I live over 30 minutes away from the store so It's very important my order is correct. Went to pickup the order they handed me two large bags and I asked them to confirm this is my complete order they said yes of course. When I get home and open up the packages missing ALL of my boneless wings & NO DIPS! The only thing in the bag where fries and the chicken tenders. Not nearly enough to feed everyone. Was extremely upset tried calling the store over 30-40 times and never got anyone to answer. Sometimes while I was calling you could hear them answer and hang up because they must have been tired of hearing me call. Waited until the next day called them again finally got to speak to a manager said they will look into it and they will get back to us. Never heard anything. Called them the next week same story they will look into it... Finally over a month later gave a refund. Still not good enough for having to go the lengths I had to go to for a refund. I got 20 boneless wings instead of the 15 bone-in, flavors that I did not even ask for, and no drink. Came at 2 pm on Tuesday for the 60 cent boneless wings. Wasn't busy at all. Cashier was new so she had to ask for assistance. Noticed the manager or supervisor was on her phone over the kitchen area and after the cashier asked for help, she left and went back to her office. Other than the cashier, there was one other employee in the kitchen making the food and trying to help the cashier. Ordered the 10 piece lemon pepper and hot wings with fries. Flavors were good. But my fries were way too salty and burnt. Pretty sure it's because the kitchen employee had to manage making food and teaching the cashier by herself. I've been to many Wingstop locations, but this location is by far the "worst" one I've ever been. On other occasions, wait time would be crazy and staff are never enthusiastic. So if you've been to 1 wingstop, you've pretty much been to all the wingstops. This wingstop wasn't too crowded when we came in on a Sunday afternoon. Our favorites here are the Garlic and Parmesan wings, lemon pepper wings and my wife loves the atomic pepper wings... (I don't know how she eats those, they're too spicy for me) We also get the seasoned fries and end up not finishing them... They're good, but we're always full before we get to them. My question was always "How do the wings compare to Hooters?" Because we all know Hooter's wings are the best tasting ones... I have to say these wings are a step below the Hooter's wings... I ordered the family pack with Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, and Louisiana Rub. The Garlic Parmesan was much more mild than I remember but it's not a bad thing. The Louisiana Rub, however, was very salty. And as always, you can't go wrong with lemon pepper. The service for Wingstops are normally what makes or brakes the restaurants and for here, the people were very friendly but were not very good at notice when someone needs service. The cashiers are usually pretty nice, but the wait time at this location is always horrendous, even if they aren't busy. I remember there was once instance where I waited an entire hour for my order, and I had only ordered one of their smaller combos. It has also been really messy the last two times I've been inside. The tables are usually dirty and sticky, and they don't have napkins, but a single cheap brown paper towel roll that sometimes isn't even there. The chicken itself is actually pretty good, but a little overpriced. When I do choose to get food here, I usually order and eat at home.
