Best cheesy fries, chicken wings could be crispier and tossed in more sauce the sauces are good, except for the lemon pepper in my opinion to oily. read more

I love wingstop and their fresh wings. The new manager Christine is pretty awesome. My favorite wings are the Mango Habanero. Always fresh, made to order, piping hot when they come out. I stop here before going to the beach or after the racetrack. I recommend getting the fries well done. read more

This spot takes forever with your food. I ordered a 6 piece and it took 45 minutes to receive my order. When I checked in to see what was going with my order I was told that because I asked for it well done it would take longer. But they said it would take only an extra ten. It was ridiculous! read more

This place has become a joke. The customer service is a joke, and increasingly gets worse with each visit . The best part typically is "SKIP THE LINE," and order ONLINE; and it's not even for the convenience, it's the fact that the interaction with the employees is limited . There's no greeting when you walk in the door. Instead you meet hostility and lack luster enthusiasm for the job at hand. Wingstops advertise themselves as a family driven business, but the employees that work at this location don't share the same mentality . In these times, no one should be without a job, but there needs to be some significant training and regrouping in this franchise . It's sad to thing that someone invested in this location and are losing out because their staff can't respect their journey. read more

Went to this location today and the service was good, but one of the employees were touching her body under her shirt, while she was taking to the manager. Very inapropiate in front of the custumers read more

This is the worst wingstop in this area. You're better off driving to the 2nd ave location. The staff and manager are incompetent (as if making wings requires much brain power) and make excuses when they obviously get things wrong. On two separate occasions I've been given undercooked wings and fries and had to fight tooth and nail to get the issue rectified. Listen to me, if you can just go to 2nd ave location and save yourself the trouble. read more

So, let me tell you my story today. 11.01am - order placed online(order ready time: 11.19am)- I still have receipt for this 11.20am - I arrived to the location and clerk at the cashier was very surprised about the online order. Then she found the paper on her desk about this order, means they didn't even start the order - which mean I need to wait another 20 minutes. Recommendation: if you are going to order, never do it online. Go walk in, but be ready to wait about 15-20 minutes in the line+15-20 minutes wait for the order to be ready 11.52am - my order is not ready, and I`m getting frustrated, asking why people before me already received their orders and me not. Tarina, who works there didn't care about me waiting there almost an hour now, so I asked to give me managers cell phone number. She said she can not. Then I went to the wall where the state licenses are and found Michael's (owners) phone number(note: don't try to call him to tell him any complains. He just doesn't care about them. After explaining to him what effect will bring to the restaurant if similar to mine review will come out, he said he "will sue you! We have lawyers all around the country, we are franchise"). You can see its not an intelligent person, first of all you don't talk to customers who reach to you, to give you feedback about your business and your employees. And second of all, before threatening me that he will sue me, he should read US Constitution and specifically 1st Amendment - Freedom of Speech. So, don't even bother calling him. About the food: wings are great, very similar to the Wings And Curls on Hollywood, but WingStop has more flavors. But after waiting for 1 hour to get them ready, arguing with Tarina and Michael the owner, it was really hard to eat it, so I threw it away, because of a fear that the person who was preparing the food, possibly spit in eat or something else. My today's phone call to the Managers Michael, WingStop Headquarters and this review are intended to help WingStop management to look better on the problem they are facing(because this problem exist - check Google reviews for this place, all saying similar things like I say in my review). read more

Wings are way overpriced and the staff are everything but nice. I saw one cashier talk very rudely to a customer. Not worth what they charge for food I can make better at home. read more

After being contacted by someone at their corporate office regarding our Yelp review, we replied to them via email and have not heard back from them in weeks. There you have it. I like wingstop because of their Cajun flavor wings. But I've noticed that the wings at this location are way too salty. The salt is so intense I can't even finish them. I would like to taste the flavorful chicken and not large amounts of salty seasoning. I don't think they are measuring the seasoning here. It's a little disappointing because I really liked the location. As for the service, I never had a problem here. They were always friendly and had my order on time. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I placed two online orders Monday to be picked up at 11:30 am just in time for lunch right? WRONG! The cashier (Honestly wish I asked for her name) but she was obviously a manager of some sort. She was extremely unprofessional and RUDE! I explained I had placed two orders in which only one was ready upon my arrival...she told me it would be about a 20 minute wait for the second order, I waited considering I was on my 30 minute lunch break. I patiently waited the 20 minutes and as the place started getting busy I walked up to the counter and inquired about my order in which the woman told me "give her one minute" okay I understood as she had a line of customers waiting. So I asked another employee (didn't get her name either) who actually tried helping me at first, after going through all the online orders she then told me all the online orders were closed out! Basically I sat there for NO REASON at all! The woman on the register didn't even bother communicating to the other girl helping me to let her know she closed out the order (Mind you this is a manager!) So after me expressing I sat there on my lunch break waiting on this order they both proceeded to ignore me, I mean flat out ignore me...they went on helping other customers as if i weren't even standing there. In my opinion on customer service this was handled in such a horrible manner, I work in the medical field so I understand that patience and professionalism goes a long way when it comes to unsatisfied customers. It was such a disappointment because this was actually my first time at a wing stop and the wings were actually delicious but they wont get any of my business now due to this unfortunate event and I will definitely warn others of this experience if the subject of wings or a wing stop ever comes up. read more

