If you want to have a party go somewhere else. I showed up early to make sure we could get a table. They would not start to prepare a group of tables until halve of the party showed up. We had 12 people standing at the front door waiting to be seated. Then they put two round table on the end of a small square table which is very uncomfortable and quite crowded for this many people. We will not make this mistake twice. Hopefully this will keep you from making it to begin with. read more

The food was good and the service too. What is irritating is that on the last day of the Olympics they turned it off for a ballgame even though they had customers watching. Because we didn't request the Olympics (it was already on) a jerk could request whatever and they'd switch the channel. Will not be returning especially after talking to the manager about it. She was less than helpful. read more

On February 4th I called a order in to the Moline Illinois store at right at about 12:30 p.m. it was to be picked up at 4:30 I arrived to pick up the order the order was not even started so I waited in the restaurant for another half hour for them to get my order prepared go back home opened up my order and my order was wrong took my order back to receive the right order told the hostess that I was very unhappy with the disarray of the way the events took place which she was sarcastic I then told her I would probably not be doing business with Buffalo Wild Wings again and again was sarcastically said okay have a good day. There are quite a few places to get wings at in the Quad City Illinois and Buffalo Wild Wings is not going to be on my list from here on out very poor service. read more

Have been several times because its close and a big fan of the chaun. Consistently slow service. Orders incorrect as often as correct. Often cold food. Go to another location I think this is a management issue. read more

frozen, prebreaded, dry and bland. they have over 9000 sauces but none of them are really very good, but thats ok because there will hardly be any on your freeze dried chicken chunks read more

Always a solid place for a cold beer, wings, and sports. I always like eating at the bar with all the video and no rush.

Bww has never been that great, but it's really gone downhill since the menu change. There's hardly anything worth ordering. Ordered online for five of us and not a single dish was correct. Every single one was missing the lettuce, tomato, and pickle that was supposed to be on it. They were also nearly 10 minutes late on pickup time so I had to stand around waiting. Won't be going back. read more

Great experience anytime I go here! I've been waited on by Andrew serveral times and he never dissapoints. Even on a busy night with a bunch of tables he still waits on everyone with a smile. Very tentative and makes our experience better. I love the traditional parmasean wings and the chili queso dip! Hanna greets us at the door a lot of times we go there and she is always so polite! Love this place! read more

I don't know why I keep giving this place a try. I always assume I just randomly get stuck with bad service, however it's the same thing every time. The wait staff will sit you down at your table where you will have to wait 10 minutes before they even ask you for drinks. Wings always seem like they were cooked and sat out for an hour. Always forget the sides (ranch, blue cheese, etc.). Most of all none of the staff seems like they even want to be there let alone at least pretend they care about customer service. Go to Davenport BWW's for a better experience. Moline is well below mediocre. I would give less than 1 star if possible. read more

I've been here several times and have never had a bad experience. The staff works together as a team, trying to make sure everyone has timely service, they even know what tastes good, so I have no problem asking them for a recommendation when I want to try something new. read more

First time at this location absolutely wasn't impressed with the service and the food was average but not what I would call great. Our server took our order and brought our drinks and was never seen again until after we waited over 39 minutes for sandwiches and fries. In addition I asker our server if they had any burgers with onion tanglers and the one she recommended had two large onion rings on it. So she didn't even know the difference between onion tanglers and onion rings. Another server had to bring out our refills on beverages and then we had to ask another server for our check in which our server then asks if we'd like a desert and in which case we said "No", we had our debit card on the table and instead of taking the card to ring up the bill she asked if we wanted her to just bring the check and then we could have her ring it up? We said no just take the card and cash us out. Needless to say we won't be coming back there again. Not worth the money for the low grade service we received. read more

Found a hair on my food and the manager accused me of lying. It was awful, I didn't even think that they would give me new wings. Avoid this location read more
