Service was Excellent! Premises were clean! Food was weird. Lemon pepper was average. Seasoned fries were good. Hawaiian were awful. Really awful. Heavy ginger/soy flavor was not what I was expecting. My hubs became nauseas within an hour. read more

I walked in to a very inviting environment. I was greeted and I placed my order. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter and I received our food quick and it was super fresh!! To make it even better the station playing in the restaurant at the time had me jammin!! Only complaint is it was hard to eat and sing at the same time! Keep it up, team!! 10 out of 10!! read more

I ordered voodoo fries with my meal, and they put the fries in a paper bowl. no lid, just freely in the bag no warning. cheese got everywhere and my tenders weren't even fully covered in sauce there were dry parts without any sauce read more

Worst Wingstop I've ever been to by far!!!! I'd rather drive the 15 minutes to the one in Angleton than order here. I ordered my food ahead and when I got there they claim that never received it. They tried to turn me away saying I probably ordered at the wrong one. Then when I showed them the app and confirmation email their story changed and said that it just wasn't ready yet. It still took them another 20+ minutes to make my food. This isn't the first time either. They always either run behind order and still manage to somehow get something wrong. It's either they didn't get my order right, my food is cold, or they take too long. I understand they can get pretty packed but they seem so unorganized. Honestly not ordering from them again. read more

Man i ordered so many times from this place and they dont know how to fucking put some honey mustard when someone orders and i dont order small i get atleast 2 things for me and my wife to eat Hawaiian chicken sandwhich and they forget the sauces for us to dip our fries with and they always fuck it up, if we went in person that shit would not be going down, idc what shift works i promise you if i go in person they would not forget my dippings, im so pissed, if your gonna order food, do it in person, dont get upset like i do, and its only when i order online like what is their problem. UP YOUR SERVICE WINGSTOP!!!! START TO MAKE SURE YOUR PUTTING DIPPING SAUCES, and another thing to all MANAGERS AND GMS OR AMS, RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON THE DAMN SAUCES, next time this shit going to HR try me. read more

The service is always good here. Never have an issue with the employees or getting my food in a timely manner. That is appreciated. My main issue with this Wing Stop and kind of every Wing Stop I've ever been to is.. why are the fries always soggy and crappy? Never crisp in the slightest. This is a business that makes all its money on fried foods and can't get French fries right at all. read more

In my experience, our local Wingstop has a track record of being consistent and fast, whether dining in or carryout, peak or off-peak hours. This is always our go-to wing spot. read more

Standing at the counter for over ten minutes while the cashier is on the phone which would be fine except. He didn't even acknowledge us. Food was still good but I mean it took forever to get it when we saw it ready behind him. read more

Voodoo fries are great! Wings are good. The lady that helped me today was nice, attentive and fun.

Amazing food is always on time and everyone there makes sure everything is going in a timely manner definetlu going back and recommending to people 10/10 read more

What ever time rhe app says it will take to get your food add 30minutes to it. Some one there is says the food done on the app but its not. This has happened the last 2 times we have ordered. And it dosent seem to matter at what time its not just at noon and five that it takes closer to an hour to get the food unlike 10 to 20 minutes the app says. read more

So I come in to order and sit down and bill the manager decides to have a meeting even the waitress told him I need it help and he replied and said don't worry he will be ok. That's sad customer service coming from a manager I would do less than one star, on the other hand the waitress was very professional read more

Not a bad deal. 20 wings and a large fry for $17. The service was pretty fast and our pick up was smooth.

I always order my food online in advance so that it's ready when I get there. Never once has my order been less than 15minutes later than the time I set, even if I place the order 5 hours in advance. I don't blame the 16-18 year olds that work there. Good for them for having a job and making money. I blame management for either not training them or not caring about customer service. read more

Wing stop forever a classic and you can't beat the lemon pepper wings they're goated fr !!!!!!!

They always have like 8 people standing around and they don't help you when you are in line or ask if you need something. I will not come back to this Wingstop. I gave it too many chances. read more

I would rate zero if possible. Tonight they neglected to tell us of the long wait when we ordered next. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked what was taking so long and she informed me that the lady in front of us ordered 80 wings... I asked why they hadn't put the four extra baskets in the fryer that were just sitting there. She gave me a rude look and walked away. After another ten minutes (and several other people walking in, getting food and walking out) and I asked again. She said they were just cooking our wings so I said I wanted a refund. She informed me the wings were almost done so I asked about the fries and chicken tenders and she said another ten minutes. I asked for a refund again and she yelled to the manager "these white people want their damn money back..." The workers were all texting on phones, not cleaning, not cooking and are racist. Zero stars! read more

This is the second time after eating here I cannot leave the toilet. I don't know whether to thank them for the 10lbs I just lost in excrements, or roll over from the pain of my butthole being on fire. Never. Again. read more

Time to get your order is ridiculous. .. so long.. I'm the only one here and it's been over 20 min... wings are ok.... bw3 is better...

Wings were ok. Fries were soggy. Could use more wing flavors but you can't go wrong with lemon pepper. Located in a less than ideal location. Dining area has the excitement of a funeral home. read more

See all

The wait was long they are very busy but the wings are made fresh and hot they are very friendly super great service my cashier was named Aaliyah they have good music while you wait overall this place was clean and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family read more

An error was made on our order and they went above and beyond to correct it. Amazing customer service.

The cashier asked me if my order was to go just to give me old boneless chicken wings instead of chicken tinders. The place is trash.

