Our server was great, she quickly got our drink orders. The menu had changed a bit since our last visit but we both ordered the chicken biscuit sandwiches and added the egg and bacon. It was incredible! The whole menu looks amazing but this chicken biscuit sandwich has to be their #1 seller. Server told us all about the drink specials and I ordered the Fitzgerald, which was perfect. Great location, friendly knowledgeable service, and incredible food. Highly r

Typically I enjoy New Holland.Friendly staff & usually good food.Upon my recent visit I was…read moresomewhat confused by my experience.I ordered a sandwich with fries ( which ideally would be eaten TOGETHER). When my Food arrived I requested to have my fries remade since they were NOT HOT & had most likely been sitting under a light ( is my guess ) for a while. After 25 minutes fresh fries did arrive but as you might imagine now my sandwich was COLD.I asked my waitress ( who was lovely in every way!!!! ) to please send a manager over so I could express my frustration. The manager was apologetic & comped my food - but fun fact,I now had a cold sandwich with hot fries. Literally one was switched for the other. Although I appreciate the slight concern, it would have been nice to offer me an altogether HOT meal complete with everything HOT at the same time.Am I asking too much? I didn't get a meal that day- just some hot fries.....& actually the thought of this still annoys me. Please consider the entire meal & remember,I came to EAT not "negotiate " 1/2 of a HOT meal. SO ANNOYING!!!!!!! Do better New Holland,Please . P.S. An interesting footnote to this review is that New Holland Brewing didn't even care enough to acknowledge this or respond

Because of her caring attitude, I have bumped up my rating from 3 stars to 4. The atmosphere and vibe is really fun with funky artwork and bright colors everywhere. It's a little noisy but not uncomfortably so, it feels maybe more lively than noisy. The menu was good and varied and I think you'd be hard-pressed not to find something for everyone in your group. We were a group of four and split an appetizer sampler. I enjoyed a local pilsner with my meal as the beer menu was good with a lot to choose from. Our server unfortunately was horrible and developed an attitude with us during our meal when we apparently had the audacity to ask for our waters to be refilled and one of our party received the wrong food item and asked for the one she ordered. After that, the server was snippy and short with us which was a shame on both parts because our experience was hampered and her tip reflected that. The food in general was good but not excellent. I would have given the place 4 stars for the logo (awesome), the vibe and the food but the server knocked a star off. Still worth a visit if you're in Holland especially if you're with a group with varied tastes and picky eaters.

The menu is very robust with a balance of flavor fusion and fan favs. The Bacon Jam Session was fantastic, and I highly recommend this to a friend. The peanut butter aioli ties the bacon jam together nicely. The buffalo Mac was pretty good, but the truffle fries were a highlight. The seasoning really made the meal. The service was not stellar. We were seated outside and our server made very minimal effort to come out and see us. She was quickly rushing off before we could ask a question or make a request. I felt like we must have been a bother at 8:00 pm on a Friday.

I can't really remember why, but there were news stories about people literally fighting over this thing. Well, I haven't had a chicken sandwich in years and for this to by my first, I'd be fighting somebody too if they tried to take this sandwich! Hot, fresh, crispy, juicy, spicy....and even the fries were fresh! I won the roulette game that is fast food! I've also learned that it comes down to the location. You can have a good experience at one location and a horrendous one at another. Every time I come to this location I feel good about being here. It's clean, the floor isn't sticky, service is decent and the food has been consistently good. Fast food is a tough business because of how hard it is to get good help, but whatever they're doing they need to keep it up. From what I can see these people take pride in their work. Glad my first chicken sandwich in years was served up here.
