Order went through, we waited and waited and waited to get the delivery! 2 hours later for a place that was literally across the street, the driver never logged to get the order. So my partner drove to get the order. Luckily we got reimbursed for the issue. For future, the app and area should synced to be able to notify customer of availability for proper delivery. I am completely mind blown right now. I just ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in DHS. I placed an order for delivery. Right now when I opened my pizza box I noticed an ENTIRE slice of pizza is missing. Like someone opened the box and ate it! I called pizza hut to let them know and the manager, a male that refused to give his name, was completely rude about it. The pizza was good. The answering service totally sucks!!!! Calls get diverted to foreign answering service which is hard to understand with the accents . Unless u actually get the restaurant in DHS be prepared to pay a ridiculous price for delivery. I reported this issue to one of the workers at the local restaurant. I called the DHS store and "the manager" answers the phone and tells me they canceled my order along with 13 other orders because the person in the morning shift didn't show up to work. My very first visit to this location. I ordered over the phone care out big family box. I pick it up and made the mistake of not opening it to look at the pizza because I was ruched to get to a friends party. I drive at the party and am very disappointed. Both pizzas had 4 pieces of basically just crust only a corner had some sauce and topping. On top of that I go to eat my cheese bread and open my wormed up sauce to find a big chunk of mold.
