I let them know I did not know I was supposed to let them know I wanted a moist tres leches cake and the person who took my order didn't mention at the time my order was placed. You'd think that would be something they'd let their customers know. They said they can't make the big cakes like their individual slices they sell because the milk from the cake would run out of the container. They did not offer a refund or to fix it. It sucked paying $40 for a cake and having a certain expectation just to be let down.
