As a retail worker in the mall Rude customer service by some guy with weird discoloration on his bottom lip, the guy don't even wear hairnet and he's around the food wants to be cursing at me, and cursing while asking a question not even giving me as A PAYING CUSTOMER time to order mind you NO ONES IN LINE BEHIND ME then he try to play it off as if he's being respectful by changing his tone of voice and being condescending and reading my name tag this happened around 4pm today aswell... I'll write a review it on yelp as well, and will w make a TikTok on my experience just incase they decide to delete my comment. read more

Ordered on their website, there was a random ad on my social media offering a promo. Never been so I thought I'd take advantage of the promo. When I arrived the order was ready, it was on the side. I was waiting in the line as I didn't know the process or saw a sign. The guy said "what you order?" And I told him it was online and he said "it's on the side, like usual"... idk if he mistakenly thought I was someone else or if that's just how it goes lol. Inside is spacious and clean. No one was dining in at the time. The sandwich's were okay, it really seemed like they are known for the sauces on these as it was just frozen chicken patty's that they tossed in sauce. The fries were honestly not for me, I don't like fries with the skin on them, these also seemed overly seasoned. I did like the honest mustard. I got on the side. Maybe one day I'll try the chicken wings but the sandwiches were just average to me. read more

They changed their fries from hand cut to frozen and they are horrible. SO disappointed. Were my favorite fries from all restaurants.

I come here at least twice during the week for myself and I am never disappointed. Lucky to have quick service when I do come !

Pretty quiet and very clean inside. The manager and staff are really quick with preparing the orders. Always fresh and very hot. read more

The man who took our order was very friendly and patient. We had never eaten here before so it took awhile to decide on which flavors we wanted. They were pretty busy for the 2:00 hour. If you want great food at a casual place, this is where I'd go. The wings and fries were awesome! I can't wait to come back. read more

Today's Visit: April 13th 2024 Good: Wings were cooked through and hot. Veggie Sticks were fresh and not dirty. Coca Cola was fresh. Not Good: Hot Honey Seasoning on the wings barely existed. It was very light. NONE of the staff, INCLUDING the owner ( Wife ), were wearing a hat or hair net !! Health Code Violation. Please Fix !!! Front of House staff member seemed to be ready for a nap, with almost nonexistent energy :-( read more

Used the app to order and got the "Full Court Meal" which is 12 bone in wings, 8 boneless, and a large fry and two dipping sauces. You can't beat the price. You can choose up to 3 flavors and they separate them, so there's no confusion. Pick up was east and even after my 15 min ride back home everything was fresh and hot. The wings were flavorful and cooked well, the fries were very salty and we will probably choose a different side next time. read more

lil t man yelled at me (on his mama btw) and he probably gooned in my ranch. he also kept mean mugging me and took like 18 years to make 20 wings and fries. normalize putting the fries in the bag read more

OMG! Garlic parm classic wings are the best! French fries are large basket and hot & fresh. Wings are not frozen. Cooked well and crispy. No soggy wings here! I don't know why there are negative reviews. Is reasonably priced, delicious hot wings & fries & staff courteous and helpful. They have a wide variety of flavors of wings. You won't regret it. Highly recommend. read more

Let's start with the most recent. Doordash stole my order (not their fault, sure) but the customer service resubmitted it. Cool, shouldn't be an issue. Wrong. Manager gets pissed, blows up my phone, when he finally gives them the order he throws it in the bag (literally throws), throws it at the driver (per the driver), and is just an a*hole. The order is old chicken that's gross and fries that are nothing but oil. Before that? The lady in the front called the cops on my friend who went to pick up an order after he asked about the order because he waited 15 minutes past pick up time. He was calm the entire time, and per the owner "she was dealing with stuff that caused her to overreact." The time before that? They were out of an item, and when I asked for proof for a refund through customer service (since they don't do app refunds in store), the dude working got an attitude with me and then tried to physically fight the guy I was there with. I really do not ever recommend this store moving forward. I tried to give benefit of the doubt, but I'm done supporting this store and this company. read more

Terrible service waited 40 minutes for 20 wings, two whole family's of five walked in while I was waiting and got their food before me.... Oh yeah and I tipped 20 percent! What a joke read more

Service was amazing and it was very clean. Wings and fries were delicious as well. will be returning to this location

Received eaten chicken wings in our order. Incredibly disgusting. When we called the store to speak with the manager he screamed at us on the phone and said he didn't do it. Refused to help, fix order or do anything to acknowledge it or make it right. Will never eat here again, so unsanitary. :( read more

As a followup to my previous report, I am removing a star from this Wingstop location because of their policy of requiring prepayment for to-go orders that exceed $25.00 placed online. I do not like to leave my credit/debit card information via an online portals, and always use PayPal when it is an option. You see how "secure" data is when Target, Equifax, Sears, Home Depot, and the Federal Office of Personnel Management and others all reported severe data breeches. I might be more sympathetic to Wingstop if the prepayment order level was $100 or more, but $25 is just too low of threshold and too risky to trust your financial information with. For me, it's back to the Brass Ring for my wings to-go. No BS there. read more

So this was my second time here. First time the service was really slow. I was extremely annoyed & disappointed. Well I was craving lemon pepper wings so my husband suggested to go back. I mentioned that if I had the same service as last time I would rename you guys Stop Wings. Well the staff was very polite. And we received our food in a timely manner. The Lemon pepper wings were really good. My husband didn't care for the Hawaiian wings. But everything else was good. read more

