I specifically asked whether they served Tito's vodka with soda and lime and was told they had a full bar. That was a deciding factor in booking. My guests and I had been led to believe they were getting actual spirits, and it was embarrassing to have to explain the difference after the fact. The food was just as disappointing. The chicken nuggets were so bad we threw them away, and a guest told me their child became sick after eating the pizza. The private room was hot, and the fans blew napkins and other things around the table. I spent more than $800 on the room, food, drinks, admission, and fees. The only part of the event that went as expected was admission. I contacted management to request a refund for the non-admission charges and have not received a response to my follow-up asking what they intend to do.
