Why bother ordering online ahead of time just to get to the restaurant and wait 15-20 mins!?!?!? Some pieces were a little over done, but other wise tasty. And I dipping sauce automatically came with an order? They charge almost $1 for dipping sauce. read more

Where's the Vanilla Coke? It never seems like they have it. They do have some great service though and always stick with their time frame.

Just ordered the crew pack of 30 wings. 3 different flavors with 3 dips veggie sticks and seasoned fries. My host Jackeline was awesome and great and took my name and order very fast. Her questions of what I wanted with my order was very helpful. read more

I come in to spend over $100 and they can't even get my order, missed over 2 orders out of 8 and still took an extra 30 minutes to get my food out even though I ordered an hour and 15 minutes before picking up the food. And nothing to even compensate for the lack of food or wait time read more

I go into Wingstop about 4 to 5 times a month to the exact Wingstop. I never seem to have an issue and I always order my food. I was at work I ordered $80 worth of food from there when I got there there was no sign saying that they no longer have carbonated drinks. It wasn't until I mention something that they put a sign up when I got back to work and handed everybody their food. The sauces were wrong, so I called back. I spoke to a Manager name Sandra . Let her know exactly what was wrong. She told me she packed the order herself and everything was correct. I explained to her again I do not have the Korean flavor and that the garlic Parmesan and hot were supposed to be mixed and it was not when I explained it to her she deliberately kept telling me that I was wrong and that she packed to order herself out of $80 worth of food. I have an issue with two things I kept asking her what she calling me a liar. She just kept telling me that she did the order herself. She asked me did I want her to remake it. I told her I'm not coming back today and now I want to speak to her manager because how do you provide good customer service and you're basically calling the customer a liar very unprofessional very rude. I will never be back to that location but I will definitely be talking to her manager in person read more

Horrible overcooked wings that were microwaved and still cold in the middle. Excess salt to rubbery fries... don't waste your time or money!

I waited for my order for over an hour and when I arrived home the order was deliberately wrong because I kept asking about my order when they initially told me the wait time would be 20min. Not good customer service! read more

I literally just watched the manager (Fat Hispanic with short hair) count some cash for his cashier and go right back to making food without washing his hands.. I actually told the cashier that she needs to tell him to wash his hands, she replied "ewww, yea I know, I'll tell him" she went back there and said something in Spanish and they laughed. He still didn't wash hi hands though ... As I'm waiting for my food this guy does it two more time read more

I ordered online. Food was ready before estimated pick up time. Wings were delicious.

I am so upset I have to forcibly put a star for this place. I ordered and 30 minutes later my order was still not out. I watched 3 groups of people that ordered after I did get their orders. When I approached the counter to ask about my order all the employees in the back were standing their chatting. They told me my order would be right up and just like that it magically appeared. My issue is that they never even attempted to apologize for obviously forgetting about my order and making us wait longer than we should have. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Sad that you have an employee (red hair) working in the kitchen handling food with their hair all over the place. No hat or hair not being used. They said 10 minutes when finish charging me but was almost 20 minutes where people who ordered after me got their food first. read more

I been here a few times already and the service and food hasnt been that great. Today I had a little issue with my food and I don't know if lady was manager but she gave me the best customer service ever! I had another team member approach me asking if everything was okay with our food. This new crew is absolutely great!! Food tasted great!!! And customer service on point!!!! read more

So grateful for Mario I received the best service this evening and I am a constant customer I always loveeee to order from this specific location the workers here always so friendly! read more

Not really sure as to why my order took so long. I was told 15 minutes upon arrival and got inside and still had to wait. It was nice and clean inside, no complaints there but if you know you have a couple orders before the caller that's calling why say 15 minutes... maybe do how they do in cell phone shops, they over quote read more

This location has the worst service. I have given this location several chances and they never seem to fail with their consistency to mess up. I have place a total of 7 orders and they always seem to have my order wrong. The young staff is terrible. read more

This place is very clean and the personal was very nice and friendly. They brought my food to the table.also took our try back.

Needs Beer , can't have wings without a cold one that's fersure. Staff is young and still need practice.

Tried to give this place a chance and would get my usual lemon pepper. They just dont season it enough and is lacking its usual flavor. I would rather spend my money at the lawdale location read more

Service is great, food is fresh to order, and restaurant is very clean. Love coming here and meeting the staff every week.

