This was the First time I've eaten from a wingstop. I didn't eat in the Restaurant. I ordered through DoorDash. I really enjoyed the food. It was reasonable and fresh and very tasty. They gave good portions. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. Then again I didn't eat in the Restaurant. Mine was delivery. read more

Horrible service!! Rude employees!! The chicken was frozen and not ready for them to cook. This is the wingstop on Hallandale Beach Blvd. Never ever come to this store. read more

They complete your order on the app but your food won't be ready for another 40 minutes. No ranch in order. Bad attitudes.

Cashier was extremely disrespectful n rude honestly was the worst customer service I ever seen

There's a new employee in the store named Jasmine. Extremely nice and helpful. Will be coming back for sure. She help me pick a new flavor and it was delicious and I've never seen the store so clean. read more

I freaking hate this place I just spent $30 in this place and they have the never to sell me raw fries and under cooked chicken I asked for extra well done and they still manage to undercook everything. And the most simple things they forget how I end up with all this chicken and no blue cheese or ranch plus I paid for a drink that never showed up with my delivery. Im starting to believe the ppl that work there didn't graduate even from elementary school because they cant even read or execute on a job they were hired for.... read more

If I could a give you guys a 0. Worst customer service ever they take more than 1 hour to give you your online order plus they give you the worst attitude ever and literally scream at you. They should close this location or change THE WHOLE STAFF horrible experience read more

Best wings in town hands down. No one does it like Wing Stop. I'm so glad there are more popping up in South Florida. Flavors are wonderful. Though, I wish they had honey mustard tossed wings: my favorite go-to for wings. read more

Every time I come here the employees are ok But the tall white guy I think he is a manager Is always rude like he tries to belittle you when he speaks... I don't think I will be back read more

The wings are prepared well. Crispy, not soggy or wet. Bone-in is the way to go for purists. I find the boneless wings to be a little too bready. Where Wing Stop falls short is their sauce selection. That probably seems odd since their menu includes 12 flavors: Atomic Original Hot Mild Mango Habanero Cajun Louisiana Rub Teriyaki Spicy Korean (basically spicy Teriyaki) Hickory Smoked BBQ Lemon Pepper Garlic Parmesan Hawaiian The first 3 are basically a variation of heat, not flavor. Same with Teriyaki and Spicy Korean, but I concede that I haven't tried the two side by side. Compare Wingstops menu to B-Dubs. You'll see what I'm talking about. Where's Honey Mustard? Where's Gold Rush? Be creative. This location is kind of small, so I understand space issues may play a factor here. But still. Use core flavors and add cayenne pepper for heat based on customer request. Boom--problem solved. The heat index used to describe the flavors must be for children. I have had the atomic and they are quite hot but everything else lacks excitement or bite. Nothing here is all that spicy. The fries we were served today were undercooked. Oddly, this location doesn't appear to have trashcans. Leave your mess for someone else to pick up, I guess. All in all, not a bad experience but there's plenty of room for improvement here. read more

Ordered 80 dollars worth of food and got only one combo out of the 30 wings, fries etc. left and came back. Was very polite since people make mistakes. We brought back all the food that was given first, cashier Didn't look over just said "okay". Then overheard the cooks and the cashier bickering about already making and sending all our food out. Overall our food was messed up over and over again. They never compensated anything for our drive back and forth, no apologies, just a "here you go". read more

There's a reason this place has such awful reviews. Don't expect your order to be timely. In fact, expect your order to be 30+ minutes late. Try McDonald's down the street. Even if you're eating cardboard, at least it will be on time, right? read more

the worst damn wingstop with the laziest nastiest workers they don't even cook the chicken fully they give u a box full of grease no seasoning just disgusting they need to close this place down all they hire is lids that don't give a damn they don't even answer the phone read more

This was my first time here and omg was it so good. I do not know what the seasoning is on the fries but omg the chicken was amazing we got mild hot wings, Hawaiin, and BBQ all boneless and cooked to perfection I will definitely be going back to them worth every single dollar amazing job thank you for a great experience read more

This place does not deserve any stars. Unfortunately I had to give it one star in order for this review to post. It's not just the horrible food but the horrible level of service. I will NEVER come back here. It is apparent from the comments and lack of follow up to all the comments by whomever is in charge that no one cares even at the top. Protect your health and stay away from this place. Don't bother to complain because not even the GM will respond. I was in the store for about 20 min with a complaint waiting for a manager along with others who had complaints and the GM who was in the back was seen walking out the back by another customer. Why is this place open. DIRTY DINING needs to play this place a visit. read more

food and wait time was horrible. the wing where fried hard as hell and this happened to me twice . I had to wait for my food for 30min and it was a 6 piece wing with a drink . I will not be going there anymore. read more

