Ordering is easy. It's Sonic and the drinks stop for the last 20 years. They still have happy hour, but no need to worry about missing it if you happen to have the app. It's always happy hour on the app. Most of the employees we've encountered seem to lack any form of personality. They don't speak much and rarely, if ever smile. I just figure if you work in customer service that you should be somewhat of a people person. This place is the go to for special drinks, but be prepared to pay a fortune if you miss HH or don't have the app. Oh- there's a particular employee that delivers your food. I don't think he understands the importance of hand washing. I was seriously almost hesitant to even grab the drinks from him. His nails were gross. Surely someone in that restaurant has seen the state of his hands. They're really bad. Very gross. No, this Sonic is not the drink stop in the foreseeable future. I usually have no problems with the lunch crew or morning. But today around 5:00pm, I simply went through the drive thru and ordered a med cherry slush and a med chocolate Oreo blast.. the lady was very rude on the speaker and wasn't listening. Then the guy was rushing didn't even have that it was a chocolate blast when there was only two people in line, gave me napkins straw, spoon and card all at the same time about dropped it. Then gave me two cherry slushes and an a sorry excuse of the sonic blast then didn't want to even give me another straw after giving me three drinks and telling me to keep the slush I didn't want. This is the worst maintained sonic in the area. Most of the screens aren't working. Often I have to pull into several stalls before I find one with a working screen. read more

If the order taker at this location would really listen to customers and follow up with repeating the order carefully I would imagine their loss would diminish remarkably. Because she goofed up on our order with something we don't mind eating anyway we didn't complain but it still was not accurate. I would also imagine that if the order taker would use just a little bit of suggestive selling at the end of the order sales would rise substantially. "OK it seems like I have your order correct, but could I interest you in one of our NEW custard Concretes?" Food here is generally consistently good so as we drove away my husband mentioned his steak sandwich was burnt. Keep in mind that this darling man is NOT fussy. He's eaten my cooking , good and bad through the years so if it was a little overdone... no biggie. Someone in your kitchen Knew it was overcooked. So, what's going on Sonic? Your stalls were half full, taco Bell had a full drive-through and a full parking lot and half the time you go there they don't have something crucial like taco shells or meat or their doors are locked during business hours because they're out of something else. Sonic is legendary, sonic is iconic... don't drag the name down. You have a wonderful community of supporters who love your menu! How about we straighten up and fly right? read more

For the most part this is the best Sonic in our area. Service is decent most of the time. Occasionally something weird happens, like today: I ordered a medium Strawberry Cream Slush and a small M&M Sonic Blast. The person taking the order replied, "I can make the soft one but not the hard one." I said, "I'm sorry, but I don't know what that means." Then the intercom was very quiet for a period of time. Finally he says, "I have 1 medium Strawberry Cream Slush, and what else was it you wanted?" So I said, "We also wanted a small M&M Sonic Blast." He says "Ma'am, our machine is broken and I can't make the hard one" I'm thinking, really dude, this is a crazy response. I then said "So you can't make the Sonic Blast. It would really be better for your customers, easier for them to understand, if you wouldn't refer to the products as soft and hard, but rather tell us what it is we ordered that you cannot provide." So, am I being unreasonable in thinking that the inside lingo is not always the best way to communicate with your customers? I recognized the voice and have spoken with the person at the drive thru window before and he is very nice. I still like this Sonic a lot, actually I should own stock! My favorite weird interaction was over a Chocolate milkshake. I'll save that story for another time! read more

Best iced tea at ANY fast food restaurant. Fun happy hour from 2-5. Cheap drinks and 99 can't corn dogs can't be beat. Service was super fast also. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Love me some sonic! One of the better ones in the area. read more

So we pull up to the drive through to find that no one is taking our order so we drove up to the window and ordered there. First they forgot our drinks, then they got something wrong so we went back and then gave us another burger that was wrong again. The food was prepared fine, but twice I've taken my two grandsons there after preschool for a wacky pack and both times they have given different toys. One will be a fun toy and the other one Stickers. I asked for the same toy and they assured me they would and it was different again. I won't be going back. read more
