They don't speak much and rarely, if ever smile. I just figure if you work in customer service that you should be somewhat of a people person. This place is the go to for special drinks, but be prepared to pay a fortune if you miss HH or don't have the app. Oh- there's a particular employee that delivers your food. I don't think he understands the importance of hand washing. I was seriously almost hesitant to even grab the drinks from him. His nails were gross.
