I wrote a long letter to corporate, no response. I placed an online order and stopped by to pick up my order. It wasn't crowded and I walk in and the gal at the front looks at me doesn't acknowledge me and continues to horse around with the male employees in the back. We make eye contact but she proceeds to giggle and laugh and have fun with her male coworkers. At one point she looks at me mind you she's standing at the cash register with a male coworker and instead of acknowledging me, she proceeds to take a selfie with her male counterpart in front of the register. I stand there for about 4-5 minutes before I'm acknowledged by one of the cooks in the back. I asked for a water cup and here comes the female worker ( who btw is named Yzelle, and she's the supervisor on shift) I asked her for a water cup and she tells me they ran out of cups and there's nothing she can do about it. She then offers me to pay for a soft drink cup (so that I can get water from their fountain station) after arguing with her and showing her that I just want a cup to get water she proceeds to ask me if I would like to buy a cup for $4.10? I gave up and bought the cup just to fill with some water from their drink station...mind you if an establishment runs out of water cups then they should offer a regular cup at no charge to compensate for their lack of supply! Yzelle continued to flirt with the male cooks in the back and ignored myself and all of the other patrons in line! She was very unprofessional and rude and condescending... she did not tend to any of the customers including myself and made everyone feel like we were annoying her for being there to give business. I would seriously retrain her and the rest of the staff on providing better customer service.I would give this place a -1 star if I could! I hate to do this, but this location needs serious improvements. Before I get into the negative, I will say that the team was professional and courteous. I especially like that only the staff is filling drinks right now. I know we are all living through a pandemic right now, but it's been almost a year and most food businesses have adjusted their operations. When I received my order, they were traditional. That was great news, but what's going on here? With 10 minutes to closing, I could here the employees asking for status on the fries in the fryer. The assumption was that she rushed to fill our order, which resulted in disappointing food. Quality of Food: Check my photos. My wings were so dry. My rolls were dry. The Original Hot wings are suppose to be be red in color, covered in sauce. Instead I got fried wings, no seasoning, and a small splash of sauce at the bottom of the container. The Lemon Pepper wings came out the same, but at least they had some seasoning. The Mango Habanero wings were the only wings that came out as they should. This Wingstop was better than the rest. I'm not a huge fan of Wingstop my girlfriend is she likes that sugar in the fries I'm not a huge fan. She got three flavors. I got one. She ate 15 boneless wings ate five. It was a really cool deal where you get fries and 20 wings and four different flavors And drinks also so I was extremely happy about the service. The wings were on par nothing to go crazy about. I do prefer other wings and other deals in San Diego. This is my girl likes this place and likes their ranch. She drowns her wings and ranch therefore you really can't get the taste of the wings but if you need to drowned it in ranch, are the wings really that good? So today we ordered off of door dash (thighspot)We will usually get the thigh bites and those usually come out just fine. Today I decided I would get the bone in thighs and let me tell you if you can avoid those I highly suggest it. If you go in person just go across the street to Popeyes at least you will get a delicious plump thigh for the same price if not less instead of the sad thighs I got today from here.
