This is my favorite wing stop in the area. I love the customer service here and the manager is very respectful not only towards the customers but also the staff. The wings are always good , fresh and plenty of sauce/seasoning. I visit this location often and have never had nasty food yet. Keep up the good work! read more

I have had multiple bad experiences here. They have messed up my order TWICE! Today I got a family pack of thirty wings and fries. I only got twenty wings (two boxes) and I didn't even get the fries! I called and they said to stop by tomorrow. I ended up driving there. When I got there, they gave me a large fries and extra wings. I am still mad that they messed up my order and the fact that they did it twice, makes it even worse. read more

Honestly I was not a fan, it was just sort of so so. The hot was not hot and the flavors seemed muted. I am still looking for great wings in my area. read more

Y'all is the real mvp! I ordered 3 chicken tenders and got 5 instead, these employees need a tip jar. These are the best employees ever, they must've knew ya girl had the munchies cuz I ate all of them /. I was hesitant on getting 5 think I was just feein' but boy was I wrong . I came in last week before work, bad idea lol but this is when time is crucial and I really wanted some wings for lunch. Destiny was so helpful, greeted me with a smile, let me know of all my options, and got me out of there in plenty of time. So happy to have great food and great service in a timely matter. I will definitely be back Thanks Destiny read more

This place never fails to cook my wings to absolute perfection! It's easily the best Wingstop location around. I have never received an order that was nothing short of perfection. Crispy fries, boneless wings with a great meat to batter ratio, and drinks that are never watered down! I can not recommend this location enough. I prefer this location to the Wingstop recently built in Redlands, CA. This preference has led me to drive miles to this location rather than the one in Redlands! Definitely go here! You won't be upset. The cashiers are friendly and provide exceptional customer service. This is the place to stop for your wings! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Highland, California

See all

Love the service and the food is great! The place is well kept and clean. There aren't too many people here compared to PCCs Wingstop which is nice. read more

This Wingstop is the best. All the workers are extremely nice, cool and down-to-earth. Their soda machine is always on point, serving the crispiest carbonated sodas you'll ever have! And I don't know what it is about this location, but it has the best ranch. read more

Shout to all the employees at Wingstop today very busy but still managed to get orders out quick .. everyone was very nice great customer service even though a lot of people coming in were rude .. wings were perfectly cooked thanks guys !! read more

The workers are always so sweet ! I always feel bad for leaving my food since there's no trash cans lol

Ordered online. And my order was completely incorrect. They missed quite a few of my items from order. I don't recommend this location.

Wow! This place is clean, has a great atmosphere and ofcourse really delicious food made pretty quick for a busy saturday night. We didn't even pre order and walked in and there was a long line. The ladies at the front were moving pretty quick so I was happy. A big guy with tatoos got up and started yelling at the busy workers and made a big scene about waiting for 20 minutes....yes he was screaming about waiting for 20 minutes. another lady joined in his rant and my wife kept asking me if I still wanted to eat here. Absolutely I did! We got taken care of by Cee Cee and everyone else who were so caring and professional. OMG the habenero wings and the sweet&salty fries were the best! Thank you Cee Cee and your team! You made a great night out for me and my wife. read more

My favorite place for wings! Great flavors and the help is very pleasant. Wings are huge and tasty!

My experience here was absolutely terrible. We ordered online and it said would be ready by 11:59am we got there at noon and it was not ready. The workers all were standing around talking. We upgraded our drink and they gave us a downgrade to the small size. Finally 15 mins later got our food. And the order was incorrect. They gave us completely different flavors than what was ordered. So we had to wait an extra 15 mins for the new batch to be made. Finally got our wings but the worker who handed us our food gave attitude. Customer service absolutely sucked i do not recommend anyone to attend here!! read more

Great food and service! Price is not bad for the amount of food you get. It received 4 stars because you do wait awhile for your food. The staff is always friendly. read more

Amira was our cashier and she was very nice. Great customer service . Wings where absolutely delicious! They where hot and well seasoned . Definitely recommend this location food is amazing and customer service is excellent!! read more

Doordash along with other food services are a big chunk of revenue. Lost or gained its up to your staff. I have never had to wait so long for an order. My pick up time at this location is always terrible. Any other location understands that time is of the essence. Workers during the day time are awesome. I won't be back to deliver for this location. I will also spend my money at a morw friendly location. I was sent to wait in line like a normal order. Get a better system going read more

Bad service, it seems like the employees didn't appreciate my business.. I'm sorry but with that attitude and terrible service I'll just make my own wings at home.. read more

I'm always in here getting chicken tenders and I'll say I've never been disappointed. Cici is usually at the front and makes sure I feel welcomed. Always full of energy read more

Omg where have you been all my life???? Obviously, not in highland. I ordered the classic wings with mango habanero and some cajon. Wings were fresh and crispy on the ends just like I like it. Meat inside was juicy. I love spicy food and what I chose was the perfect spicy without being too much. Flavors were yummy. I love the deluxe coke machine. I love mixing flavors. Friendly workers and the price was right. Thank you for coming to Highland! read more

This is the worst wing stopp ever. Called at 11:15pm had me on hold for about 5 minutes & when he gets back on the phone he tells me that their not taking anymore orders in when they clearly close at 12am read more

This has been my favorite Wingstop so far. I was going to the one in Yucaipa until this one opened. I ran into a bit of a problem with my last order. I ordered about 3 hours ahead, online. I called and spoke w one of the employees just to make sure that online orders that far in advance are ready on time. He assured me they would be ready. I got there @ 5:15 and the order hadn't even been prepared yet. HOWEVER, they were very professional and told me the situation. Although I had to wait another 20min, they made it right and everything was delicious as usual. Happy w their overall presentation and this won't deter me from going back. Actually, I'm about to place another order as we speak read more

One person handling cashier and making wings! Sidney(not sure if spelling it correct) made DELICIOUS wings! We haven't found a Wingstop to live up to Bellevue Washington and this employee made it happen. Wings were moist and well sauced. We will definitely be coming here again. Thank you Sidney!! read more

They overcharged me for my food and when I confronted them, they made me feel badly about refunding because it was only a couple dollars. It would've been okay had the manager try to understand the situation instead of come off defensive as if I was already in the wrong. read more

I used to come to this location all the time, but for some reason, the food made me SICK, two weeks ago.