I really wish all Wingstops could be like this one. I guess some people could have a bed experience but not me. I guess im just comprehensive. Not to mention, LA people are always in a rush, in a hurry, wanting everything fast and exact but they need to understand that food(in particular wings) must be cook to a certain amount of time in order to be servible. And that humans make mistakes. But its nothing that cant be fix. I know that if my order was ever wrong for any given reason the cooks the cashier the managers would not hesitate in correcting that for me and that my friends is gold. Five stars for being the best in town. read more

Mario and India were two awesome customer service representatives for the Hawthorne Wingstop. Both endured that my order was correct. They both ensured that I was satisfied with everything from service to the food. Thank you Mario and India you made my lunch experience great read more

The wings are good, but the oiliness level is hit-and-miss. Some days, it's perfectly done, other times, it's been very much over-fried, so all the steam has been blasted out of the chicken, and the coating is drenched in oil. The food takes a long time to show up, but that's to be expected with made-to-order wings, so that's not on them. The soda selection is good because they have one of those pick-your-soda-and-flavor machines that has 50+ varieties of carbonated beverage. They also have iced tea, which is my favorite, in a container to the side. read more

Wish I could give no stars. Each time I come they never have my phone order ready when I call 20 minutes prior . Today 1/3/2020 I went placed a phone order waited 30 min and came to the store to get the 2 SMALL MEALS I ORDERED. Not only did I wait an additional 30 minutes after the young tall Hispanic male told me they were "working on my order" when I paid at the register. When they finally had my 2 SEPARATE meals (different flavors) not only was the bag drenched in hot sauce BOTH MEALS WAS PLACED IN THE SAME CHICKEN CONTAINER 2 separate meals LITERALLY what wingstop does that?? Then to top it off they separated the meals in 2 messier chicken boxes. Smh they will NEVER earn my business. Better off going to the one on century or the one in lawndale. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

goated 2 hour wait and tried to make us wait outside at night. for a mobile order that said 20 minutes

Sloppy! Mixed up orders and missing items on several visits to this particular establishment. No issue with the quality of the food, but a MAJOR issue with the service. Beware! Multiple visits and they always mess up an order. read more

Thank you Wingstop for coming into my life!!!!! Chicken wings crispy and sooo yummy. I was so satisfied with a full tummy, my fam is tempting me to come back lol, I'm up for it, this location is so sparkling clean and the restrooms smell so good , wired of me to say this right, but other restrooms are disgusting. The team is friendly and just so welcoming read more

Best service and what's more important great fresh taste first time here and I will definitely be back thanks guys .

Ordered my food online to be ready to pick at 2:30. Got to Wingstop at 2:40. Food was not ready. I got my food at 3:20pm. Defeats the purpose of ordering online. read more

Second time here and the customer service is horrible. The first time I came here I placed an order by phone, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes when I walked in to pick up the food was not even ready after placing the order ahead 30 minutes!! Now I'm here and the staff has taken over 30 minutes to prepare the wings while they stand around the kitchen speaking about their personal life. read more

The most terrible customer service I've literally ever received in my life. I call in my order ahead for two orders of fries. I go and wait in the "order ahead/pick up" line. Waiting. Waiting. As the one cashier they have continues to take orders from people in the regular line, not once asking me what my name was if I had called in an order. Finally someone comes out from the kitchen yelling out names, none of which were mine or the woman behind me, then the woman notices her name and the worker starts to ring up the lady behind me! The lady behind me tells her that I was clearly there first and she should probably ask my name first.. so then she does and I tell her I call in fries, which she THEN tells me they haven't made yet because they make them when I walk in so they're not soggy.. please tell me what the point is of the phone ordering system? I work at a restaurant and I PROMISE you someone would have been fired from the poor hospitality I received.. I will NEVER EVER go back to this wing stop and I will tell everyone not to go to this terrible location. By the way to even get the fries, on the phone was a 5 minute wait. Ridiculous. Understaffed. read more

I had such a wonderful experience with Wingstop at 11540 Hawthorne Blvd. We ordered 150 wings to be delivered, for a company happy hour party. About an hour and a half before the expected delivery, I decided to double the order as I was concerned we wouldn't have enough food. It was such a pleasure talking to Sandra, the manager. She was helpful and made it happen for us. Her upbeat attitude and her "I'll take care of you" really made a difference. The food was amazing and my company was very happy. I will definitely use this Wingstop again. read more

Maaan this wing stop is the bomb, I go for my regular combo & The nice young staff. Always greeting incoming customers & having a smile on their face! Con: have to wait like 20 minutes for my food even when it's online or phone. I noticed that's how it is in every wingstop though But other then that I love the customer service & wings. Especially on mondays & Tuesday! read more

Great Customer Service. The guy up front was nice and I asked him to refill the Coke Machine and he did. Would recommend this, very good.
