This wingstop location is absolutely terrible all the workers looked miserable and they had no idea what was going on I waited over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and nobody did so I decided to leave I saw several employees using vaporizers in the middle of the kitchen where food is being prepared that's so disgusting I will never return the two men handing out food were rude to everybody walking in I've been a long time customer of this wingstop nice job edwardsville you're a huge disappointment read more

I wish I would of found Wingstop before. I went to eat with a friend and my kiddo. The location is smaller so I believe they cater to more to go orders than anything. Similar to a pizza joint. Wings are cooked perfectly and just the right crisp to them. I love the flavors and a bunch to choose from. Some of the best fries I have had. Fresh cut and cooked to order. I couldn't stop eating them and they give you a big batch of them. Actually everything is cooked to order which I am not complaining...if I wanted something sitting under a heat lamp I would of ran to McD. read more

Excellent wing place. The staff is always friendly. The prices are very reasonable and the food is always fresh and delicious. There's a variety of flavors to choose from--although anything north of "Original Hot" is too spicy for me! Gives SIUE discounts too! read more

This establishment has good wings and I'm a wing connoisseur so I was pleased by the food. The fries were a little under seasoned but the wings were seasoned very well. The joint is a little small making the flow of the restaurant difficult to move around. The music isn't too loud and the music selection is diverse which is something I enjoyed and the volume was at a perfect level. They also had a student discount but it was difficult to see the promotion for it. The wait was not long at all and the employees were friendly. There were no paper towels in the restroom. Do not eat here. Worst service that I have ever recieved in my life. Half of my food was missing when I got home. Called to get the food replaced and was told that I could come and pick it at any time. Went back to get the food that was missing and waited 40 minutes for 10 boneless wings. The wings are great and worth the 15ish minute wait (which is very understandable). But what's keeping me from giving them more stars is their HUGE problem with fruit flies! The last 5 times I've been there, I encountered no less than 5 fruit flies each visit. One of them even got into my ranch rip. It's very annoying and they should really try to fix this. read more

We have visited this location twice in the past month and many times before that. We have ALWAYS had excellent service and great food. Seeing the old bad reviews is surprising--perhaps typical startup issues. That is definitely not the case in our experience. Because we live a considerable distance away, we order the 30 piece meal and enjoy our reheated left overs the next day. The wings are always fresh and hot. The fries are outstanding and the service great. Keep up the great job, Edwardsville! We've eaten at WingStop locations across the country, and we haven't found any better than this one. read more

I went to this place and was greeted with an angry employee who did not want to be there. The wings are small even compared to bww wings. They were over cooked. For having four employees in this tiny store, the service was slow and they seemed panicked and rushed with no customers. Garlic parm wings were coated in a thick layer of parmesan cheese with no garlic flavor to be found. Both mild and hot sauces were unimpressive. read more

Teach your employees how to do their job!! My wife and I just visited this location and I was eager to try the new Smoke 9 flavor. We were waiting in line behind one other person who was ordering and an employee walked up to the second register. This person did not acknowledge us in any way and when another couple walked in behind us he helped them right away, still ignoring us. Very disappointed by my experience with customer service onsite, which is too bad because I was looking forward to trying them out. Went on Thursday (9/17) at 7pm hoping to try their wings while watching Thursday night NFL Football on one of their two televisions. There were only 4 customers total seated inside the restaurant, none of whom were watching tv. When I approached the counter (there was nobody else in line) I asked if they would put the NFL game on one of the two TVs. The answer I got was a very curt "Look, we're really busy. I'll try to in a bit when I get a chance." And then she walked away. When she came back, she immediately asked "do you know what you want yet?" I told her that I wasn't in a hurry, and that I'd rather wait to see if they are able to put the NFL game on the TV before I make an order. (I wasn't bothered at this point. I just didn't want to get trapped after ordering if they didn't get the channel with the game on it.) She just stood there before saying "so you're not going to order?" When I said once again "its fine, I"m not in a hurry. But I don't want to order if the game isn't on." She immediately let out a loud sigh, then turned to the 4 cooks in the kitchen and said "oh my God. Can one of you guys go turn on the game on the TVs!!" I simply left while she ranted to the cooks about turning the channel. I get that many of their orders come online and over the phone. But at the time I was standing inside this place, they were basically empty, 3 of the 4 cooks were just standing around talking, and the stressed out person behind the counter was totally lacking in customer engagement skills. I shared my experience with a couple, who'd heard of similar experiences at the Edwardsville location. Most complaints centered about newness of the staff. I could've tolerated newness and learning curves. But being treated rudely, or ungraciously is tough to pay for. I'd like to give them another chance; but will avoid until I hear something positive from friends. read more

Terribly customer service, Brendha their server is incredibly rude. I came in to pick up my to go order and was told that someone of my name picked up that order. I was accused of lying about the order, and when I requested a refund was told that they can't do refunds and I'd have to call their online number. Needless to say finally she called her GM and the refund was issued. I WILL NOT come back to this Wingstop and judging by other reviews I'm not the only one. read more

I love the wings but they put enough salt on your fries to melt ice on the street. If you order fries, tell them not to put any salt on it.

3rd strike for me with wingstop. The last 3 out of 4 times I've gotten carryout, it's been severely lacking. Our wings have been without any seasoning except a few specks of pepper when we've ordered Louisiana rub and lemon pepper. Coleslaw has had a sour taste the last two times, but this time the carrot shreds were brown. Ranch dip was on top of blue cheese dip (same container). Used to like the wings from here, but taking my money elsewhere. Takes a lot for me to leave and post a review...but today just took it to the end. I cannot even recommend this place. read more

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. I have been here over 5 times, and I've had nothing but fantastic experiences. Although it's not a typical date restaurant, my boyfriend and I would rather go here for a date than a fancy place. We always have the best time here, usually spending 1-2 hours here at a time. Something about the vibe of the place seems so comfortable. It's now my favorite wing place. The atmosphere is comfortable. The noise level is quiet, and not even bothersome during busy hours. The wings are always made fresh, and delicious! Wing stop is underrated. Compared to the Buffalo Wild Wings across the street, wing stop is 1000 times better. read more

Placed order on line arrived within 15 min as i drove from another town. i was ok to wait not in any rush. Got the order and when i put the bags in my truck i noticed some grease/oil on the bag but figured nothing of it when i got home and took the bags in i had to take pictures of all the grease in the package and on the packaging. unbelievable this was an order to go they could have packaged it better. i had grease on the seat of my truck. Food is mediocre, fries were soggy. This was our first time and sad to say our last. If I could put the pictures on here with the grease and oil all over our items and the bag I would have. read more

I downloaded the app & placed a carry out order for 10 traditional mild wings, 10 bone out wings with honey barbecue & mango habanero sauces & large seasoned fries. Upon arriving to pick up my order all the employees greeted me & welcomed me to the store. I quickly found out my order had not been received. In all fairness, the store has only been opened 1 week. The staff found the printout with my order & quickly began preparing the items. The manager apologized several times & comped my bill. Everyone was very nice. He offered me a beverage while I waited. They also gave me a free blue cheese dip. I normally don't like to try a restaurant that has recently opened & I was a bit concerned what the quality of the food was going to be after the mishap. I have to say everything was delish! The mango habanero was more spicy than I anticipated but excellent! The seasoned fries were also very good! I have to say the Blue Cheese dip tastes homemade!!!
