The wings had a ton of meat on them, we were able to ask for all flats for a small fee which was awesome, they're our favorite. They were ready as soon as I walked in the door. Given the timing, I found it extremely concerning and contacted the restaurant to make the manager aware of what had happened. Unfortunately, when I began explaining the situation, the manager hung up on me. I understand that the restaurant may not be able to determine what happened, but I would have expected at minimum a willingness to listen and take the concern seriously. I've eaten here at the Bell Creek location many times but this is the first time I actually dined in . I usually take it home. When he said there was only two people working I decided to place a to go order, but he said he could get a table cleaned off for me and did so immediately . So I stayed. He was very nice and accommodating. Much appreciated. In the dining room picture you see a lot of seating but it says there's only two people working. They have to limit the very understandable. Serving of rice and kimchi seems to be bigger when you dine and then when you get it to go, so that's good to know. Everything is delicious as usual. A family friendly or nice meal with your boo. Here's the not so good: The menu doesn't cover everything, especially the vegetarian options, so you have to use the Kiosk for that. There were only 8 customers there at lunch. I can guess why. The floor had lots of random puddles on it and one large one was not marked and no one was mopping or trying to do something. Total slip and fall situation. There were only 2 staff and the counter-person was not welcoming or helpful. The music was really loud. I downloaded an ap, out of curiosity and Billy Joel's Piano man was banging in at 111 at peak and hovered around 85. Seriously, that's lawnmower loud! A couple waited twice as long for their order because they didn't hear their names called. Interestingly, the counter area was quieter than the dining room. The bathroom had run out of toilet paper. There were two empty cardboard rolls, so it had been awhile. Thankfully, there was a half used spool on the tank. No paper towels either. There was soap! So a mixed bag.