I had a problem with the restaurant with the quality of the food and contacted Corporate and the Manager contacted me to retry the food again. Was very happy with quality and value for the buck. For under $12 you get 10 wings, choosing of 2 flavors and 1 dip and seasoned fries with a 20 oz drink. The sauces are varied with taste and flavor. Also the boneless wings can be substituted and included with the classic wings with same variety of flavors. Will definitely be coming back!!!!! read more

Average wings spot with horrible service. Asked them three separate times to give me ranch on the side. When I got home... no ranch. I'll stick to Hurricane Wings. read more

I've eaten here multiple times. The wings and service are consistent. Both the eat in area and the bathroom are clean. One of my favorite things is that the young gentleman that always takes my order always says "Hi" with a smile, is polite, and treats everyone kindly. Keep up the good work Anthony! read more

Stopped in here during my last visit to Florida. This place is brand new and very clean. The wings were hot and good but it took almost an hour for them to make the order. I wanted a quick meal and the place wasn't even busy that day. There were 3 other people there also waiting for food. If I knew it was going to take so long, I would've went elsewhere. A big turn off. Also the fries were not tasty at all. I would not come back to this location. read more

This is a great place to go if you want to be ignored. I ordered over the phone. The woman who answered was rude and short toned right away. Just the way she said "WingStop Hold" was rude. Nevertheless I placed my order. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up about 15 minutes later, expecting to wait a bit. After I paid I sat and watched her ignore customer after customer who came to the counter. The manager was there, but he was mostly in the back cooking. From time to time he would come up and place bagged orders on the counter in the back. Long story short, she let my food sit back there so long that when she finally called my name (after all the other customers left) she grabbed the bag and said "It's still hot". She KNEW she left my food there too long. I was clearly aggravated. I grabbed the bag, shook my head and said "unbelievable". As I walked away she said "Have a nice day" loudly. That was the first time she said that in the 20 plus minutes I had been sitting there. She said it with an attitude purposely trying to get a rise out of me. She's a bad person, a disgusting employee and the manager has to see her behavior and allow it. The wings were okay and that why it gets 2 stars instead of 1. read more

The wings were absolutely amazing and that's about the only positive thing I can say. I normally attend the location located off of 595 and Pine Island and this location was nowhere near the same. When I got to the register, Samoni, had absolutely no respect. She was cursing at her coworker (Melissa), she had no idea what she was doing. I asked her to upgrade my carrot sticks for a fry and she told me it couldn't be done, when I knew it could've been done because I do it all the time. After discussing it with her for about two mins, her coworker came and did it for us with no problem. As I continued to order, I asked her for 12 bread rolls, she paused and asked Melissa if a dozen was twelve...... When we received the rolls they were hard and crumbled as soon as you bit it. I sent them back, they took about 20 mins for them to come back out. This time they were still crumbling but warm. The soda machine is pretty outdated, not even sure if they clean it. The fries were exceptional tho! I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at this location. Staff is absolutely terrible. read more

I dont recommend it. They dont even provide good customer service. Waited 10-15 mins for a to go box because the cashier said hold on and started doing something else was standing at register when other workers kept walking by not even asking i had been helped and then customers came in and she took their ordering while I STILL waiting to get my to go box. I waited so long that i finally decided walk out and left my to go food . Not willing to come back here. read more

Worse wing stop ever. I visited this restaurant 3 times with the same result. I tried the call ahead feature I waited beyond the time they said my order would be ready only to wait an additional hour for my order. finally realizing my food was ready and waiting. They had the audacity to give me the cold wings. I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I figured it was just a bad business day but it happened two more times with the online service and walk in. I don't fault staff they are doing what they are allowed to do. Poor management is the problem. read more

