Completely understand the problems with staffing these days. However, ordered in advance, only one table with people there and about 8 to 10 workers. One couple in front of me, the woman absolutely could not make her mind and keep changing her order. Part of the reason for that was the cashier kept suggesting different things and then telling her they were not available. I've been to Wing Stops before, here and in Las Cruces NM, and I always come out of there with the same feeling--somehow, there was a disappointment, but I can't seem to put my finger on it. The sauces are pretty good. I tried the mango chipotle today, and it was great--spicy/sweet the way I like it. The Hawaiian was my other selection, and that delivered on the tanginess. But why did I leave there feeling somewhat let down? Here are a few possibilities: 1) OK, first off, their dining room sucks. It's like they're trying to encourage you to get their wings to go. The main dining area is a narrow hallway with a bunch of two-tops thrown in as almost an afterthought. Not much to look at aesthetically, except for some of their promo graphics. 2) The boneless wings themselves are small. I really didn't feel like I got my nine bucks' worth. Mickey D's Chicken McNuggets seem bigger than these. 3) Their fries are truly meh. Soggy, gray, and over-seasoned; they did nothing to enhance the meal. I really want to like this place. I love wings, and love the variety of sauces. But every time I enter, I leave Wing Stop somehow unfulfilled. I'll be back, of course. The BEST wings in the area. Since there has been new management, the quality in experience and product has been excellent. They know Mr. Pickles by face. I order the same things every Saturday around 1pm for football, hockey and UFC. NOW, there are times when the quality is not on point. unfortunately, it falls with the old ASGM's shifts when it's just not quality. We placed a large order (100 wing meal deal and an extra order of fries. There were five large fries in total) for a celebration. When we got home and took the fries out, they were not edible as is, they were severely undercooked and had no seasoning on them. We attempted to reheat/recook the fries since we live 20 minutes from the closest Wingstop and our celebration had already started. Because the fries had to be recooked, we had to warm the wings. I recently moved to Georgetown and it was my first time visiting this establishment at Wingstop #378 1013 W University Ave Ste 112 Georgetown, TX. Order #900040 5:05 PM. I want to formally complain about the black lady with the white hair ( I do not know her name because she was not wearing a name tag) because of the horrible service and unprofessional manners. I was given the wrong order and the food was stone cold. I came back to the restaurant as soon as I realized they gave me a different order. The lady that I mentioned before kept arguing with me even though the mistake was on their part. I requested the correct order and she angrily took my order and threw it in the trash. I think that behavior was not necessary because the only thing I was asking was the order I paid. She kept complaining to her coworkers and none of them did something to mediate the situation. I am disappointed with this place because you always expect first-class customer service, especially from a well-known establishment. I believe the customer deserves at least respect and a decent treatment when consuming at your restaurants. After all, thanks to us ( I refer to all your customers) all your employees have a job. We went here tonight after our other night at Pluckers which was a disaster, I was still craving some wings and figured we could try wingstop.Upon entering we were greeted and the girl at the front counter was nice and helpful, we ordered the 40 piece combo so we can take the extra home, and fries and Cole slaw for our sides, as we were waiting our baby ended up literally getting sick and we asked them to make our order to go, they were very accommodating. When we get home and finally got to eat our wings, They were juicy and not dry like pluckers, our food was hot and we got mild buffalo, lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan and Cajun with fries and coleslaw, everything was great and totally gonna back there! More people should go to wingstop!! The only negative is that this location is small and I had my baby in his stroller because he had been sleeping and we felt super crammed in there, but overall we will definitely go back! After several disappointing visits, I refused to return but then I heard Wingstop had new owners/management so we decided to try again. This wing place is a potential, even though Buffalo Wild Wings is in the same shopping center it's not like they are doing a great job so far. So wing stop has an opportunity to improve and still maintain the local business, this place needs to schedule more people to attend the guests' needs, can't expect that one person in the front does it all or to be left to the manager, they need to staff up for the business. I like the wings and fries. Sometimes is there's a mess and a hit and miss. But one thing for sure: hot and fresh food, and made right that's a 100% accurate but the fact that they are lacking on some of the business needs is affecting the rest of the great things they do. read more

I've been trying for 5 years to like this particular Wingstop because I love the food and it's the most convenient for us since we don't live in Georgetown. But NEVER in all of these years has this place gotten it right. It's always 1 of 3 things. They forget something, I'm over charged or I place an order and when I arrive they've just started cooking. Today was the finale for me though! I ordered food at 4:35, the website says they'll be done at 4:55. My husband calls because he's standing there waiting at 5:15 and the food is still cooking. I ordered in instead of cooking because my husband's truck broke down at 4:30 this morning and he had to borrow my car unexpectedly, this is grocery day. Look, I am aware that wings are probably the single most in-demand food on Superbowl Sunday. I am also aware that I ordered 75 of them. My issue is that I called in my order on Friday afternoon for pickup at 4:15 pm on Sunday, and it should have been ready in a reasonable amount of time. Despite the obvious triple the norm number of crew members working, they took 35 minutes to get the order ready, causing me to miss the beginning of the game. Sorry to see so many negative reviews. I have been ordering here for 2 yrs via call in or online for pick up and usually get good service and fresh hot tasty wings. Tonight was a wee bit different only because I ordered online at 1735 and the 18 mins passed up to 1811hrs. But it was atvthe surge of dinner hours. i was patient and the poor guy behind counter was getting slammed with walk-ins phone calls and pick ups. I got my order and it was piping hot, very fresh and very good. It was correct and he made sure my order was correct by looking thru bags on his own. The fries are good but not great. The ranch us the best almost as good as Mr Gattis' . But overall I am satisfied. I recommend this Wing Stop. O and they have IBC Root Beer too. And beer beer if you eat in. Good stuff. read more
