I was not so fond of the bone-in wings they seem to be a little dry and crunchy which is not how I like my wings. But you can't go wrong with the Boneless, they are yum! We didn't get to order because we were blatantly ignored. My husband stood at the counter waiting to order. No one addressed him or asked to take the order. Two employees walked out from behind the counter, walked past us, opened the door, lighted cigarettes, and continued to smoke. That'a when my husband walked out. Not happy! I had to update! The general manager Curtis stated he'd refund my money for their huge mistake. I ordered off their app but DoorDash or GrubHub delivered it. Stated 5-7 business days for the refund. I mistakenly believed him. We ordered BOGO chicken sandwiches with free delivery. Wings and fries. The wings were delivered not the sandwiches and fries. I called him back he stated order again and I'll send it over. Just what we didn't get. I did an accidentally ordered the 2 Sandwiches again and fries. PAID FOR 4 Not 2!!! Plus paid twice for fries! I LOVE wingstop... but this location was so disappointing :( The fries were so soggy and undercooked... they tasted like raw potato. The chicken was overcooked, and SO dry. The employees weren't paying attention and left orders (including mine) sitting on the shelf for about 15 minutes while myself and other customers were waiting for their food. The ranch was great! Well, the rest of my order was right. My wife and I just got back in town and we're hungry so we re-ordered the order that we had last night. Her wings came in with the right sauce, but mine did not. Not only was it not the right color it had heat, and I don't do heat. I always do Hawaiian which is an awesome sauce. Horrible service. I placed my order and was informed it would take twenty three minutes. Waited outside to allow proper social distancing. After 25 minutes went back in to check my order status. Was informed by staff to allow 6 more minutes for them to complete my order. After waiting an additional twenty minutes the staff informed me they accidentally gave several orders to wrong customers. My order was among the several lost orders ! Therefore, After waiting 45 minutes I never received my order. The staff said they refunded my payment back to my credit card. Second visit we decided to order tenders instead of the boneless wings - they are a little more expensive but were consistent in size and we felt they were worth the price difference. Came to pick up and deliver an order that was placed before I had arrived. I am formed an employee who I was coming to pick it up for and was told it would only be a few minutes. Well after 30 minutes of waiting I saw several customers come in, place an order, and leave with it in no time and i even saw employees just standing around so I talked to another employee and asked how much longer it would be since I was already running behind and they told me that they were just starting on it. Honestly this is the kind of stuff that ends up screwing over a lot of Dashers and ends up getting us bad reviews. This place has a ton of potential. The wings and fries had a great taste but they were not done all the way. The fries were soggy and the breading on the wings was not properly done to a crisp. I feel that if the owner was to make a presence in the kitchen and was to implement some rules about the precise quality of food, this place would be 4-5 star joint. read more

Ordered thru Wingstop website (door dash is a joke), GUESS WHO DELIVERS FOR THEIR WEBSITE! This is NOT listed, otherwise we wouldn't have bothered. Ordered $60+, got half the order delivered. Called 3 mins after the driver dropped off the order, and was immediately put on hold, waited 12 mins and "talked" to Sabrina(rambled over the top of me without even listening to me), told me too bad call door dash and hung up. That's how I found out the website uses door dash. So I called doordash. Got hung up on. Went to chat on door dash. Spent 18 mins on chat with Bijay who passed me off to Arish who then chatted with me for another 13 mins told me to call the store because using the website made Wingstop immediately have the money so doordash can not request a redelivery or give a credit. So it is now 9:12pm, half my family hasn't got their food, no food is being sent, no refund/credit is being sent. NOT ACCEPTABLE IN THE LEAST!!
