My service here has always been 10/10. The girls are always the sweetest! S/o the hiring manager

I turned into the driveway of this KFC after reading the large poster that hung on their window. Eight pieces of chicken strips for ten bucks. Not a bad deal. The service was prompt. The chicken fillets were good. A little bit small for strip fillets, but seasoned very well. Would I stop here again at their drive through? Yes. read more

Give me a second this place has too many ways to be messing up the orders, they told us that it'll be five minutes for the biscuits. we moved over , in about 10 min later. They come out. Would you mind having crispy chicken instead, originals, gonna be longer? this place has eight employees in the restaurant and they don't have shit ready! read more

If I wasn't with a friend that suggested going here, I would've turned around and left as rather than smelling like yummy food as I walked through the door it just smelt like when you wash with dirty water. it was a musty icky smell. I had their pot pie. It wasn't terrible, but it hardly had any carrots or other vegetables in it. It was mostly this white mushy sauce. And I know this is a problem with many restaurants now not having enough workers, but it took a long time for a fast food restaurant read more

Worst service I've ever received. They messed up my whole order. They tried to park my car and they gave me cold food when I called to complain and get my money back. Corporate said it would take a week that was all the money I had to feed my child horrible service, horrible staff. They tried to park me because they said it would affect their numbers and make them look bad yet if you're trying to have good customer service why would you care about that? Everything I received was ice cold I would not ever go to this location again and I would not spend my money here 10 out of 10 never go back to again horrible horrible service, horrible location very very disappointed, even fo fast food. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. The worst staff of any restaurant in the entire Coachella Valley!!!! They can not get an order correct. They have no professionalism and are so rude. I had to wait at the drive-thru for more than 4 minutes before they acknowledged me for my order. The wait at drive thru there were two cars behind me, and they finally backed up and drove off due to the wait! read more

KFC has changed thier chicken. It's smaller in size. I think they are using real chicken. It taste like the chicken we had as children back in the 70's. Best chicken we've had in decades. Please keep it up. read more

Personally the food is over salty but I'm probably just saying that because I don't eat it often or idk?? I've only ever eaten chicken strips and fries here. The service seems the world's okayest lol Some workers are annoyed, some are happy, most are meh. I've personally never been inside so I can't say much about it. But the drive through usually is full whenever I drive by 4/10 read more

The food was good, as always, and I appreciated their local special, but I greatly dislike the order kiosk. The meals offered on the machine did not match up with the online menu nor signage in the store and the people working in the store were not efficient and seemed to barely tolerate the customers. I probably won't go to that location again. read more

DO NOT USE UBER EATS to get food delivered from here. Uber Eats had a promotion that didn't get included when the order was totaled. Then, Uber Eats DOUBLED the price of the order!!!! The restaurant couldn't help at all. Uber Eats said that since I "accepted" the order, it was too late to cancel or do anything else. The food here is good KFC, by the way. read more

For a long time we decided to give KFC another try, we were surprised with the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the store and the friendly and prompt service Maria does a fantastic job and shows great leadership. Thank you read more

This KFC is really good. The service can be a tad slow, but they get it done and they get it right. I went through the drive in and took it to our hotel and we were very happy that it was still hot. The fried chicken was very good as was the side, we had biscuits, and mashed potatoes with gravy. The place was not too busy and the wait in line was not bad at all. It just took a bit to get the food, but it was hot. The person at the window was very nice and wore a mask. I just have no tolerance anymore for non mask wearing staff, it is just gross. But everyone I saw in there had a mask on so good for you. We will come back. read more

I'm giving this place a 5, it was clean and the gentleman that helped me (Jesus) was very nice, I placed my order and he later came out and said for what I ordered would be about 25 min and if he could change my order I told him we could change it, He hooked me up with a little extra for my inconvenience! I appreciate that and him for making it right ! Food was hot and good!! Thank you Jesus! Will be coming back! read more

I moved to the desert 2 years ago and have been scared to eat here. It was a combination of the bad reviews and because it always looked like it was abandoned. My son brought me in today and I can honestly say, I've been playing myself. We dined in. The food was great. Fries are crisp. Soda machine is clean. The dining area is clean. The 2 ladies who helped us were both nice & professional. I sat at the table eating and told my son, "I am coming back here." The end. read more

#CovidReview I was craving chicken tonight so I decided to go to KFC because it was the closest to my location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 1 popcorn nugget combo, 1 regular chicken littles, 1 spicy chicken littles, 1 chicken tenders combo, and 1 side of cole slaw. The woman taking my order was very rude and had an attitude.I understand that you are busy and I get it but no need to be rude and give me an attitude. I just wanted some sauce for my chicken and you made this face through your mask like it was the hardest thing for you to do. Are you serious? Are you having a bad day? I'm sorry but go home then! Then when I got my order, I checked it right then and there in my car. You looked at me, shook your head, and rolled your eyes at me! How funny! You forgot my cole slaw! Then when I told you that you forgot it, you asked me as if I was lying. Asking if "I" was sure! LOLOLOL! You checked your computer and realized you forgot! That's why I did not leave the drive thru till I'm my order was correct. It has happened before. Anyways! I got my order and I went home inconvenienced and happy! TIP: Always check your order before you leave! read more

So bad every-time we go here. Chicken is always old. Or they overcook it. They close at random times every week and drive thru is always a 30 min wait min. Understaffed and they need more help seriously. Also never order delivery from here! Ever. I made that mistake once it took 1 hour to get here and they gave the driver cold food that sat for over the safe time frame. Sent it to me and I got horrible food poising as well as my kid. We threw up for 2 days. Drive to Palm Springs and eat there the quality will be much safer. read more

I feel like anytime I want chicken, I am being held hostage by the KFC in Desert Hot Springs, Ca. Today we wanted to try the new nuggets. The commercials make them look like extra crispy chunks. Yes please!! The reality is far less appealing. The first hurdle with this location is when they say, "It will take 6-8 minutes for them to be ready." We have done this dance with KFC before. Whatever amount of time they quote you, you need to add a minimum of 10 minutes to that. 15 minutes if you want to be safe. After pulling around and into a spot to wait, I hit the timer on my Fitbit. 6-8 minutes come and go. Coming up on 15 minutes and my mother decides to go in after seeing the people parked beside us having to do the same thing. Seven minutes later she returns clutching a bag and tells me, our order hadn't been done when she got inside. WHAT? The only reason I can think of is they gave the nuggets to one of the several cars that had come and gone after us. 22 minutes total and when we got home, I discovered the honey mustard dipping sauce I asked for was missing from the bag. On top of that, there was no buttery spread or honey sauce for our now cold biscuits. (I miss the days when asking for butter or honey meant you got BUTTER OR HONEY, not processed imitation flavored etc etc) Now, let me conclude this crappy review with something nice. My less than crunchy nuggets tasted good. That is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. Please, PLEASE bring a Popeyes restaurant to Desert Hot Springs, Ca.! read more
