Went this location for dinner. Sign said to seat yourself. My wife and I grabbed a booth and sat there for 15 minutes and never saw any wait staff. My wife went looking for someone and couldn't locate anyone, so we went to another restaurant. I notified corporate about this and they responded that the unit manager would be in touch, but that never happened. I then notified corporate that no one had reached out. Now corporate is no longer replying. Personally I like the food but service is lacking. It is no wonder that business is falling off at this chain. If you have good food and great service, customers will come, but if service is poor or non existent then the chain will fail. I hope they are listening. read more

I'm not a fan of places like this but husband likes wings. This is ridiculous though. Our waitres was very kind, that's for sure. She did however Inform us that their new policy is that they bring your food out as it's ready. At first I thought "well ya that's what I'm hoping". No. Even though every other restaurant in the world can manage it, this place can no longer manage to bring the whole tables food out at once. They will bring one persons order, 20 mins later, the next. Wtf. So If your goal is to actually have a meal with other people that's not happening here. We were sat right away on a Thursday night which was awesome. After 10min someone came and told us our server would be by soon, 5 minutes later our server came by to tell us she would be with us shortly and that all of her tables wanted to cash out at once. That's fine I get it. At least 5 minutes later she finally made it to our table to take our orders. We had to remind our server that we hadn't received our drinks or napkins or silverware. Our appetizer came out cold and she needed to get us a new one. It took over 15 minutes from ordering to get out main dishes. When we did finally get our main dishes there was stray hair in both mine and my wife's wing platters. So if you're keeping track that's 20minutes to place our orders. And an additional 15 to get our food. We at this point asked for a manager to come by the table. When the GM showed up we explained what was going on and his first comment was "well none of the cooks have black hair".... Neither do my wife or I. Almost like he was implying that we had planted hairs? Just crazy and insulting. The server explained she saw multiple cooks not wearing any hair coverings and that there was actually a new cool in the kitchen tonight with longer black hair, to which he replied oh that's right. Stopped here on our drive from VA to CA. We ordered food to go and had a beer at the bar while we waited. We got our cheese curds, buffalo chicken wrap and wings to go. We took our kids (3 & 4) here last night because you know, kids eat for $1.99 on Wednesdays. I asked the waitress if instead of getting adult entrees if we could get one order of wings for my husband and I to share and still get the kids meals for $1.99. Three of us went to this establishment Saturday, March 3rd. We met 4 friends Got to restaurant - short wait to be seated and then waited 25 min for a server. One of our group complained to a mgr. Shortly a young woman appeared and took drink order. Figured she'd take our order when she brought drinks. WRONG. Another 20 min went by before we could order. Once order was placed, another 45 min until we were served. They weren't that busy. Prices have gone up. My group had 2-small Wings, hamburger an 2- large beers and 3-small beers. Our tab was $73.00. It always amazes me how poorly this location is managed. This particular time I was in all of the empty tables were dirty while 4 staff members stood around and socialized. We waited about 10 minutes before our waitress came to our table even though it was dead that night. She stated she simply did not know what beers were on tap and left it at that. After ordering we got part of our meal after about 45 min then the other part about 30 minutes later. Never heard from the waitress between ordering and getting the food for refills. I'd never been to one of these, apparently its a chain... Anyway, got the boneless buffalo wings and a couple of beers. It was about all you could hope for as far as fine cuisine in a sports bar environment. Just not necessarily my cup of tea. They had maybe 15-20 beers on tap, a nice selection. The margaritas are pretty good too. The wait-staff was friendly and conversational (we sat at the bar). They have a pretty wide selection of flavors for their wings, and the hottest were pretty stinkin' hot. They also had a big game hunter arcade game which was pretty silly, and also pretty cool... To be completely honest, Buffalo Wild Wings has never really been that impressive. In my opinion, the food is mediocre at best and the service is slower than a granny driver. I've never had a terrible experience at this establishment, per say-- I just don't think it worth all of the high school hype it receives. I had an amazing experience at the Moline BWW last Thursday. My friends and I were excited to go out for bogo boneless wings Thursday. When we arrived at the Davenport BWW we were not given great service and told to leave because "the computer system was down." We were not given much more information, so in defeat, we decided to head to the Moline BWW. The service at the Moline BWW was amazing. We were seated right away with a great waiter and our food arrived in a very timely manner. Four friends wanted to watch a baseball game and eat dinner. When we arrived, I requested that the game be put on one of the small tvs. In less than a minute, the game we wanted was on the big screen. The service from Terry was excellent and two different managers stopped to check on our experience. We had a variety of food from nachos to wings to ribs. It was all delicious. The manager let me try some "top secret experimental" ghost pepper sauce that hasn't been released yet. She said she would have somebody check to see if there were any tables available out there. She never said anything so we asked again and she said there were not tables available. If you want to have a party go somewhere else. I showed up early to make sure we could get a table. They would not start to prepare a group of tables until halve of the party showed up. We had 12 people standing at the front door waiting to be seated. Then they put two round table on the end of a small square table which is very uncomfortable and quite crowded for this many people.
