This was my first time visiting a Wing Stop, and probably my last time, at least at this location. The food was good, but the employees/customer service were terrible. As soon as I walked in, the guy was screaming from the back of the restaurant "order or pickup?"....not a very warm welcoming. The interior of the place smelled terrible, kind of like vape smoke, and I'm not sure its seeping in from the vape shop next door, or if they're just smoking in the restaurant when there are no customers. I ended up ordering a (6) piece boneless combo with fries. I got half Hickory Smoked BBQ and half Hawaiian wings. both were very tasty, and the seasoned fries were also good. I did appreciate that they put some wax paper between both flavors, so they'd didn't contaminate the flavor. Again the food was good, but my experience at the restaurant was not. The staff was rude and aggressive, and the smell certainly will make you question the cleanliness of the restaurant. I'll get my wings elsewhere. read more

I tried this Wingstop the other day and I was pleasantly surprised! I don't even usually like wings, but they were super good! I tried the Hawaiian flavor and garlic Parmesan- ridiculous how good the garlic Parmesan was. I recommend it! There was a really good deal on the website- 20 wings and a basket of fries for like $18. Plus their ranch is excellent. Go check it out! read more

Ordered online because I was comfortable on the couch.... Lazy day. Order arrived on time hot and accurate. Putting more sauce on dry wings does not make them better. The brownie was good and the Hawaiian sauce was her favorite but the wings were small and dry. read more

Me and my husband stopped into Wingstop today, and the experience was just... alright. Not terrible, but definitely not what I expected. When we first walked up, my husband asked, "Are y'all even open?" because they still had that little lockbox thing on the door, like the kind people use when they go out of town. I know it's probably standard (Marco's Pizza next door had one too), but it threw us off. And then when we walked in, the energy was flat. No greeting, no smiles, just that vibe like nobody really wanted to be there. I literally said, "You don't wanna be here, do you?" and chuckled to myself. We asked about the menu and the girl at the counter, Bri or Bry (not sure on the spelling), was giving us prices. At first I thought she didn't know how to ring us up, but she actually did, I was just asking a lot of questions. She kept it cool, but didn't smile until the very end when she said, "If you do the survey, you get free fries. My name's Bri!" And I was like, "So wait... we gotta do work just to get some food?" And she said just smiled.. like, "Yeah, you gotta do some work to get the free stuff." We both laughed, but I wasn't wrong! It's like every little thing costs extra, no family-sized options, just à la carte everything. I ended up spending nearly $30 just for my husband and myself to get some meat. I ordered my go-to: 8 lemon pepper tenders (my fave), and my husband got the mango habanero wings. Food was fine, no complaints there. But between the pricing, the setup, and the lack of energy when we walked in, it just didn't feel worth what I spent. Not the worst place, but definitely not the best. Might try it again on a different day, but right now, it's giving "meh. read more

The wings don't be cooked all the way and the flavor of the wings are not good on the food. You have to wait a long time at the atmosphere. You gotta be on watch because it's in a shopping center where a lot of homeless people be. read more

I don't eat meat other than seafood anymore, but, I did stop in here to see what offerings they had. I got there corn on the cob, it was fantastic. The staff is great too, were this kind of food on my diet. I would be a regular hair. read more

I placed an order online from my office at 1:13pm ona Friday. I got 10 wings (half lemon pepper and half garlic parm). I also got celery on the side. The total was $14.71. I rounded up and donated rest to wings charities. The ETA for food being ready was 13-18 minutes. My office is 8 minutes away. I arrived around 1:27pm. They have a sign on the door for no public restroom, which I assume means for non customers but unclear because they have restrooms present that wasn't blocked off or anything. I peeked in the restroom and it was clean for the most part. I was told my food would be a few more minutes. I was somewhat surprised. It wasn't busy at all. While waiting, I noticed they were training someone. It sounded like mistakes were being made too, which is normal. It did start to get a little busy while I waited. I didn't receive my food until 1:35pm. In the car, I checked my food. I noticed there was liquid in both of the wrappers I went back inside to ask because they both supposed to be dry rubs as I wanted carb free. I was told they Toss the wings in a homemade sauce before adding the seasoning for it to stick.... that's not dry rub. lol. Secondly, it don't look like it did any sticking. I asked about the sauce and they made it in-house. Essentially it was just butter and spices, according to them. They offered to remake it but if it took over 20 minutes to make this, I wouldn't have the time to wait as I had to get back to work. When I got back to the office to eat, the wings were fine but the seasoning were in the liquid, lol. But the lady said the sauce was supposed to make the seasoning stick . I also only had 4 lemon pepper wings. So yeah, they were slacking. I don't think I'd return to this location in the future. read more

This has to be the slowest wingstop in the history of wingstops, and the people are so rude that work here, and it smells like straight weed. The moment we walked in there was a girl that was cussing up a storm, I do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Service was very helpful when my dasher delivered to the wrong address. The manager Eugene was very nice and made me a new order quickly. Thanks Wingstop read more

Arianna had attitude with me the entire time I was trying to order. If I had a question heaven forbid she acted as though it was an inconvenience to have to tell me. Her demeanor and eye contact were impatient and disrespectful. No one was behind us. People shouldn't feel like they are a bother to be waited on by a cashier. That's her job and it's not a super hard one as far as I can see. Normally the food here is good so I'm going to give a decent score for that. I asked for a manager and they sent some little day shift kid who was probably 19. She continued to talk junk at me in front of everyone in the restaurant. Raising her voice to me. Then calls the district manager talking about the whole incident in front of other customers as I am waiting for my food. I will be calling the district manger. This is completely over the top. read more

