Everyone has an off day now and then, but overall they're nice. I have one very serious bone to pick and everyone please take note: when you arrive to pick up your (on-line, phone-in, delivery) order, they will far more often than not low ball your wait time. I have been told "oh it'll be less than 3 minutes." 25 minutes later I'm finally leaving with my order. Customers are consistently told "5 minutes or less" or "they're bagging it up now" only to be made to wait 15-20 or more minutes before their order is finally brought out. It's time to get realistic and just be honest. I'd much rather be told "we're busy/short staffed (whatever) and it'll be another 20 minutes" and be leaving with my order in 15 minutes rather than the lie of "less than 5 minutes" and leaving 20 minutes later. The chicken is okay. I keep trying to like it. Maybe the sauces just aren't for me.

They are happy to sell you the cheaper meats at a premium but if you want brisket you have to pay even more. If we wouldn't have already ordered onion rings we would have left. Son ordered a burger and I ordered fries. Ate almost all onion rings and one was raw and still had powder on the inside. Fries were good, son's burger was good, but we can get burgers anywhere. I did bring the onion ring issue to the waitresses attention just so she could let the kitchen know. When she brought the bill, they had taken the onion rings off. But all the other employees that were around looked to be about the same age as the cashier and they just stood there with zero effort to deescalate the situation. I thought that was odd as I had put an online order in and had an estimated wait time of 5-10 minutes until my food was ready. Which was a correct estimate. On top of witnessing that distrubing interaction, my "large" fries were medium sized fries (mind you this was a meal deal to feed 2 people) AND they were cold. Overall terrible experience but felt like I should post this more to address the staffing lacking common respect for customers.