This location should just be called "Stop" and not "Wingstop" . Whatever time your order is estimated to be done, just triple it and then you'll only have to wait 30 more minutes when you enter this wild place. Do Wingstop owners even know this place is open? Yo if Rick Ross owns this one he gon need to get out the swimming pool and get this place together. Terrible, even the chickens are sad here. Is there a half star rating ? read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would! I don't usually write reviews but I have time today and I'm over paying for the same order and getting the same results or worse! I'm not sure what is going on at this establishment but they need to retrain all of the employees in customer service and food handling because the actions of these employees is horrible! And that's an understatement. Each time we order I specifically ask them not to burn or over the fries and wings...98% of the time it's over cooked and each time u order I tell myself they would actually listen...however last night I over it! The food was inedible! All$45 worth. We drove all the way back to get new fries and they were still over cooked and the manager was beyond rude! You applied to work at Wingstop not me ma'am. Avoid this location! It's worth it to try another location or wing place. read more

Horrible!!!!!!! Incredibly slow ! Had to wait 45 min to get 10 wing order. Not coming back!

I ordered from here asked for all flats, looks like there's more drums than flats. I asked for them to be wet and they're just regular. The fries were ordered with extra seasoning and they have normal amount PLUS the "large fry" looks like a regular put into a large container. I worked at a Wingstop for a year so I know how to order what I like and the girl on the phone after I ordered just said my total and hung up before I even had a chance to have her repeat it. Lord help this location because I LOVE Wingstop and this is just the worst order I've ever had with them. read more

Placed an order on their app and to my surprise they took my money but never showed up for delivery. Dont use the app.

Not the best. Chinese wings are better

Had a coupon for 5 boneless wings so I gave it a try. Order and pickup at the counter. You may order on line. Table area clean and roomy. No trash cans. They clean the tables. After the counter man explained the different flavors, I ordered the 5 free boneless with Louisiana Rub. A little kick. They were heavy on the batter but OK. 6 regular wings with Smoke 9 flavor (only OK) with soggy French fries, blue cheese dip and a 20 oz drink $8.99.. A little pricey but made to order so expect to wait a while. May go back some day. read more

We ordered food through the wing stop app the food was never delivered. After calling the manager (Ashante) at the Hallandale location she put us on hold for 20 minutes then said door dash left the order at the wrong address. We called DoorDash they said call wing stop. We called WS back and she was very rude and said I'm not refunding your order and hung the phone up on me. I called back and was hung up on again. This girl should be immediately fired she is not of manager quality and should not be working in a company of this magnitude. Shame on Wing Stop I will never order from them again!!! read more

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the time instructed for pickup I paid and was given 2 drink cups. After waiting another 10 mins I asked them to check on my order when the girl at the front realized it was done and I had been sitting there for a while. I checked on the food and first thing I realized were the fries were cold and already had oil soaked in them. I told them I would take the food if they can just exchange my fries with fresh fries because I told the cashier I would wait. The lady from the back then comes. Takes my fries and then brings them to the back. After realizing she made the other orders and diddnt have extra fries she looks me in the eyes and dumps the same basket of fries back in the oil for 8 seconds and then acts like she is seasoning a fresh batch of fries. I tell her that I just saw them do that and instead of just swapping them out with new fries she says "we don't do that at this wingstop" she also said the GEneral Manager of that location named George also instructed them to redrop the fries in used oil when someone complains..... I was speechless and that employees name is Ashanti. read more

Absolutely worst pick up order I've ever had. The cashier was very rude and now I see where she gets it. Her mother and three siblings were in the dining area hanging out. I asked if the bag that the cook had sat down was my to-go, and her mother rudely chimed in "she'll call you when it's ready!". I noticed the cook was calling names out loud, but hadn't when she set the bag down, so after a couple of minutes I thought I'd ask. My reponse to the cashier who was just staring at me was: it's already past the pickup time, so I thought it was mine. Finally after waiting 10 minutes, as I was leaving with the food her mother yelled out to me "you need to have patience hoe!". As if that wasn't bad enough, I also want to mention that while the cooks were preparing the food, neither had a hair net on and the store was a mess. I can see why they always send me these orders from far away. No one wants to take them. I know I won't be taking anymore from Wingstop on Hallandale. read more

