I order the 20 boneless wings with fries for $18.99. Good deal. Have never had issues with my order. I always order online. Of course I will return.

Now this is how well done fries look like and taste!

I wish this Wingstop was closer to our house. They always make the well done fries the way it's supposed to be done. We usually order from the Pinole location, but the fries always come out soggy. Our order was finished on time and the sales associate was all smiles! The place was clean and orderly as there's no indoor dining here. We got home in 6 minutes as there was no traffic. The wings were hot, flavorful and good! Our go to is spicy Korean and lemon pepper. We may have to start ordering from here and just be patient with the usual traffic.

Gross!! I asked for well done they gave me raw I got sick . The person who answered the phone the next day asked me to bring in the food to them for my money back. Horrible service gross food got to the one in Richmond much better this place is shit!!!

Salt bomb -- all the food that we couldn't finish (we did finish the carrots though)

The wings and fries were so over-salted we had to trash most of it away. We get that fast food isn't known for being shy on the sodium, but this was some next level sh!t -- and that wasn't a compliment. The two of us could barely finish a third of the order of large fries, garlic-parmesan wings, and lemon-pepper wings. Actually we barely had about a quarter of the fries. Luckily, the chicken tenders for our little one was salted at "normal" levels so at least one tummy didn't go all empty and cranky. It was such a shame to waste all that food. And very annoying to practically "trash" money away. Going forward, if it's convenient-chicken time, it's going to be Krispy Krunchy, Popeye's or, heck even KFC, but Wingstop has taken our money for the last time. PS: We did finish the carrot wedges. Thanks a lot!

Louisiana rub haha after my family had their share

My family and I wanted chicken wings and decided to order from Wing stop. This particular location always has wings that is freshly made, their food in general is always fresh and flavorful compared to other locations that we have ordered from. I ordered online and chose delivery. I ordered the atomic wings, which is SUPER spicy but very good. If you think you can handle pepper, you should definitely try these wings.... You might regret it....but in a good way We also had the Louisiana rub which is very good and flavorful. It's not spicy at all, it's just a herb blend but very flavorful. Overall, I would say that everything was a 4/5 stars.

I don't sell these. I just make them

Update is over due. Wingstop as a whole has gone way down hill since the pandemic. Like almost all other "fast food" businesses their quality and service is awful. Food takes forever. Whether you order there or on line it's always cold. The wings are cooked frozen so the bones are cemented together and can't be pulled apart (flats people). Gets drier every time I go. So now, I order some thigh bites. Not sure what's in an order so I get a regular one. After all, cooking a chicken thigh until it's dry is almost impossible. Low and behold I received a large mound of less than 1" pieces of dry mealy chicken breast. Should have known. The once coveted chicken breast is now tenders and boneless wings (uh chickens only have 2 tenders..and chicken wings have bones) as well as boneless thighs. It's bad enough that I can't find whole wings in the store. I even understand why fresh wing parts are the most expensive part of the bird. But just because science has given the chicken a humongous breast that doesn't mean you can trick ne into eating it! Save your money

    4 drums, 0 wings

They should rename to Drumstop. You would think that if you ordered "wings" from Wingstop, you might get at least one in your order. I did not. The boneless "wings" I got were tiny, and poor quality. I got 2 small pieces of what it's supposed to look like, and thankfully they gave me more than just 2 of the tiny crisp things, but still. I got the "crumbs" and am very unhappy about the meal

If i could give this hell hole a zero out of ten i would. i drove 20 mins to pick up these wings and it came with a FEATHER, a full bird feather in our food. god knows how they clean their chicken if they can't even buy chicken properly defeathered. as if this wasn't rancid enough, we called in and they told us to drive back another 20 mins to show them as proof. mind you they did not tell us any information about how to get a full refund besides bring the chicken (the feathered one we are calling about) in. we arrived with the chicken and feather in a box after having thrown away the rest of the chicken, and this rude cashier woman refused to give us a refund insisting she needed the whole order to issue any type of refund. we were NOT told this at all over the phone before driving 20 mins there and they still stood their ground refusing to give us a refund. this cheap, unprofessional distasteful behavior is embarrassing and everyone should take their business elsewhere.

