On Thursday I called in a phone order and when I picked up the food it was missing the fries and the ranch I was very disappointed my order was almost $37 dollars and I did not get a good service please coach all your associates to review and double check all order it's unfair that you get home and quality service was not provided read more

Wingstop used to be good. Now they just mess up your order EVERYTIME, take foreeeevverr, and give you unedible chicken with feathers and soggy fries. Do not recommend. read more

Wingstop - where the wings should steal the show, but the execution falls a little flat. Takeout was the plan, and it's probably for the best, as the restaurant itself wasn't exactly gleaming. The place felt a bit grimy, and to top it off, the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine had given up the ghost, with half the flavors unavailable. Our order wasn't ready on time either, which only added to the lackluster service - not rude, just indifferent, as though enthusiasm had clocked out for the day. When the wings finally did appear, the bone-in variety delivered some redemption. Extra crispy, as requested, they had a decent bite, and the sauces packed the punch we've come to expect, though a few veered into the territory of 'spicy for the sake of it.' In short, the wings? Solid. The service? Far from it. read more

On time. Promptly greeted! Treated with urgency and respect. These things go a long way to making me feel like a valued customer. I appreciate WingStop, especially the WS on Sunland and its employees. WingStop Sunland Park, keep up the GREAT work!! read more

They didn't even have drinks in their fountin an no if either the manager didn't know how to give me a refund and had to have one of the employees do it for him/her. The food was out very late and was a bit cold. The environment was cold and they where not prepared neither organized. read more

This place is terrible. Giving Wingstop a bad name. They obviously care more about pushing out to go orders. The place was smoked out from cooking and smells of grease. Dined in and waited 45 minutes for my 8 tender meal which was forgotten about on the food warmer and was served cold. This is the place to go if you like getting soggy Wingstop fries. read more

The food and service was amazing & the manager is great ! wing stop is better with the new crew

Very nice staff, fast and efficient. Very pricy. Good sauces. Very good Ranch. Location and parking tight

I usually get the wings the same way, never had to complained , but this time I have to, bc it's more than one issue, for that price I expected better, I emphasize about extra sauce on the wings, they were dry and white I don't know why, the vegetables where soggy thats about the food, they were more concerned about the schedule, two customers walked out, and the guy preparing the wings was scratching his face with serving gloves on Very disappointed read more

I hate leaving low reviews especially to a place I love like WingStop and the only reason it was a 2 instead of a 1 is because they redid our fries. To explain the 2 (that really should have been a 1) let me explain what happened: Last night (August 27): We ordered using the wingstop app. We ordered a 75 piece family pack to be delivered for dinner. Keep in mind, this order is over $100. We chose the option to have it be delivered. We were told it would be a hour and so a hour goes by and our food is delivered and left on our door step. We realized something was wrong as we were given one bag and it was light. We check the bag and see that receipt was for somebody else's order and immediately call wingstop since we could no longer get a hold of the driver. They do not want to have another driver bring it to us even though it was their mistake so even though I was not having a good day (due to my cancer/that's the reason we chose delivery) we had to drive down to pick it up. When we arrive, it seemed like they had screwed up everyone's order as people were coming back in asking where their order is. We were so frustrated with it, we asked them to redo the fries since our order had been sitting there for so long and they did (only reason they got a 2 even though it's the least they could have done anyways). Also want to note, the chef seemed very upset because whoever was working the cashier was letting the line pile up while she stood in the back watching him cook and he even made a comment to her, "are you going to work or not?" Felt really bad for him, as she seemed difficult to work with due to her not helping. Went home...food was good as usual but just annoyed at the situation and how the employees there handled it. I want to clarify that I believe this was not just WingStops fault but it was also Door Dash's fault. 1) WingStop is at fault for giving the driver the wrong food 2) Door Dash driver Isaac M. was at fault for not double checking the order name as a delivery driver should do if picking up food read more

The worst experience with this Wingstop. I order at 4:20 pm when I got to the store my order wasn't ready and it was already 5:10 pm. Had to wait for my order and to top it off when I got home my order was wrong. read more

I had a customer server issue at this location, my order was not complete, but I was able to speak with the owner of this location and he was able to resolve my issue. This location does make very good wings and after many times coming here, it was the first time I encountered an incomplete order. I'm sure the owner will check on his customer service quality at this location. Thank you Tim for assisting me with my concerns. You do have a good location and the food is great! Just a little customer server training and this location will be one of the best! Have a great day and enjoy the food at this location! It's always good :) read more

Oh my goodness! We are visitors to El Paso because an uncle had an automobile accident and is in the hospital. Not only was the food excellent but the staff here are quite special! Elizabeth was so sweet and just a very lovely person. After I told her why we were in El Paso she gave us a brownie for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant. I'm a Big Wing Stop fan and in all our travels this Wing Stop is the Best!!! Thank you Elizabeth for your hospitality and kindness- I wish you the Best! read more

Horrible horrible customer service. If you order and get it delivered and are missing an item, "Jay" will pretty much accuse you of having that item and hang up on you without resolving the issue. And he will tell you to that you aren't listening. I will never order anything from this location or wingstop for that matter. They need to work on customer service! read more

Back at it again, and Wingstop sure didn't disappoint. When we walked in we were a bit skeptical because the guys that are normally cooking the wings weren't here, but the wings were still as amazing as the last time. I don't know what it is about the team working at this location but they were blessed with a gift for making wings. I sound like I'm overexaggerating but these wings are soooo delicious. We always make sure we praise the cooks for their great work, and these reviews are a way for me to let people know that when they visit this location quality is assured. I highly recommend visiting this location if you live on the west side or are ever on this side of town. read more

Took 40 minutes after saying the food would be ready in 5. Their was only 2 customers their. Horrible.

