Honestly if I could I would give them 0 stars. After ordering our wings we sat next to the window from the kitchen and while we waited I watched them cook. I noticed so many things they shouldn't be doing. But my biggest concern was they were using the same thongs for uncooked and cooked wings. When we told them that wasn't sanitary they said the thongs go in to the oil. No they don't, that would mean they were too hot to grab! We asked for our money back. Not willing to get salmonella! Wings were cool. Fries were good. Service was coo. Got no complaints. But 1 of the dudes working in the back had on gold necklaces, watches, rings home boy was fresh as FUCK. But with chains that long it can dip in the food, health violation. The rings on every finger keep moisture underneath so bacteria breeds. Health violation. The watch can brush against anything, and unless dude washes and sanitizes his watch everyday, whatever it touches can contaminate that product. This place just opened and the food I got was terrible. The fries were under cooked, greasy and smelled like burned grease. I ordered two kinds of boneless wings. Both were over cooked, mostly breading, one came floating in barbeque sauce and the other (garlic parmesan???) was dry. He let a person wait too order his food and sat down to get close and personal with the girl. Ordered online and walked in and my order wasn't ready. That's understandable. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes before asking if my food was ready. The female employee looked at the online orders and pulled my bag and said here's your order. They never called my name out, and all the employees working here were just standing around. So far I like them. Had one issue recently with my order made wrong but I called them to tell them, and they were more that happy to refund me or replace my whole order. I'm greedy and Wingstop is one of my favorite places to eat, so I went back the next day and they kindly replaced my order. They even let me substitute what I originally had for something else. I appreciated that. One of the managers, Alicia, was the one I spoke with over the phone the day before and she was also the one to replace my order when I showed up. Very nice young lady. Upon entering the service was terrible. The cashier didn't bother to greet us, simply questioned us for our name for the order. The girl was also rude while taking our food request. I asked for a ranch for my food after it arrived but was told it didn't come with my order, which didn't make sense because my friends did. I then asked for a water cup and was told they ran out. I would think it'd be okay to give a regular cup, for the inconvenience, but my only option was to purchase a cup. The wings are a lot bigger here than bww, the prices are cheaper an the fries are surprisingly delicious. At first when I ate the fries I was like I don't know about these, after the 2nd time I tried them I was hooked. Normally I order just wings, now I get a combo just because of the fries.
