This was my first time visiting a Wing Stop, and probably my last time, at least at this location. The food was good, but the employees/customer service were terrible. As soon as I walked in, the guy was screaming from the back of the restaurant "order or pickup?"....not a very warm welcoming. The interior of the place smelled terrible, kind of like vape smoke, and I'm not sure its seeping in from the vape shop next door, or if they're just smoking in the restaurant when there are no customers. I ended up ordering a (6) piece boneless combo with fries. I got half Hickory Smoked BBQ and half Hawaiian wings. both were very tasty, and the seasoned fries were also good. I did appreciate that they put some wax paper between both flavors, so they'd didn't contaminate the flavor. Again the food was good, but my experience at the restaurant was not. The staff was rude and aggressive, and the smell certainly will make you question the cleanliness of the restaurant. I'll get my wings elsewhere. read more

Me and my husband stopped into Wingstop today, and the experience was just... alright. Not terrible, but definitely not what I expected. When we first walked up, my husband asked, "Are y'all even open?" because they still had that little lockbox thing on the door, like the kind people use when they go out of town. I know it's probably standard (Marco's Pizza next door had one too), but it threw us off. And then when we walked in, the energy was flat. No greeting, no smiles, just that vibe like nobody really wanted to be there. I literally said, "You don't wanna be here, do you?" and chuckled to myself. We asked about the menu and the girl at the counter, Bri or Bry (not sure on the spelling), was giving us prices. At first I thought she didn't know how to ring us up, but she actually did, I was just asking a lot of questions. She kept it cool, but didn't smile until the very end when she said, "If you do the survey, you get free fries. My name's Bri!" And I was like, "So wait... we gotta do work just to get some food?" And she said just smiled.. like, "Yeah, you gotta do some work to get the free stuff." We both laughed, but I wasn't wrong! It's like every little thing costs extra, no family-sized options, just à la carte everything. I ended up spending nearly $30 just for my husband and myself to get some meat. I ordered my go-to: 8 lemon pepper tenders (my fave), and my husband got the mango habanero wings. Food was fine, no complaints there. But between the pricing, the setup, and the lack of energy when we walked in, it just didn't feel worth what I spent. Not the worst place, but definitely not the best. I placed an order online from my office at 1:13pm ona Friday. I got 10 wings (half lemon pepper and half garlic parm). I also got celery on the side. The total was $14.71. I rounded up and donated rest to wings charities. The ETA for food being ready was 13-18 minutes. My office is 8 minutes away. I arrived around 1:27pm. They have a sign on the door for no public restroom, which I assume means for non customers but unclear because they have restrooms present that wasn't blocked off or anything. I peeked in the restroom and it was clean for the most part. I was told my food would be a few more minutes. I was somewhat surprised. It wasn't busy at all. While waiting, I noticed they were training someone. It sounded like mistakes were being made too, which is normal. It did start to get a little busy while I waited. I didn't receive my food until 1:35pm. In the car, I checked my food. I noticed there was liquid in both of the wrappers I went back inside to ask because they both supposed to be dry rubs as I wanted carb free. I was told they Toss the wings in a homemade sauce before adding the seasoning for it to stick.... that's not dry rub. lol. Secondly, it don't look like it did any sticking. I asked about the sauce and they made it in-house. Essentially it was just butter and spices, according to them. They offered to remake it but if it took over 20 minutes to make this, I wouldn't have the time to wait as I had to get back to work. When I got back to the office to eat, the wings were fine but the seasoning were in the liquid, lol. But the lady said the sauce was supposed to make the seasoning stick . I also only had 4 lemon pepper wings. So yeah, they were slacking. I don't think I'd return to this location in the future. read more

Arianna had attitude with me the entire time I was trying to order. If I had a question heaven forbid she acted as though it was an inconvenience to have to tell me. Wingstop is good. THIS Wingstop is not good. We have been here a few times. They seem like they want you to leave, and are annoyed you are ordering. The first time the guy said "we don't have boneless, do you still want to order?"; another customer said "he's lyin, they have boneless, they just won't ring you up for it, but if you order on the app they have to make it for you." Sure enough, I ordered on the app (standing right at the register looking at the dude who told me they don't have boneless wings), and we got our order of boneless wings. Why say that? Second time the guy said "it will be like 30-40 mins, probly longer, do you still want to order?". We said yeah, and he rolled his eyes. The wings themselves, each time we're slimy and not good. Incredibly slow service! I ordered and paid online....was told 21 minutes for food to be ready....arrived at restaurant 30 minutes after placing order and waited ANOTHER 45+ minutes to receive my order. The restaurant is severely understaffed, and I am appreciative the 3 staff that has showed up to work; HOWEVER, my advice would be (1) don't tell customers one thing and deliver three times later and (2) customers ordering online - call to verify pickup time before heading there. One of the more frustrating parts of this experience was watching the team members moving without "urgency" and up to 20 customers in the lobby looking crazy/frustrated! ‍ the Manger (or supervisor) on duty was not very helpful - at all. read more
