Sour cream from taco bell

I'm honestly so distraught. I am a regular here and had the worst experience tonight. In addition to my food I ordered a side of sour cream & a side of nacho cheese. Both tiny cups filled up less than half way and I paid for each. There weren't any cars behind me so I sat and waited in the drive thru for someone to come back to the window and no one ever did. So I honked which probably put everyone in a bad mood, which is understandable. However I was waiting a very long time before I honked and before someone came back to the window. When the employee came back I showed her the sour cream and said "hey I paid for this, is there anyway I could get a little more?" She said nothing & walked away. Then a different woman comes to the window saying she is the AM? assistant manager I'm assuming. I asked her if there was anyway we could get a little more bc I was shocked at how tiny the portions were that we paid for. She went on to say that she made my food herself and that is the correct portion for that price. I told her I understood but that it's never consistent bc like I said I am a regular here and receive full cups all the other times I visit. And she was so rude and kept responding that if I wanted more I could pay again & I told her I would not like to pay again bc I don't feel that I'm getting my moneys worth. And she just kept repeating that I could pay for more or leave and then walked away. The previous employee came back and said "my manager said you have to leave the drive thru line now bc we have other cars." So I asked her for their names and she did not want to tell me. I reminded her they wear names tags so might as well tell me. I asked her to spell the names out for me and she said "you need to leave thanks" and closed the window on me multiple times. I did not leave until she gave me the spelling of the manager on shift. She said the managers name was Devonna. I didn't catch the name of the girl at the window. I feel like I might've seen her once or twice and never caught her with a bad attitude like that except for today. She must've already been in a bad mood bc she did not even try to help me when I asked for the sour cream, she just gave me no response and went straight to the manager to deal with it. As for Devonna... I've never seen her before. It's unfortunate it took this for me to realize that me and my family should no longer support this business. There have been many times on a Thursday where we have come to drive thru and they have either closed early due to no inventory or we're given a rundown of what's not available on menu due to being out of stock. Not to mention I always round up my totals for the donation. I'm appalled that me asking if I could have a little bit more sour cream for FREE after already rounding up my total, turned into this. I am extremely disappointed, this location needs better staff. I even asked if they could be nice and do it for me just this one time (I was unaware of the 2 pump portion) and she kept responding "I can charge you for another one if that's what you want." So unprofessional & distasteful. The cars behind us would not have had to wait so long if they came to the window immediately to help while we sat there for minutes waiting. I hate that I had to honk BUT I have worked many drive thru places and I know it shows the car on camera at the window so this just goes to show I was being ignored intentionally or the staff were not being attentive to customers. This is bad either way.

Took 40 minutes for a 15$ order and messed up my order and instead of giving me a quesadilla I ordered they gave me a folded tortilla in a bag, wasted my money and time.

Steak Cheesy Street Chalupas

Placed a couple orders with them. They somehow forgot 2 whole bowls and when I went back the guy who was there around 9pm was being nice, while we were waiting, then my sister called me to show me this. We took it as something funny and we werent planning on asking them to swap it or anything i just wanted to show him maybe get a laugh out of him. When I told him my specific Words were "I don't want a new one i just wanted to show you this" he flipped and switch and started getting angry saying i was lying and it was fake. The person with me didn't hear him correctly so asked what he said and he repeated himself. We asked to speak to a manager because we didn't understand why he was being rude. We let the manager know that we never wanted him to change the taco just wanted to show him.

This franchisee and the corporate offices continue to ignore bad reviews, assuming they bother reading them to begin with. I've left several feedback reports with corporate via their website requesting a phone call. Nothing. Not a hi, bye, F you. Nothing. I can guarantee one thing though: I will never return to this location and give serious consideration before visiting ANY Taco Bell location.

It really depends on the day. Sometimes they will close at 8 or 9pm. Once we drive by saw a long line past 9pm during the week, from disbelief and then we're told they're open till 12 supposedly?! Well that means someone's closing early then I'm guessing. Also they won't ever be open inside and DT is a long wait also. Good can be mediocre, especially after waiting forever in DT to get it. Old and stale tortillas or burnt quesadillas is very common. Lack of effort is very high here. Also once got my money attempted to be stolen by staff in Dt when I first went here I was double charged my card. Manager a on staff that day handled it but was very unprofessional also. Had a huge line of people waiting outside for wrong change and mistakes from you guessed it DT that day. Again never order delivery from here. Wait is ridiculous. Food won't be worth the wait. And the QUALITY will be garbage.

Drive thru is so slow, need to use both side of the prep table, same on both side. Food is good but timing is so slow
