Just moved to LJ and my grandson was asking for "frozen yogurt at a place you can put candy on it." Cherry-berry was just what he wanted! He had cotton candy and pomegranate with lots of toppings of course. I had the banana which was really good. The place is cute and clean. I had been craving FroYo for awhile so I was excited to see that Lake Jackson had a place that served sugar free FroYo. (I always struggle to find places that offer sugar free alternatives.) CherryBerry was starting to get busy when we arrived. However, it still looked clean and very well maintained which made me feel good about getting frozen yogurt from there. The woman behind the cash register was really nice and helpful and let me know which flavors had no sugar added. They were out of the vanilla, but they had the cheesecake flavor which was so good! I didn't even think the price was too high either. The toppings bar was good, but I do wish if included more fresh fruit instead of mostly just candy and other sugary toppings. It would have been nice especially to see some sliced bananas there. The woman at the cash register was helpful again when checking out and explained everything to us. She was so nice! CherryBerry in Lake Jackson is now my favorite froyo spot. I just wish I lived a little closer. read more

I used to go to Cherryberry ALL THE TIME when I was in high school. It was new back then and was definitely "the hangout spot" for most of us. Now, 10 years later, it definitely hasn't changed. You serve yourself both the fro-yo and the toppings that you want to add. They still carry my favorite flavor (cheesecake) and I always add all kinds of chocolate toppings to it. You pay by the weight of your cup. It was a little bit messy when I took my boyfriend (we both love fro-yo and it was nostalgic for me to take him there and show him where I used to hangout) AND it appeared that the AC was either broken or not turned on. The young girl working there was rude. Their AC was broken so all the toppings were hot and melting. They are very expensive and a rip off. If you have a coupon for there don't waste your time with it they don't honor coupons. read more

Probably the dirtiest and messiest yogurt place I've ever seen. Not only was the inside a mess and the toppings littered all over, as well as the couch having a huge sliced tear in it, the parking lot was littered with spoons. The glass tops were filthy smeared. read more

Cherryberry is the only froyo spot in Lake Jackson. They only opened about a year ago and always seem to have a crowd. They have a pretty good selection of yogurt flavors. I stick with the tart yogurt, with berries and granola!! They also have all the standard toppings fruits, cereals, chocolates, and one of my favorites the pupping bubbles (strawberry, mango, and a green one I haven't identified. Not really any different from the other yogurt chains but a tasty treat for sure. read more

I can compare this frozen yogurt establishment to 1. Tutti Frutti 2. Menchies 3. TBYC The experience was ok. There was no spark to the establishment. As we walk in the door the greeting was very boring and downbeat. The yogurt quality was ok, toppings were not fresh, had been sitting there for a while. We came in at 7pm. We moved to Lake Jackson in January. Only other yogurt/ice cream establishment we've had around here is Baskin Robbins. I would recommend Baskin Robbins over Cherry Berry. Not a bad experience but not great or wishing to experience it again. read more

Everyone kept talking about how good this place was. I have to disagree. The yogurt is mediocre at best. Swirll and Beripop are a lot better and that's saying a lot. Compared to Pinkberry, this place is a joke. It's nice that Lake Jackson has a froyo spot, but this place did not live up to my expectations. I'm giving it three stars though because the staff is friendly and helpful. read more

5 stars because of the vanilla cupcake flavor! I love the cookie dough toppings they added and the fact that the fruit is always fresh. It's always super clean too. The ultimate frozen yogurt experience! Grab a cup and fill it with one (or more) of the flavors on the wall, then top your yogurt with any (or all) of the toppings on the topping bar. They charge based on weight. Add to all of that, they have a very modern feel with couches and small tables surrounded by stools. Best of all? FREE WIFI! There really are no other options in the area for frozen yogurt, but that doesn't mean I will be coming back. For the price they charge, I'd rather just go to DQ and get a full-fat blizzard. The frozen yogurt is great, the staff is nice, the place is clean, there is free wifi, but the only problem I have is the CUSTOMERS! I see people sticking their dirty fingers in the nosiles, and licking them to see the taste, then they move to another one and do it again! Once, I even found someone's bloody band-aid in my yogurt that fell off someone's finger when they were putting it in the nosile! Good thing I didn't buy it yet and got another. Put a sign up or something! All is well except that, so I would go, just be sure to squirt the first few ounces out before actually putting it in your cup! read more

Couldnt believe how expensive this place was. Must be a fad or place for the youngsters to hang out and spend the money their parents gave them. I wouldnt go again and spend over 8 dollars for a cup of yogurt. This is my second problem with this place. A couple of weeks ago, I watched a male employee at their cash register pick his nose and never washed his hands. Then tonight I was enjoying my fruited yogurt when I thought I ate a bad piece of their blackberry, as I took in another berry, the same thing, so I reached in my mouth and pulled out a piece of clear, circular plastic the size of my thumb. I took it over to the Mgr and she took it in a napkin. She asked if I wanted more? No, whatever it was I don't know where it came from so why would I want more. No credit or my money refunded. Asked who is the owner but told he doesn't live here. Asked who is the mgr.; she is out of town. Asked if she kept the plastic? No she threw it away! I asked her to get it out of the trash and keep it for mgr and owner. I want a call returned to me because I swallowed some plastic. No, I won't eat yogurt there again. read more