The worst experience with this Wingstop. We placed an order for pick up for a business and got only HALF our order. When we called to see if they would give us our other half JAY a supposed manager rudely said nothing I can do. We asked to speak to someone above him and that's when he decided to help. He then after helping hangs up without letting us talk or finish what we were saying. I called back to ask for corporates number. ERIC another "manager" gives me a DISCONNECTED phone number. When I call back to ask for the correct one he says that's the one we have. You can go online and get it and hangs up. I had to call the mesa location and the manager Daniela was amazing. Although it wasn't her store she took initiative to help me out. DEFINITELY LETTING BUSINESSES AND PEOPLE I KNOW that the Wingstop on Sunland is not the place read more

service was okay very rushed and we had to wait around a 1 hour wait without them letting us know, when the food came out the fries where soggy and looked undercooked and looked old, and to our suprise one set of fries was lemon pepper and the other was unseasoned and both where cold. the wings had the breading all fallen off like they recooked wings from a couple hours after them sitting aside. I've never experienced a bad wing stop before to this exten, even the ranch tasted old and off brand hidden valley ranch. read more

Not one of their better efforts the fries were dry and it seems like they warmed up old fries. The fries were dryed out crunchy because they were old. Looking elsewhere next time . Too many local places to get way better food. I'll have to throwaway the whole batch of fries and the wings! The wings werent any better. I needed water to wash em down. Never again - buyer beware read more

If I could give negative stars I would this place is a joke with the most disrespectful manager and customer service I have ever seen. They took an online order from my son then refused to deliver it and when speaking to the manager I was rudely hung up on and had to call back again to ensure my son would get his refund and of course the refund that took seconds to charge would take 7 days to refund!! What kind of management hangs up on a paying customer I have never been so disgusted and disrespected in my whole life!! Wingstop as a whole should be ashamed of this location and it's management!!!! read more

I ordered delivery from here via their website. The bf was really craving wings! The food got to us pretty fast. I'd say it got to us in 15 to 20 minutes. The reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because some items were missing. It wasn't too big of a deal for me so I didn't call them to let them know. They forgot an order of fries and veggies. The wings and order of fries that got to us tasted good. The food was fresh and warm. I had mild and lemon pepper wings. I preferred the lemon pepper. The other wings had a lot of fat on them. I also ordered mini corn on the cobs. It was tasty and a little bit spicy. I liked the butter and spices they used on them. It's not that cheap to order delivery from here. I spent about $35 with the delivery fee and tip. I figured it cost as much as going out to eat. One meal came with a drink and I ordered iced tea. Would I order from them again? Yeah I think so. Overall a pretty good transaction. read more

The wings were decent but the cheese fries were disappointing. The cheese had no flavor and the fries themselves were rubbery and barely had any seasoning. I wound up having to throw away both orders of cheese fries. They claim their fries are "Famous Hand Cut". Famous for what?? Tasting like crap? I'll pass. As for the wings, the Original Hot and BBQ were good. The Lemon- pepper wasn't too bad, but the Louisiana Rub was not very good. The chicken itself tasted over-cooked. I'm not sure who their supplier is for their dips or if they water them down themselves to add more stock but the Blue Cheese was runny and had barely any flavor. I'm quite disappointed in Wingstop. Especially considering how expensive the meals were for the quality of food. read more

I put in an order for pick up and pay online. Unfortunately for me I didn't check the order I get home and realize they didn't give me my cheese fries. I called them and ask them for a credit so I don't have to go back to the store and I can enjoy my meal with what I got. They won't give me the credit. They say they'll give me a free order next time I come in. So let me understand this I'm gonna pay you now and then the next time you come in you're going to take that off the ticket. Unbelievable read more

I ordered online tonight and then got there and the order was wrong. I complained but got attitude but they corrected it. I asked for extra ketchup and I was given practically none. I asked again but got attitude yet again. I get home with my order and discovered they gave me hard fries that were obviously old! The hot wings were mild, not what I ordered. This location is a complete joke and I will never go back. A complete waste of money! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with this Wingstop. I did an online order and got seasoned fries, but got UNseasoned fries instead. It shouldn't be that difficult to get a print order right! Also the wings are extremely mediocre. I got the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper, which lacked flavor. The chicken also tasted very overcooked. Not coming back again. read more

I stopped in to pick up an order and they hadn't even started it yet. In fact 50% of the customers were still waiting for their food. This WingStop is designed where you can see straight into the kitchen. I watched 6 employees stand around and talk to each other. (Just because you are wearing gloves does not make it okay to touch a bunch of stuff and then touch my wings.) I don't think anyone is in charge at this location. They should all go train at the other WingStop near Artcraft. read more