I'm writing this review before receiving my food. I ordered my food in person at 12:45pm and it's not 1:45pm and I have not received my food. Horrible service. Only come here if you have ALOT OF TIME AND PATIENCE read more

Great location, lots of parking. Lines can get really long (even if you are just picking up)! Fries are almost never cooked all the way through. It's like eating hardened potatoes. Asked them to re-fry plenty of times and its still just as uncooked.... Hm. read more

The worst wingstop ever. I haven't eaten here in a while but I decided to stop there yesterday evening for dinner, I should have kept driving. The lemon pepper wings tasted like regular wing, no lemon or pepper added. The seasoned fries that I ordered were burnt and over cooked. The season fries attested like they were cooked and old grease and no season was added. This place has lost its touch. read more

Awful customer experience and unsafe. I placed my order over the phone and was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. After waiting a full hour, when I arrived I had to wait outside THEN wait in line to pay. My order THEN was put in line to be made with everyone else's orders regardless of whether you called in or walked in. What's the point of calling in or ordering online? After paying, I was told it would be another 15-20 mins. After 20 mins, I was told it would be another 20-25 mins. At that point I just asked for my money back. Several other people were complaining or just left. The manager George showed not a care in the world and even had an attitude about the whole experience. He told the cashier to refund my money and then said this happens every Super Bowl Sunday. Here's my gripe...read the other reviews...it is not just that Sunday where delays and customer service was bad. Also why not staff up more for this busy day? Why allow phone orders if it doesn't do anything for the customer? Why continue to take phone order while customers are waiting and you're grossly backed up? George and another worker stayed on the phones the whole time we were there taking more orders and just compounding the problem. And through all of this the manager has an attitude and the workers were either distraught or showed not a care in the world. Last it was unsafe. When I arrived, I was told I had to wait outside as only 10 people were allowed inside. Makes sense. BUT when I was allowed in, I was the 16th person. By the time I left without my food, there were 27 people inside. Many grouped together waiting for their orders with masks pulled below their nose and mouth talking and complaining. In a pandemic, this place was creating its own super spreader. Get your wings elsewhere. Awful customer experience and unsafe. read more

I ordered to go the garlic Parmesan and barbecue flavored wings and that came with fries and carrots. The wings are already small, but the and they fry them way to hard. They actually tasted like leftover wings. This was my first time and my last time at wingstop. The wait was long and the wings were not fresh. read more

Wings were pretty good a tad bit over cooked but not dried out. The fries were undercooked and soggy. The restaurant was clean and my food was ready in a reasonable time so I will be back. read more

I have been craving wings for a while so I thought I would try Wing Stop. I took 15 standard wings with two sauces, Teriyaki and Original Hot. The wings were large, properly cooked and moist through. Really a pretty good wing. My lower rating is due to the sauces. The teriyaki was tasty enough, although it was a little thin and did not really stick to the wing well. And the Original Hot was disappointing. It was a dry sauce, and not very hot at all. I was hoping for a Buffalo wing, with a creamy, hot sauce. I know that it is not advertised as Buffalo, but a reviewer could only hope. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. read more

Hey, the hubby has a hankering for wings sometimes, and trying to be the obliging wife, I am coerced sometimes. Don't judge. I like that Wingstop puts a lot of sauce on their wings. The flavors aren't amazing. They are okay. Even their hottest wings are not that hot. It's an easy, low key process to order without servers. It's usually pretty quiet in here. It is just a really long wait for the food. We will be back regardless. ;) read more

Terrible customer service, the soda machine had no Ice( we weren't warned, otherwise we wouldn't of ordered soda ), fountain drinks were flat and warm...the side sauces are extra...once again the cashier didn't tell us... Gave us the wings then waited for us to ask for sauce then explain that it was extra... Who eats wings w no dipping sauce ?? My boyfriend is a wing lover and he said that they didn't taste fresh at all...over cooked.. We were so excited to come here and guarantee you we will NOT be coming back. Worst experience ever. read more

Wrong everything. No remedy. If you mix up your blue cheese and ranch you deserve to be shut down.

The good is awesome. It's my third time back but the service is very bad. Had to wait 35 min for wings and fries. I think the girl was on her lunch break which is understandable but when I had to come and ask she said they were bagging up but I saw her talking to the kitchen about my order at that very moment so it's clear someone forgot my order. It's shame cause they're prob the best wings and fries in south Florida. The previous 2 times was pretty much the same story. read more

I'm waiting 30 minutes and counting for a meal of 10 wings with fries. Honestly not worth the wait