I've been here three times since they opened about a month ago and I've been happy with each visit. My orders are never wrong, staff is friendly and my wings have just the right amount of sauce on them. I've ordered in once and online twice but when I did order in they made my food faster than I thought it would be done because they were very busy but my wings were made exactly how I like them (extra done) and my fries were hot. I would suggest this wing stop location over another one close to me; which I've had problems with. And if you don't know which flavors to get then lemon pepper and Cajun never fail read more

I ordered 40 piece party pack and waited 40 minutes. We asked them how much longer and they couldnt find our order. They said 20-30 minutes more, we asked to get our money back. They weren't very apologetic and didnt even offer any gift card or discount on our next visit. I WON'T BE RETURNING! read more

I like the others, had a poor first expierence the first time I visited this location, but unlike the others, I decided to revisit this location to provide a true review. My first visit was on the opening weekend and it was packed. The girl that took our order was really confused and considering our order was pretty simple, it was a little concerning until one of the young male employees, sorry I didn't get his name, stepped in and got the order correct. It went downhill from there and at that time, I attributed it to being a new location. We decided to give this location another opportunity last weekend, and unfortunately, we pretty much came away with a worse visit. The only positive was that the same tall young male employee was there and once again he showed a much higher degree of Customer Service than the rest of the staff, including what was an attempt as a manager. We could see this "manager" on her cell phone the whole time we were their (about 35 min.) and we could tell it wasn't business related because we could hear plenty of profanity. There was another female employee that was busting her butt in the back, but it was more than apparent that those were the only two actually working and interested in their customers. The food was good as expected, but the overall experience is poor and we will be going elsewhere for our wing cravings. There is no doubt that there needs to be a management change, because most of the employees don't even look like they want to be there, except the two employees I mentioned. read more

This was the worst service from a MANAGER!! I ordered boneless wings that were made wrong to start with, and then when I brought them back to the 2 people standing at the register, Caeshanae and Harion, were pleasant and wanted to make sure my wings were what I wanted but the minute the manager approached me she instantly came off hostile and rude. Her response to me was "what's your problem" and then proceeded to tell me "Well, this is what you ordered so this is what you get!" It was so bad to the point the two other workers had to apologize for her behavior. I will NEVER return to this Wingstop. Very disappointing! read more

Way better wings then Buffalo Wild Wings.Staff did good and I will definetly be back.

Just to keep it short food is delicious. Customer service is horrible horrible horrible. they don't show you your order before they bag it. make sure you check your order before you leave. if you call in for take out make sure you are very clear with them about what you order because they tend to not care. the food 5stars customer service 1star for trash. read more

Ate wingstop in highland for the first time and it will definitely be my last. First the food was disgusting, 2nd my wife and I have been sick for 24 hours after eating here. Had to file a complaint with the health department. Absolutely terrible!!! read more

My family loves wings. We like this place but the wings are a little heavier and saltier than I prefer. The fries have a sweet sprinkled topping that is a bit odd. I do prefer my fries completely savory. I also wish there was a healthy option for their sides. Eating here is a definitely an indulgence. read more

We finally have Wingstop in highland. Friendly staff. Good chicken. The price is even better then other location..

Caeshanae was ver kind and helpful. The food was so good and would definitely come again thankyou

There is no second chance for a business that is this bad. Latex Gloves. It is the responsibility of management to teach employees that the latex gloves they are told to wear are not to protect them, but rather to project customers by preventing germs and other foul materials from coming into contact with the food being served. Today at Wing Stop, we observed an employee with gloves enter the restroom and then emerge, likely wearing the same gloves. The employee then bused some tables, wearing the same gloves. Then, the employee got on the floor to put a folded piece of cardboard under a rocky table, while wearing the same gloves. Next, the same employee was asked a question by a customer, then went behind the counter, grabbed some sauce with those very used gloved hands, and handed the sauce to the customer...while wearing the same gloves! This is unacceptable, and is a reflection of amateurish management. Food Preparation. Yes, I want the chicken being served to be cooked properly. But not over cooked to the point of being tough and laden with hard stuff. That is what we were served today, boneless chicken that was too hard to bite into. Does this chain not have quality standard for cooking their prime menu item? Filthy Restrooms. At about 3 pm on a Sunday, the place was fairly quiet and only maybe 30% of the table occupied, yet there were a bunch of staff in the place. Would it be too much to have one of those employees, wearing fresh gloves, go in and touch up the restroom and empty the wastebasket that was overflowing onto the floor (and, of course, removing the gloves after the trash was disposed and washing their hands before returning to other duties)? Again, this is a management issue, and it not being done suggests amateurish management. Ice in the Tower. The ice in the tower needs to be replenished. While several customers tried to get ice, in clear view of the front counter and employees, not one employee took the initiative to replenish the ice. Again, this is a reflection of amateurish management. There were simply too many misses on this first visit for me. I won't be back, and quite frankly, I doubt other Highlanders will put up with this poor quality and unsanitary conditions. read more

Tried something new for me at Wingstop and it was great. The original hot tenders. Tasty! Thanks to Destiny for the recommendations.

New location. The location was busy but the food and fries came out hot and fresh. There is a small wait but well worth it. Best wings in town. read more
