to the work of repeating back your order when they give it to you, they should at least make sure it's all in the bag. So, I get back home, my family is done eating, the rest of the food is now cold, but at least I have the remainder of the wings and a warm order of baked beans.... Except, now they forgot those too. They are missing from my order. I give up. So, for $53 for dinner for 5, I got cold dinner, two trips to the restaurant and never did get all the food I supposed to. The wings were average, service terrible, price probably a little over priced.