The service here is definitely slowww! However, it's worth the wait! The food is always fresh and made right! At least I haven't had any issues! read more

We got to go and my wings were barely sauced and extremely small. It was just as mediocre as possible. I would recommend selecting a different place for wings. read more

Wingstop is good. THIS Wingstop is not good. We have been here a few times. They seem like they want you to leave, and are annoyed you are ordering. The first time the guy said "we don't have boneless, do you still want to order?"; another customer said "he's lyin, they have boneless, they just won't ring you up for it, but if you order on the app they have to make it for you." Sure enough, I ordered on the app (standing right at the register looking at the dude who told me they don't have boneless wings), and we got our order of boneless wings. Why say that? Second time the guy said "it will be like 30-40 mins, probly longer, do you still want to order?". We said yeah, and he rolled his eyes. The wings themselves, each time we're slimy and not good. Probably won't be giving it a 3rd try here. read more

I asked for a spicy mcchicken and received a regular mcchicken. I'm not happy with this so I need them to fix this soon.

First off I'm not sure who worked the kitchen today 5/25 @8pm but they need to go home and lose their cooking certificate The food was extremely salty I started shaking My god. my kids and I couldn't even finish the food from the over load of salt . Someone back there got a heavy hand. Secondly the food was cold and my fries weren't done all the way My son had to go to the ER for chest pain after eating this salty a33 food Gross will not come here again read more

I love their food. When I tell you the ranch is not over hyped it's not. My boneless wings always come out hot fresh and crunchy the service is ok the food takes awhile even when their aren't any other apparent customers I would give this a 9/10 read more

Food was hot upon arrival however i ordered hot honey wings with 2 lemon pepper sprinkle seasonings on the side i received no hot honey on my wings one lemon pepper sprinkle dry and one wet my corn was supposed to be Cajun and parmesan fried corn and only got the Parmesan when I called in about it I was told that's not what the receipt says but looking at my order on my end it clearly states it there so customer service was my biggest issue read more

I don't know who y'all had cooking in that kitchen today around 2pm...but he has brought my appetite and wallet back to Wingstop after a long break. I even ordered this exact same order 2 days ago in the evening and I was truly done again after those rubbery watery lackluster wings I received. But today...MmMmMM..my wings were cooked perfect so saucy so flavorful...I will be back real soon. read more

They have good fries IF YOU EVER GET THEM! This is the last time I'm ordering delivery from Wing Stop. EVERY SINGLE TIME they've left items out of my order. 1st we're fries, 2nd we're rolls, and this last time we're the fries again. 3 strikes. read more

Worst customer service & the food is not up to par. Talk to you any kind of way. No customer service courtesy. Not sure how long this store will be opened. Need to change the staff or shut down. They don't even deserve the 1 star. But thats the only way I could leave a review. read more

Lady working at the register was rude and like to make smart comments 20min wait for food to-go with no one there

I've been eating here EVERY day since trying it!!! The food is great!! The service is great! I love the fact that we can leave our finished works on the table when finished and the staff cleans it up! The only flaw that I would have is that the staff don't use gloves besides that they were GREAT!!! Oh?! Their bathroom was CLEAN as well!!! read more

takes 30min to get wings fries and a drink. no gloves hair net nasty and not clean. ask for a drink take 30min. not worth it.

First off, their own website was not accurate as far as them not doing $.60 boneless wings on Thursdays anymore... I waited for over an hour after they told me it would only be about 25 minutes for a small combo, they gave it to the wrong person never said anything to me, and then when I asked for a refund they never apologized! Terrible experience!! read more

This Wingstop was Awesome! Met the GM outside she great and inviting. Dining tho closed was spectacular. Clean and bright. Shift leader Sionna was very knowledgeable and met every expectation. A+ my son and tended to his needs. Thanks Wingstop you rock!! read more

The wings are good, the help is not. When I went in, the cooks had hardcore rap blasting so loud the entire restaurant could hear it. That was coupled with some type of light rock over the actual speakers. But again, the price point and wings are good. Just know the help is pretty bad. read more

Worst wing stop ever. They always say they have no help and the workers hide and then send one out to say that they are closed around 8pm when they are open late. There online order is never open anymore. And they never answer the phones when trying to make an order. They never want to do their jobs and are Very biased towards customers. Walked in this evening right after another couple and after the couple ordered, they looked at me and my fiancé and told us they were closed, as we legit stood there and watched other people order. read more

Great wings. We get to go often. They are good about packing up orders and making sure things are in there right. The wings are flavorful and good size. I like the ranch and seasoned fries also. Good variety of wing sauces. Definitely the place to go for wings. read more

Incredibly slow service! I ordered and paid online....was told 21 minutes for food to be ready....arrived at restaurant 30 minutes after placing order and waited ANOTHER 45+ minutes to receive my order. The restaurant is severely understaffed, and I am appreciative the 3 staff that has showed up to work; HOWEVER, my advice would be (1) don't tell customers one thing and deliver three times later and (2) customers ordering online - call to verify pickup time before heading there. One of the more frustrating parts of this experience was watching the team members moving without "urgency" and up to 20 customers in the lobby looking crazy/frustrated! ‍ the Manger (or supervisor) on duty was not very helpful - at all. read more

Call in order went smooth and they were nice. However, they made me pay over the phone and give out my card number which is very odd. Service is less than poor. The cashier was extremely rude when I informed him that they told me my food was supposed to be ready 40 min ago. He chose to get his manager and the manger began by yelling at me as if I was bothering him. He continuously told me that they were busy (and he didn't have time for any complaints).