Ordered at this location for the first time online. It said 16-21 minutes after I placed my order that it would be ready for pick up. Sure enough, 20 minutes later I came in and my order was packaged up and ready to go. Pros: -online ordering is accurate -60 cents boneless wings on Mondays -the inside looked nice and clean. Lots of tables were available around 7pm. -free parking available Cons: -n/a

This was supposed to be the meltdown. Clearly a very underwhelming amount of seasoning:(((

It was an ideal place to take a group because 1) it was fast casual 2) everyone can put in their individual orders without the awk who's-going-to-put-their-card-in issue 3) there were 2 restaurants (Chimmelier + Oh G Burger) in 1 so more options! What I got: 8 pc sweet gochujang wings (sauce was called YANG'YUM') and a side of tots with a cup for water **the wings were from Chimmelier and the tots were from Oh G Burger We were able to combine two tables together to fit our group of 5 and the cashier brought our food over in quick succession. The tots were my fav even tho the wings were supposed to be the star of the show. I liked how they gave me PLENTY of disposable gloves because the sauce is v sticky. Gochujang is a savory, sweet Korean chili paste, but I would say it was more sweet than spicy. I enjoyed my meal but maybe would wanna try a dry rub because putting on gloves every time can be a chore. I went for a yelp elite perk once and grabbed their chicken sando which was tasty.

We ended up having to pay the higher price because they said the menu just wasn't reflecting the latest prices. Fine, whatever. We both ordered chicken sandwiches and they were tasty. However, on our second trip back - we once again ordered chicken sandwiches and also shrimp toast as an appetizer. One bite into the shrimp toast and the piece was very COLD...It wasn't fully cooked so we flagged it to them. They were very apologetic and happy to take it back to warm it up. But damn! PSA to diners here to check your food to make sure it's properly cooked here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice...well, I'm not sure I'll come back.

Mugunghwa has their own parking lot, which is nice since parking is not the easiest in this area when it gets busy. The restaurant is a pretty good size compared to the strip mall just north of this location. They could handle a larger group, no problem. We were a party of two and ordered a combo along with some wings. The food: The banchan here is S-Tier. Everything is so flavorful and there is a lot of diversity. I'm including the SSAM as banchan, which includes lettuce, thinly sliced, pickled daikon, thin pieces of raw garlic, pickled jalapeno and onion, and a gochujang based sauce. I really enjoyed the bulgogi with the sides. I wasn't exactly sure how to eat it, but I put a little bit of everything that came with the SSAM along with some rice and bulgogi and it was delicious. We ordered an 8 piece wing that they were able to split half Soy Garlic and half Spicy. It was nice they offer half/half on such a small order. Crunch was good, but not excellent. As part of the combo, we got the Seollongtang, a thinly sliced beef brisket soup and purple rice. The soup was neutral and not super beefy. It looked about right, but maybe it could have used a little more salt. Overall, really impressed with the selection and the complimentary side dishes here! The curry was really flavorful and the Brussels sprouts were good too! Garlic noodles were a little oilier than average but had good flavor. There are a few tables to dine in but not many. FLAVORFUL MEAT OR FLAVORFUL SAUCE…read more I've eaten here twice. The first time I passed by this place as I parked my car at the Telegraph Channing Garage. After a couple of hours roaming around the Berkeley when I headed back to my car I stopped by KoStop to eat for lunch. I ordered the medium fried chicken, but I didn't know what sauce I wanted. I asked one of the co-workers what he would recommend. He suggested sweet and spicy. I decided to order the original as I believe in order to taste how flavorful chicken wings are you need to taste it without any sauce. For the side I got pickled radish. I also decided to get a side order of cheese sticks. The pickled radish balances the oily texture from fried chicken wings and cheese sticks. I liked the breading from the fried chicken. The meat was fully cooked. However the meat tasted bland. The second time I came here was on a Sunday. After shopping for California apparel I came here for lunch as I parked my car at the Telegraph Channing Garage. As with the first visit I ordered medium fried chicken, but this time I decided to get a sauce. One of the workers said sweet and spicy is the most popular flavor. I ordered that flavor. For a beverage I ordered melon milk. The sweet and spicy has a sriracha-like taste. I thought the sweet and spicy flavor was ok. If you go to KoStop by yourself a medium order provides a satisfy portion of wings. The meat isn't dry, but it's not as moist as I like it. Overall I've eaten tastier chicken wings elsewhere.
