Worst Wingstop honestly super disappointed. To being they had me on hold on the phone for 40 min to place an order. I assume since the NBA finals where on when I arrived to the restaurant it's was going to be super packed but it was indeed the opposite restaurant was empty of customers and they only had 6 order on the screen. I also showed the employee I was on hold for 40 min he just laughed and said my bad. All dining chairs where put up on top of tables at 10:35 pm and employees was doing a boil out which mean switching the cooking oil from the machine that boil oil for wings and fries. I use to work fast food and know that employees are trying to leave on time but getting ready for close out 2 hours before your closing time is honestly unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of customer service at this location is unacceptable. I recently called and was placed on hold for over 40 minutes after being asked to wait, only to eventually be hung up on. When I politely asked for the employee's name, I was told they didn't have to provide it. To make matters worse, this happened twice in two days while I was trying to redeem free food that had been offered by a manager to make up for a previous bad experience. The staff members I encountered appeared uninterested in helping customers and showed very little professionalism. I also witnessed rude interactions with elderly customers who were simply asking questions about the menu. I understand this isn't a five-star restaurant, but there should still be a basic standard of customer service and respect. Unfortunately, this location falls far below that expectation. During my visit, chairs were stacked throughout the dining area in the middle of the day, making the restaurant appear unwelcoming and poorly managed. What was most disappointing / disgusting was the overall attitude from the staff. Customer concerns seemed to be treated as an inconvenience rather than part of their job. Employees openly expressed their frustrations where customers could hear them and, in some cases, directly to customers themselves. As I'm in line... just walked in. Management and corporate leadership should seriously consider reviewing this location's operations, customer service standards, and employee training. She was combative, rude, and dismissive when order mix-ups or mistakes were brought up as if it's your fault for daring to ask for a fix. She has an attitude and personality traits that can't be trusted. She and that staff may even spit in your food or drop it on the floor and serve it to you that's how foul mouthed she and her character comes across. I mean can you really trust any type of leadership who's a part of the problem. We need to force this business out of Manvel; we don't need wings that bad and should gladly welcome a business who enjoy being in communities paying their salaries. Tamera, the General Manager was not on site with the piss poor mentality Assistant Mgr in training being so hands off, they don't prioritize service and product delivery only making a profit. But from looks of past reviews this is a CULTURE that Tamara have created. Mayor Davis we got to get this business OUT OF MANVEL. The food? Inconsistent at best. People complain about missing items, greasy or soggy fries, and orders being late every single time. Mine was wrong all together. Combine that with poor training, mismanaged priorities, and a sense that customer service is optional -- and you have one of the worst dining experiences in Manvel. RUDE MANAGER ANGEL. I placed an online order at 6pm. I came to pick the food up soon after the estimated time specified online and in the e-mail. Estimates time was about 20mins. I picked up my food at 6:25 or 6:30 my food was still hot. I drove all the way home, went to try to eat my food only to find out there were burnt pieces of something in the fries that i could not identify. It was not burnt fries. I drove right back to wing stop and I asked the manager ANGEL to remake the order because of that and the one wing I did eat was dry. She told me it's because it's dry rub. And I ordered it at 6pm so it's dry. I didn't say it was cold when I received it nor am I stupid enough to not know it is dry rub. The chicken itself was DRY. If I have to go reheat it AGAIN after they remade the fries it would be way too dry. She said she cannot give me a refund and I cannot get the general managers number. I ordered 4 flavors of wings and could not tell one flavor from the other. It seems they skimp on the seasonings, and don't shake the wings in the seasonings long enough. My Louisiana Rub ones came out like just baked wings, but I had already returned home and did not want to hike right back through stalled traffic. And I will avoid going back, maybe try a different location where they know how to cook and what people expect. The reason for unforced non-return would be the carelessness. The bottom of my bag quickly dropped much juice or oil the moment I sat it in the car, but I thought it was because it was not on an even plain, so I sat it on the car floor. At home later, it was discovered that two of the wing sauce sections, did not have the sauce on the actual wing items, but just sitting there on the side instead in their carton, which explains the juice/oil bag spill. Skinny blond girl working the register and taking calls is the only one working, the rest are prioritizing their conversation above getting orders together. With it being next to the high school I went in expecting the staff to be just that- high school kids. I recently went here on 9/17 I came in fairly late I was told that my food would be done in about 18/20 minutes when I arrived a little early I sat down and the cashier so nice to me they started conversation to pass the time and I was treated very well I didn't expect such good customer service noting that I came in pretty late and I knew they were about to close but then when the cook came out with my food he was very nice and we chatted a bit about how much he enjoys his job and likes working with his co workers and a little about the food he even gave me a little sauce to go home when I arrived home my food was still very hot and fries were fresh overall I'm very happy I gave this place a try for myself I was a little worried after reading some reviews but I got proved very wrong the staff was amazing and food was delicious definitely will be coming back time and time again read more

Visiting a buddy on this side of town and was pretty darn excited to see a new Wingstop just opened. Emphasis on new so keep that in mind when reading this review. I rarely go to newly opened restaurants because I like to give them time to iron out the kinks and I don't like to pay for flaws. Well I gave this place a shot because who can mess up something as simple as fried chicken and fries?? Well I was wrong. My wings were so cold :( not warm-cold but like, icy refrigerator level cold to the touch. I was nervous that they may be raw. Cut it open to see that the wings were indeed fully cooked but the sauce they were coated in was obviously pulled right from the fridge before tossing my wings in them. Had to take them home to microwave. My fries were cold and stale too. I placed a phone order and was told it would be ready in 18 minutes. I arrived in 15 and my order was already on the shelf so no way it was because I arrived late. All the other wingstops my order is piping hot and fresh. I'm gonna give this location another month or two to practice and I'll give them one more shot and hopefully can update this rating better. First of all, we are fans of Wingstop. My wife and I went to this Wingstop at 5:30 pm on Saturday 9/17. We were the only customers there and we placed our order with a very friendly staff member. Facilities were clean. The chicken we received was not tasty like most Wingstops and did tastle like it was not freshly cooked and also was tougher than usual. We live less than five minutes from this Wingstop and when we arrived home the fries were cold. I ordered the cajun corn which was so salty, if I had eaten it I probably would have had a stroke tonight. While waiting for our food, the crew of about five was loud and using foul language. If a restaurant cant get it right with no customers, I dont know what they would do if they had several customers who wanted fresh hot food cooked the way Wingstop intended.