The food is very good. I love the fresh cut fries and the classic wings. I very much like the mango habanero and the lemon pepper sauces. The prices are not cheap but it's a good value considering the quality and flavor. The problem is that at this location on Northlake Blvd. the employees are not adhering to CDC guidelines and health standards. Two employees working in the kitchen during lunch at 12:30 PM on a Thursday... Neither employee were wearing gloves or hairnets. And both employees were wearing the facemask around their chins and not around their mouth. One employee was handling the raw chicken with his bare hands. No gloves. Good food. This restaurant needs major improvements on sanitation and health policies given the current environment. read more

Worst Wing Stop Ever! Zero seasoning on the food even after asking for extra! I should have known better when we walked in and saw the "Help Needed" sign on the door. The cashier was texting and the 2 cooks looked liked they were lost and the lady who was bagging mixed up my orders! We should have have went to Buds Chicken right across the street! Never again... read more

Did an online pickup. The gentleman who assisted me in front was friendly and helpful. My food was cooked fresh and maintained its freshness as I took it home. The space itself is super clean. I'll give two stars to the staff who were polite but the rest was disappointing. There was only one table occupied but two of the empty tables were dirty & when our food was served we didn't get any plates so had to ask. The wings were very crispy but were small & over cooked. We had Louisiana dry rub, garlic Parmesan & original hot wings. The dry rub wings were a little two salty, the garlic Parmesan had very little garlic & the original were ok just for the hot sauce which is one that we like. So sorry that this place wasn't better. We Probably Won't be back. read more

Let me start by saying I haven't found a wingstop in Florida that Has the same quality food and service as the Dallas wingstops' do. However this one is absolutely terrible. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone. The workers who were staring and whispering about us and not being very secretive about it was also annoying. They don't put enough seasoning on their fries here, the lemon pepper boneless wings I got were dripping with oil and not edible, the water was broken in the machine and the workers were too lazy to fill the machine with ice even when asked. Maybe it's because we're so far from the corporate location that they're able to get away with this stuff but I think wingstop would be ashamed of this store. read more

My friends and I often ate from a couple of the wing stops down in Miami, so when I heard there was one coming to Northlake boulevard I was pretty excited! I ordered online-- a pretty simple order of 15 wings (6x original hot&9x lemon pepper). The expected wait time for pickup was 18 minutes. I arrived at the store 20 minutes later and my food was ready. The young lady behind the counter found my order, charged me correctly and even offered me some coupons on the way out. The wings: Perfect as usual! Lemon pepper is my favorite. I order them well done (nothing worse than undercooked chicken); they were crunchy and moist. The original hot wings were good too. Just standard hot wings in my book, but they're a crowd pleaser. All in all, I'll be back to this wing stop. They were pleasant, on time, and the wings were great! read more

Gave this place a try. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes, it was a Tuesday night and they were slammed. When we got our food we drive home and took the first bite and WOW , BEST WINGS EVER. Cooked to perfection!!! I can't wait to go back. Worth the wait, patience pays for happy taste buds. read more

Wingstop - We were so excited to eat, huge wings, crispy , full of taste, the blue cheese is unique and delicious! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lake Park, Florida

Giving this location two stars because of the service. We placed an online order 40min in advanced and still had to wait in the store 30 more minutes for our food. It wasn't even started when we got there. Staff dropped the ball on this night, there were only two other people picking up a to-go order. We should have not waited. Atleast the food was fresh! read more

I eat here often. I only have the lemon pepper wings and they are always very good. The staff is always very polite and service is prompt.

I will never eat here again until they return to reasonable prices and not this ridiculous NICKLE AND DIME model they have now. It's extra $1.50 for ranch dressing with an order of wings. Extra for carrots or celery. Extra for napkins. I finally said forget it and asked for a refund. I will go to brass ring! read more

Sooo usually I have no issues with Wingstop. Especially at this location. But today the staff was rude. My food was cold and I ordered a 10 piece and only 8 wings. Normally I would call, but after the staffs rudeness when picking up I figure there is no use. Hopefully someone reaches out or time to find a new Wings place here in Palm Beach. read more

I try to hit this place every week or two, it's a great spot for lunch. The wings are prepared after you order, so it takes about 15 minutes, but worth the wait. I always ask for extra sauce on my wings, no problem. I love, love, love their Cajun fries, I always ask for extra, just make sure you have a soda handy they are tasty and spicy! read more

It was the worst, we went at 5:30 on. Friday, should have turned around and walked out when we saw it was empty. We ordered 15 wings, our order was handed to us in five minutes, they were pre cooked and re heated, we choose to have a take out. When we got into the car the smell was horrible, we went to the trash next door to them and dropped them. Our first and last time! read more

Wish I could give them zero stars, I ordered 20 wings (three varieties) plus blue cheese dressing. It took so long (was told it it would be seven more minutes, on top of probably 20!) with it then after that being told it would take another seven minutes, we could have just have gone on and on like this for maybe an hour, I walked out with the young lady behind the counter not even (in addition to the manager, not attempting to salvage the sale) I will just contact my bank tomorrow and have that charge reversed, not even worth the altercation over the counter of getting into it with a clearly poorly run operation destined for failure. read more
