These were crispy, sticky, and sweet with a little bit of heat. A hell of a mess to eat, but damn tasty. Five to an order, I could've had a few more. The dipping sauce was okay, would've preferred ranch personally. Owner/chef was super nice and working hard for the line of people. Not easy going it alone when you're the only food option for lunch. He brought his crew (his adult daughter) to assist. She was delightful:-) 5/5 stars for sure!