Wings are awesome! Especially the dry rub season. You have to call in your order, or you will wait, and wait, and wait longer. Lol. Everything else about this place sucks! But the wings are delicious!!!!! read more

Like the wings. I am not impressed with the email in ordering system. Placed the order 30 minutes ahead on my way thru town and it is still not ready. This is our second attempt at ordering ahead and both have failed. Don't feel like much more waiting is reasonable. read more

Wingstop wings are going to be good, which was the same for this location. The reason for the rating is when you call in an order and told it'll be 15 minutes, it should be ready when you get there when you show up 20 minutes later. Instead, I sat at the store for 30+ minutes waiting and watching what could be taking so long. The store wasn't busy. 2 people had completed their meals and just talking. While another two were finishing up their meal. Another person came in and order right after me. So obviously it shouldn't be the number of customers causing the delay. In fact, the phone hadn't even rang for any orders either. That was probably because one of the employees was on the phone the entire time I was there chatting with someone (definitely not taking an order). The what-I-assume-was-the-manager was wiping items down that could have easily have waited. I like to see housekeeping but this wasn't the countertops or tables where people ate. The only other employee was a young lady who was there making all the orders. Prepping the wings, cooking the wings, tossing the wings, packaging the wings all this one girl. Maybe if the other older woman would have helped do something productive like serve their customers, my predicted 15 minute wait after ordering wouldn't have turned into over 50 minutes of just waiting. read more

This location is super sketchy looking on the outside but the food is super good! I know the outdoor appearance hasn't deterred many because it was very crowded when I visited. I ordered the mango habanero boneless chicken strips. I love spicy food and I was very pleased to find the sauce was actually spicy! The flavor was amazing. We got a side of cheesy fries and they were great. The cheese was spread throughout the basket so each fry had cheese on it. This place costs a little more than your average fast food place, but the price is definitely worth it! read more

Too bad it's not possible to give zero stars. First off, the entrance to the establishment is horrendous when you have to park by the overflowing trash dumpster while the young man you are soon to see preparing food handling trash with no gloves on. Upon entering, you walk to the counter where the person taking orders is wearing a Rainforest Cafe shirt and she can't seem to figure out exactly how to read the online order form I sent in. In our attempt to use the self-serve drink machine, the error that the machine needs maintenance appears and it won't dispense the drinks we want. The counter girl asked the manager what the problem might be and her rude response was for us to just wait for the machine to clear itself.....mind you we were not the first people to be having this issue while we were there but the manager, evidently, did not feel that customer service was a priority. After about 10 minutes of waiting for the machine to fix itself, we gave up and left with our chicken that was already getting cold with no drinks, although we paid for them. Mind you this is not the first time that we have experienced the rudeness and unprofessional ism of this Wing Stop, but it will be our last. My advice is to steer clear of this place! read more

I travel a lot around USA and I find here is Home made to the max!!! Best chilli ever, deserts are awesome. Wish I take some pics but we eat everything :) read more

If I could have given them 6 stars then I would have!!! My two boys absolutely love this place, they get excited every time I mention Wingstop! They also have the best wings in this area hands down. read more

As mediocre as the place may seem on the outside, the wings are actually pretty nice and fresh and the fries that come in the combo meal are nice and crispy too! read more

Always consistent. Maybe not as trendy as the other places, but I like the quick get them to go service. It is less costly than the other wing place in Lake Jackson. I visit maybe on an average once a month. Usually Saturday nights. They do have a good variety of flavors for wings. Potato salad is good. I am not fond of the soft drink vending machine. The Freestyle system does not seem to have the robust flavors as dedicated fountain dispensers. Seems like something is lost. read more

I love wing stop! They have some of my favorite wings and fries. The customer service I have seen represented at this location is a bit lacking at times. Caring goes a long way in the customer service field. The food has always been delicious though, so I can't complain about that. Maybe this is just what I've seen on off days. Overall, I'll keep coming back. read more

Walked in at 10:33pm and they refused to take an order, they say they don't accept orders after 10:30, yet they close at 11?

Love this place, but don't get to go as often as I'd like. I love their regular hot chicken strips! More chicken than batter, that's what I like :) fries are pretty good! read more

Not disgusting, but not good or desirable. The wings are just not good. The fries are good. That's about it. And the drink machine is in a very awkward place right by a table. Just a wierd atmosphere and very mediocre food. Just skip this place. read more

My husband and I were visiting for the 4th of July and decided to stop here since it was one of the only places open at 10 pm. When we got there, the guy at the counter said we were in luck because he was about to close out the register. He also told us we could only order our wings to go even though this location did not close until 11 pm! They had all the tables and chairs pulled up, but there were still some customers dining in. His reasoning was that one of the other workers was already closing and going to leave even though they were still supposed to be open for another hour! He didn't seem to care about accommodating us as customers, so we took our business elsewhere! This is not a reflection of the food from Wingstop (we eat it often and it's so good!) but just this location and the rude employee working the register. So beware of this specific location and make sure to go before they start "closing" the store. read more

The manager G at Wingstop in Lake Jackson is very rude. They workers have very bad language. I heard cussing from the workers as I was eating there constantly. Very unprofessional! The workers are also very rude. The fries are always raw. I have eaten there 3 times and I will never go back. One of the times was there, there was a huge puddle on the floor sitting there from the time I walked in until after I left. The tea tastes like it has sat there for days. I will in fact suggest to my friends not to go there either. read more

Best wings in Lake Jackson! Parking lot is always a mess, but food is good. Recommend to-go because wait time ordering in a long. Little overpriced. read more

Online it says that this Wing Stop is open form 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM I ended up arriving there at around 10:30 PM and the place was already "closed". Either change your closing time or next time I expect to get my wings I don't care if you have to reheat your fryers. All the chairs were up and everything was put away as if they had already closed at 10:00 PM I would've honestly been pissed off if I got their at 10:00 PM and they told me they were already closed. read more
