It's Wingstop, if ykyk lol. The workers are fairly new to this and not true to this as of yet. When we came in, there were customers yelling about a phone order that they made hours ago and forgot to pick up the food. And man oh man were they angry. The manager I am assuming was helping her and handled the issue well. The customer got a refund and eventually left. Food is per usual delish, but I had my hand in someone else plate this time so I didn't taste the fries lol The inside is normal Wingstop, with a few metal chairs and tables. Even with the store being full, this Wingstop NEVER disappoints. They are always on top of it and my food comes out great every single time. This is the 3rd time ordering at this location and it gets better every time. This location is busy for a reason. Order on the app and save yourself the trouble of calling! Walked in and it was crowded with people waiting for their orders. Before any type of greeting the woman behind the counter said, it's a 30 minute wait for bone-in and Walked away which was fine because I was still reading the menu. After I ordered all boneless she then said it will be ready in 25 minutes. After 45 minutes later it was ready. Nice and hot, very delicious. Nice size pieces with some really good dipping sauce. I will go back but I'll call my order in so that I won't have to deal with the customer service. The Wingstop was a new fast food restaurant in Desert Hotsprings. I gave it a couple of months to get settled before I tried it. I requested DoorDash to pick up my order. I had ordered a special that door Dash was running of spending $20 and get 10 free wings. I ordered a combo of 10 bone in wings with two sauces. I should have gotten 20 wings since I met the minimum. I ended up with 8 boneless wings with two different sauces than what I ordered. I also got some corn cobs that were sprinkled with paprika or some hot pepper. And no beverage. This was NOT my order!! It had my name on the bag. Fortunately after arguing with DoorDash who thought I could eat the food even if not what I ordered, they finally agreed to give me a full refund. It was very disappointing. I doubt I will try the place again as the wings didn't look that great and the corn cobs were chopped into bite size and did not look appetizing. You pay a higher price when going thru DoorDash but they have pretty good delivery drivers. So this poor review is really about Wingstop who needs to get more training on how NOT to mess up delivery orders. Door Dash can do good business for them but not if they have to refund wrong orders. read more

I stood by waiting to see if someone would help for a good 10 minutes girl saw me and not once even ask if I need help.
