Wingstop has finally set up shop in Holland. Fans will likely rejoice. I've always wanted to try their wings. I appreciate being able to buy wings by the piece, and that you can choose multiple sauces for your order. It's even a nice touch that they try to keep the sauces separated under the styrofoam dome. And the wings themselves were sized on par with BDub's (some are big, some are tiny). But the meat itself was dry, and--here's the major downer for me: the wings arrived in a literal pool of quarter inch-deep grease. Is this a Wingstop signature? How do you keep the grease pool from rinsing off the sauce? (Wingstop also charges extra for all flats or all drums.) All in all, I'll leave these wings to their fans. If you want great takeout wings in Holland, head to the south side and Nadine's. It's locally owned and operated, and those wings hit oh so right. Support local! read more

Ok for a new restaurant but we're some things that concerned me. The space is limited and I really prefer to eat wings while they're hot so I don't like carry out and with only 2 tables to sit at, that may be the only option sometimes. Secondly, and the most concerning is the overall cleanliness. For a restaurant that has only been open a few weeks the place is already sticky from spills that have been cleaned up in a timely manner. The bathroom was dirty with trash and debris on the floor. I can only assume the kitchen is more of the same. If the place is this poorly kept after a few weeks, I expect worse issues in the future Maybe visit soon before the places is too dirty. read more

The night manager at the Douglas location is amazing, he was super nice, made sure everyone had everything and enjoyed our food, food was delicious and made pretty quickly. This is the worst WingStop location I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible and saying "Sorry it won't happen again" just doesn't cut it. Well, because it's not the first time this location has forgotten to give me my complete order. Missing items in my order consistently. Food subpar at best. Fries are so lightly seasoned and soggy. I would describe it like eating a wet potato. Doesn't taste like any of the other Franchise WingStop locations that I am use too. Oh and their classic wings are small. First time customer. Ordering on the app was quick and easy! Paid $11.99 for an order of ten wings, which is a really good price, but I was shocked too see the entire order fit into a Big Mac sized hamburger carton. Sure enough all ten were there. Chicken was cooked perfectly and tasted great, though. I'll probably be sticking with Buffalo Wild Wings in the future, the wings are larger. I hate micro wings! read more

I think one star is fair because the food is decent... BUT.... The wait time is ridiculous! We ordered online and it said 30-35 minutes... that actually turned out to be 1 HOUR and 15 minutes... and I wasn't the only one. Many people were waiting for their food. A guy walked in and was told 10-15 minutes more after he had already waited at home for 30 mins. After he waited 15 mins he was told 10-15 more again! Also, there is zero room. They have two tiny tables so don't expect to sit. I had to wait by the soda machine where people kept trying to get through. What a mess. What a fiasco. They cannot keep up with demand. Plus we didn't get our full order, but at this point I didn't care. I just wanted to eat. We ordered at 6:30 ended up finishing our meal at almost 9pm. Summary: the food is good just wait at home for an hour before subjecting yourself to be surrounded by hungry annoyed customers for 45 mins. read more

I ordered Wingstop for me and many coworkers and had the order set to be delivered at 11:15pm on 10/12. At 11:20 when my order hadn't been delivered I called the holland location and the employee said I had to come get my order because the Holland location doesn't offer delivery. I asked how that was possible since I used the Wingstop app to order my food, and the app offered delivery and the employee said he wasn't sure and that my order was ready to be picked up. I explained that I work at a hospital and that I could not leave to pick up my order hence ordering delivery and paying the delivery fee. The employee then said he would ask a random customer to bring my order to the hospital. I told him that was inappropriate and unsanitary. I told him I would figure it out for someone to get my order and he said "Okay, don't take my help." And hung up the phone. I called back and asked why he hung up and he stated because the conversation was over. I was able to get someone to go pick up my $60+ order but I was frustrated because I paid a delivery fee and a driver tip ahead of time and was charged for it. Then when I received my food, there was a large fry missing. The following day I contacted the holland Wingstop location and asked to speak to the manager. I told her about my encounter from the previous day and explained how her employee was rude and unhelpful, that part of my order was missing, and that I had to pay a delivery fee for my order when it never was delivered. She stated she could not do anything without proof of my order and told me to text a picture of my order to a number. After no response, I called again and she stated that she never received the images. I confirmed the number and sent them again and asked for her to respond to indicate she got the images. She never responded. I am extremely frustrated and will probably never frequent Wingstop again. I have 6 other colleagues who also will not, due to their orders being affected as well from this situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE HOLLAND WINGSTOP. Terrible customer service and you'll be out money due to them charging a delivery fee and never delivering the food. read more
