This is a disgusting place to go, they have no common decency, and they steal from your card. Oh and cant forget the LOVELY MANAGER the reached out and said they were going to fix the issue because it was voided out but instead PROCEESED THE CLAIM AND MARKED IT AS CRIMANALY TRESSPASSING. This place offers a wide variety of great looking foods. I heard about the hamburgers from one of my friends, and today I ordered one with French fries. When you order a Hamburger, you have better be hungry, the burger is a hand full and was very delicious, along with an order of fries, will fill one up. The workers were nice. The other reviews were on point for the chili cheese fries. But they need to learn that over seasoning is really a regular amount. My food was so bland. The fried mushrooms looked and tasted like the ones in the frozen food section at the grocery store. Even the ranch could use more flavor. My husband likes his food stupid hot. So having the name "Beak Burner", which the waitress claimed to be the hottest flavor, was less than a Buffalo Hot at BWW. Other than that, he loved his wings and chili cheese fries. I don't know if they are being heart healthy, but my sweet potato fries had no salt on them. And my Lemon Pepper wings had no lemon or pepper. There was the smallest amount of seasoning. So I had my husband take my bland wings dip them in his excess sauce and put them in with his left overs. I was so excited reading the menu too. First time visiting in over a year. Overall I would say 3.5 out of 5 stars. Curbside: The overall curbside experience is 2 out of 5 stars. With Covid still happening I have only done curbside and Togo orders not taking risks eating inside. Had some trouble finding where to park for curbside. Had to call the restaurant to ask the waitress where I needed to park for curbside, and with the loud music inside she couldn't understand a word I said. Finally found the tiny, weathered paper that says Togo and Waitr parking only. With a truck sitting in one of two spots with no one inside the truck. I assume it was a customer that didn't see the tiny weathered sign. Food: The overall food quality is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The hot wings flavor was good The honey BBQ was just straight BBQ no heat or spice at all Fries were good, nice flavor Onion rings tasted like they were frozen and then microwaved Unsweet tea was good Dr Pepper was good Online Ordering: Online ordering experience was 4.5 out of 5 Only thing that could have made it better was an app. But I understand the difficulties in making your own app. So the website was great. Easy to use and clear and to the point. The tipping was kinda weird. Allow decimal points for tips. I always try rounding my bill off so the total is always .00 add the ability to give change with the tips then just dollar amount. Some notes: Owners/Management should really improve the signage outside if you want to draw in more people. Make it clear and easy where you should park like all other restaurants in the area have done for curbside. Take note from those heavily successful places. It's been at least a year since the last time that I was here. And I remember why. It hasn't improved. 1) drink order we screwed up. 2) servers were confused as to who had our table. 3) food wasn't accurately described on the menu. Buffalo chicken sandwich wasn't breaded. Obviously there was a recipe change, but they neglected to state that on the menu. 4) side items were either barely warm or ice cold in the middle. 5) buns were falling apart due to the excessive moisture (water from toppings not sauce). 6) missing sauces. Been to this place a few times a year but this was first time since the "Rona" scare. Not sure what has happened but the wings I normally get were completely horrible. Asked for medium sauce on them, it was NOT a buffalo sauce, tasted off or spoiled, I rarely send food back but had my husband taste and validate what I was tasting as well, his words "gross" so I told them it tasted off and definitely not like a buffalo based sauce, I asked to taste their mild, it was definitely NOT a buffalo based sauce either, finally identified it as like they took the spicey Bloody Mary mix and used that, may be good for drinks but not on chicken, so I thought ok, you can't go wrong with Parmesan garlic (hold my beer) brought it on the side, appeared to be an artificial clarified butter with some roughly grated Parmesan and garlic in it, pretty darn nasty. I just took my plain wings and figured, I'll sauce them at home. Needless to say, unless I hear of a change, this won't be a place I return in the future. Yuck read more

Seems like this place has really gone downhill recently. I ordered a wait'r with a couple of burgers and a kids meal. The restaurant changed my time by 30 mins (late) and then the food was cold and soggy (not to mention not even right). I contacted wait'r and they said the restaurant is responsible. They reached out to the restaurant and the restaurant refused to refund our order or make it right for a future order. This is the 3rd bad experience we've had with them in a row. Not a very good visit. I ordered the garlic parmesan naked wings. They came out way overcooked and a sprinkle of parmesan over the top of them. I even watched the bar tender use her fingers to remove ice from a drink and then serve to a customer. They need help. Call Jon Taffer......... read more