The worst. They made a mistake on our pick up order and the only way that they can make it up to you, is if you bring the order back to get the new one. That means I would drive 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back for a mistake they made and they will do nothing to amend their mistake. The manager had the worst customer service skills and made me feel like they were doing me a favor, instead of apologizing for their own mistake. The whole meal was wrong and now we are going to return it and never going back. read more

I stopped in here by chance with a co-worker. We were looking for another restaurant but it had closed down. We thought might as well give this place a shot. The clerk at the counter was nice but that is about the extent of anything positive I could say about the place. The tables were dirty, it was not crowded so........ The order took well over 20 minutes to receive which I felt was way too long. I ordered 8 piece boneless wing combo selecting Mango Habanero and Teriyaki as the flavoring. The Habanero was not spicy and did not deserve to be sold as such but I encounter this often with these types of places. In any case, the Habanero just did not have much flavor and any hint of mango was simply non-existent. When it came to the Teriyaki, trash. It was soy sauce, salt and sugar, lots of sugar, it was way too sweet, just nasty. I was not happy with either of the flavoring. I had a side of blue cheese; it was just a run of mill and tasteless. The food looked and tasted like they opened a bag of frozen chicken tenders, poured some cheap sugar and salt laden sauce on them, heated and served. To top it off the fact that this place was not cheap just added to the disappointment that I felt. The whole experience was unpleasant. read more

Uh where do I begin, as soon as I walked in I was kindly confronted by the wing stop employees. As I looked around the room the urban atmosphere reminded me of my own personal hero Rick Ross. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and was kindly surprised with the size of the wings for the price. I was slightly disappointed that my water wasn't chilled at a cool 46 degrees. But overall I would definitely recommend checking it out!!! read more

Wings were good. Customer service was not. I'm not sure of the Lady's name, but she had red hair and she seemed very irritable. Could've just been a bad day at work ‍ read more

What I ordered: 20 piece wings ( garlic parmesan and smoke 9) and large fry. It was an online order and was ready when I got there. I was contemplating getting a side of cheese to dip my fries in so I asked about the small side of cheese. The guy proceeds to attempt to show me the size using his hands instead of just showing me a small cup so I say screw it "never mind". I get the food home and my wife opened it up and was like "WTH". All 20 wings were in the container that's half the size of the normal styrofoam take out box. Why did all 20 fit you ask. The wings looked like they were from anorexic chickens. I haven't seen wings this small in 20 years (5 cent wing night in Canada). I got them extra crispy which was a mistake. The Smoke 9 were actually good but the garlic parmesan was lacking robust flavor. Thank goodness I ordered fries. The large is a good portion and they are good but they were a little limp. There was definitely more fries than chicken on the bones and by weight. I would not recommend going here. Go to Publix and get 20 wings for $10 that are twice the size along with a sauce that you like to save money. I'm. really disappointed with my experience and to top it all off the I couldn't do the survey because there is no check number on the receipt for the site and the phone number didn't work. I hope this review will be looked at as constructive and not negative. read more

Stopped in for lunch they had a special 20 wings for $10 which wasn't bad. We ordered classic with several different flavors. The wait was rather long for 40 wings, they gave us all boneless when we asked for classic. The hot tasted more like vinegar and the wings were soggy. Fries were good. read more

I haven't had a bad experience here yet! The wings are terrific. They have every option in the app now, love that I can get them well done and get any sauce I need or desire, plus all drums or flats. First time at wing stop at Hallandale beach, menu was confusing I don't know if it only happened to me or other people but anyway I managed to order. Paid $26 dollars for two orders was not worth it at all, first I waited 31 minutes, second my order of tenders were cold, third they were soooo salty and saggy. I had ordered the Cajun and also the teriyaki flavor terrible terrible, I only tasted salt, the fries were salty, my husbands Lemond pepper wings where salty too I also order potato salad and it was potatoes with mayo that's it, they only thing I could enjoy eating was the bread "baked rolls". They don't even bother to tell you how much was the waiting. I had left Hollywood beach Margarita Ville restaurant Longshark for a 40 min wait where they really do some awesome wings since my husband and I were so hungry we left and we regretted after, and we threw away the rest of the food we couldn't swallow after so much salt. Anyways since it was the first time I'm willing to give it another chance at another location. The staff was okay and the location and bathroom was clean people don't really walk in, they call and order ahead as I saw all orders been picked up before even mine came out. read more
