Really fresh and hot chicken. Great service and value…read more I did not expect a Korean restaurant based on the exterior. I was in the mood for fried chicken and got popcorn chicken and fries. Everything was hot and fresh. Fries were not overcooked and not factory made, reconstituted potatoes. Solid. Chicken piping hot, decent breading (although they did not seem double breaded as suggested by waitress), and the sweet and spicy sauce I selected was very good. $10.38 before tip, including a fountain drink, was a real bargain. Server Hannah Sung was amazing. Attentive and helpful explaining menu and Korean food to me. Nice work Hannah! I'll be back. Recommended.

I'm Korean and am familiar with many Korean fried chicken restaurants in LA and now in Dallas (I need to update my reviews), but seriously, it was so bad that we even debated taking the half we didn't eat to our home. In fact, we were sh#t talking the poor left over chicken as it sat in the floor of our passenger seat area. We ordered the soy garlic and the parmesan chicken. The parmesan (the lighter one) tasted sour. Yes, sour. WTH. Oh the moo (white radish's broth was so watered down. It's supposed to have a more sweeter than vinegary taste to it, but it was so weak it tasted more like water than anything else. The truffle fries though were really good though. Our waitress, a young African American lady, provided us good service. But the chicken---whoa. We will not return.

We had Buffalo, Spicy Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Garlic Parm, and the 911 Sauce -- honestly, not a bad flavor in the bunch. Their signature Bama seasoning was also really good! What really stood out was seeing the owner in the back working right alongside everyone. That's the kind of place I want to support -- real people and a local business, not another chain. We laughed, joked around, and had some seriously great wings. The atmosphere was great too! They had a live DJ, a full bar, and just an overall fun, laid-back vibe. It's a place you can actually hang out, have a drink, eat some good food, and enjoy yourself. My only recommendation would be to offer whole wings, but that definitely won't stop us from coming back. We've searched all over Plano for a good wing spot, and nothing we've tried comes close. We'll absolutely be back!

Wing Snob is a great spot for anyone craving flavorful wings with a wide variety of sauce options…read more The wings are consistently crispy and well-cooked, and what really stands out is the selection of flavors--from classic buffalo and lemon pepper to sweeter or spicier specialty sauces. There's something for every preference, whether you like traditional heat or more creative flavor profiles. The portions are solid for the price, and the fries and sides are a great complement to the wings. Service is generally quick, making it a convenient option for takeout or a casual meal. The setup is more fast-casual than dine-in focused, but it works well if you're grabbing food on the go or watching a game at home. Overall, Wing Snob is a reliable choice when you want wings done right with lots of flavor variety and quick service.

I'm not sure how that happens when ordering a combo (I paid $9.31 and the combo was $9.99), but I didn't want to make a fuss since I knew it wasn't the $10.81 with tax (I thought she gave me a student discount or something) and was open to paying whatever difference. I DID chuckle though, thinking, 'they really want this $1.00 and some change,' but I charged it to economy-- and hard times. However, I was told the fries would be an additional $2.59, which is full price. Huh? I attempted to gain understanding, which I'm sure the pressure for the additional money was coming from the man cooking vs. the lady as the messenger, but didn't understand and wasn't paying full price. Fast forward to receiving food, I was told they allowed a 1/2 order of fries since I didn't purchase them. I was done. Chyle... food was terrible. Honey mustard wings were overcooked, tasteless and drowned in sauce. My "free" 1/2 order of fries were cooked too hard for the size. No one in our party was impressed and we felt the food was extremely bland (mind you we ordered a bit of everything). Upon leaving we went straight to Jersey Mike's. This used to be a place we'd frequent if in the area, but it's gone further downhill. It's sad because we love family owned restaurants--but we will not return.

Because the weather was cooperative, the windows of the enclosed patio and the bar were opened. Diners were able to sit at the bar in the patio area. The bar was initially staffed by a single bartender. Not only did she introduce herself, she also asked for my name. As I needed a menu, she asked the host for a stack for myself and other diners. A second employee, not as friendly, arrived sometime later to assist setting up the bar. There were some minor inconveniences arriving this early. Because I was the first to require a refill, the bartender had to get a coffee pot from the kitchen. Afterwards, she kept the pot at the bar. I decided on the Breakfast Egg Rolls. Not sure how something tagged "new" can be a house specialty. The breakfast jam lacked flavor. The egg rolls were saved due to the taste of the fried wontons. Of the two sauces, the maple syrup was better than the spicy hollandaise. The hollandaise lacked both heat and spiciness. When I was served coffee, I was not provided either cream nor sweeteners. As I did not notice any nearby, rather than wait to have the her return to the kitchen, I decided to give it a sip. Surprisingly, the coffee tasted great.
