The place felt a bit grimy, and to top it off, the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine had given up the ghost, with half the flavors unavailable. Our order wasn't ready on time either, which only added to the lackluster service - not rude, just indifferent, as though enthusiasm had clocked out for the day. I hate leaving low reviews especially to a place I love like WingStop and the only reason it was a 2 instead of a 1 is because they redid our fries. To explain the 2 (that really should have been a 1) let me explain what happened: Last night (August 27): We ordered using the wingstop app. We ordered a 75 piece family pack to be delivered for dinner. Keep in mind, this order is over $100. We chose the option to have it be delivered. We were told it would be a hour and so a hour goes by and our food is delivered and left on our door step. We realized something was wrong as we were given one bag and it was light. We check the bag and see that receipt was for somebody else's order and immediately call wingstop since we could no longer get a hold of the driver. They do not want to have another driver bring it to us even though it was their mistake so even though I was not having a good day (due to my cancer/that's the reason we chose delivery) we had to drive down to pick it up. When we arrive, it seemed like they had screwed up everyone's order as people were coming back in asking where their order is. We were so frustrated with it, we asked them to redo the fries since our order had been sitting there for so long and they did (only reason they got a 2 even though it's the least they could have done anyways). Also want to note, the chef seemed very upset because whoever was working the cashier was letting the line pile up while she stood in the back watching him cook and he even made a comment to her, "are you going to work or not?" Felt really bad for him, as she seemed difficult to work with due to her not helping. Went home...food was good as usual but just annoyed at the situation and how the employees there handled it. I had a customer server issue at this location, my order was not complete, but I was able to speak with the owner of this location and he was able to resolve my issue. This location does make very good wings and after many times coming here, it was the first time I encountered an incomplete order. Oh my goodness! We are visitors to El Paso because an uncle had an automobile accident and is in the hospital. Not only was the food excellent but the staff here are quite special! Elizabeth was so sweet and just a very lovely person. After I told her why we were in El Paso she gave us a brownie for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant. Back at it again, and Wingstop sure didn't disappoint. When we walked in we were a bit skeptical because the guys that are normally cooking the wings weren't here, but the wings were still as amazing as the last time. I don't know what it is about the team working at this location but they were blessed with a gift for making wings. I sound like I'm overexaggerating but these wings are soooo delicious. We always make sure we praise the cooks for their great work, and these reviews are a way for me to let people know that when they visit this location quality is assured. When we called to see if they would give us our other half JAY a supposed manager rudely said nothing I can do. We asked to speak to someone above him and that's when he decided to help. I ordered delivery from here via their website. The bf was really craving wings! The food got to us pretty fast. I'd say it got to us in 15 to 20 minutes. The reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because some items were missing. It wasn't too big of a deal for me so I didn't call them to let them know. They forgot an order of fries and veggies. The wings and order of fries that got to us tasted good. The food was fresh and warm. I had mild and lemon pepper wings. I preferred the lemon pepper. The other wings had a lot of fat on them. I also ordered mini corn on the cobs. It was tasty and a little bit spicy. I liked the butter and spices they used on them. It's not that cheap to order delivery from here. I spent about $35 with the delivery fee and tip. I figured it cost as much as going out to eat. One meal came with a drink and I ordered iced tea. I called them and ask them for a credit so I don't have to go back to the store and I can enjoy my meal with what I got. They won't give me the credit. This WingStop is designed where you can see straight into the kitchen. I watched 6 employees stand around and talk to each other.
