Ordered on their website, there was a random ad on my social media offering a promo. Never been so I thought I'd take advantage of the promo. When I arrived the order was ready, it was on the side. I was waiting in the line as I didn't know the process or saw a sign. The guy said "what you order?" And I told him it was online and he said "it's on the side, like usual"... idk if he mistakenly thought I was someone else or if that's just how it goes lol. Inside is spacious and clean. No one was dining in at the time. The sandwich's were okay, it really seemed like they are known for the sauces on these as it was just frozen chicken patty's that they tossed in sauce. The fries were honestly not for me, I don't like fries with the skin on them, these also seemed overly seasoned. I did like the honest mustard. I got on the side. Maybe one day I'll try the chicken wings but the sandwiches were just average to me. read more

Used the app to order and got the "Full Court Meal" which is 12 bone in wings, 8 boneless, and a large fry and two dipping sauces. You can't beat the price. You can choose up to 3 flavors and they separate them, so there's no confusion. Pick up was east and even after my 15 min ride back home everything was fresh and hot. Let's start with the most recent. Doordash stole my order (not their fault, sure) but the customer service resubmitted it. Cool, shouldn't be an issue. Wrong. Manager gets pissed, blows up my phone, when he finally gives them the order he throws it in the bag (literally throws), throws it at the driver (per the driver), and is just an a*hole. The order is old chicken that's gross and fries that are nothing but oil. Before that? The lady in the front called the cops on my friend who went to pick up an order after he asked about the order because he waited 15 minutes past pick up time. He was calm the entire time, and per the owner "she was dealing with stuff that caused her to overreact." The time before that? They were out of an item, and when I asked for proof for a refund through customer service (since they don't do app refunds in store), the dude working got an attitude with me and then tried to physically fight the guy I was there with. As a followup to my previous report, I am removing a star from this Wingstop location because of their policy of requiring prepayment for to-go orders that exceed $25.00 placed online. I do not like to leave my credit/debit card information via an online portals, and always use PayPal when it is an option. You see how "secure" data is when Target, Equifax, Sears, Home Depot, and the Federal Office of Personnel Management and others all reported severe data breeches. I might be more sympathetic to Wingstop if the prepayment order level was $100 or more, but $25 is just too low of threshold and too risky to trust your financial information with. For me, it's back to the Brass Ring for my wings to-go. No BS there. read more

So this was my second time here. First time the service was really slow. I was extremely annoyed & disappointed. Well I was craving lemon pepper wings so my husband suggested to go back. The food is very good. I love the fresh cut fries and the classic wings. I very much like the mango habanero and the lemon pepper sauces. The prices are not cheap but it's a good value considering the quality and flavor. The problem is that at this location on Northlake Blvd. the employees are not adhering to CDC guidelines and health standards. Two employees working in the kitchen during lunch at 12:30 PM on a Thursday... Neither employee were wearing gloves or hairnets. And both employees were wearing the facemask around their chins and not around their mouth. One employee was handling the raw chicken with his bare hands. No gloves. Good food. There was only one table occupied but two of the empty tables were dirty & when our food was served we didn't get any plates so had to ask. The wings were very crispy but were small & over cooked. We had Louisiana dry rub, garlic Parmesan & original hot wings. The dry rub wings were a little two salty, the garlic Parmesan had very little garlic & the original were ok just for the hot sauce which is one that we like. So sorry that this place wasn't better. Let me start by saying I haven't found a wingstop in Florida that Has the same quality food and service as the Dallas wingstops' do. However this one is absolutely terrible. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone. The workers who were staring and whispering about us and not being very secretive about it was also annoying. They don't put enough seasoning on their fries here, the lemon pepper boneless wings I got were dripping with oil and not edible, the water was broken in the machine and the workers were too lazy to fill the machine with ice even when asked. Maybe it's because we're so far from the corporate location that they're able to get away with this stuff but I think wingstop would be ashamed of this store. read more

My friends and I often ate from a couple of the wing stops down in Miami, so when I heard there was one coming to Northlake boulevard I was pretty excited! I ordered online-- a pretty simple order of 15 wings (6x original hot&9x lemon pepper). The expected wait time for pickup was 18 minutes. I arrived at the store 20 minutes later and my food was ready. The young lady behind the counter found my order, charged me correctly and even offered me some coupons on the way out. The wings: Perfect as usual! Lemon pepper is my favorite. I order them well done (nothing worse than undercooked chicken); they were crunchy and moist. The original hot wings were good too. Just standard hot wings in my book, but they're a crowd pleaser. All in all, I'll be back to this wing stop. They were pleasant, on time, and the wings were great! read more
