Horrible service walked in to use the restroom and buy food and first thing they say is restrooms is out of service which cannot be possible since it is a new location and computers to order food were not working also read more

Do not order dine in at this location! Food is fine, service is slow, the people are fine. They heavily prioritize drive thru orders over dine in, so plan accordingly. Waited over 30 minutes in an empty store for my food watching 10+ cars drive thru. read more

I'm honestly so distraught. I am a regular here and had the worst experience tonight. In addition to my food I ordered a side of sour cream & a side of nacho cheese. Both tiny cups filled up less than half way and I paid for each. There weren't any cars behind me so I sat and waited in the drive thru for someone to come back to the window and no one ever did. So I honked which probably put everyone in a bad mood, which is understandable. However I was waiting a very long time before I honked and before someone came back to the window. When the employee came back I showed her the sour cream and said "hey I paid for this, is there anyway I could get a little more?" She said nothing & walked away. Then a different woman comes to the window saying she is the AM? assistant manager I'm assuming. I asked her if there was anyway we could get a little more bc I was shocked at how tiny the portions were that we paid for. She went on to say that she made my food herself and that is the correct portion for that price. I told her I understood but that it's never consistent bc like I said I am a regular here and receive full cups all the other times I visit. And she was so rude and kept responding that if I wanted more I could pay again & I told her I would not like to pay again bc I don't feel that I'm getting my moneys worth. And she just kept repeating that I could pay for more or leave and then walked away. The previous employee came back and said "my manager said you have to leave the drive thru line now bc we have other cars." So I asked her for their names and she did not want to tell me. I reminded her they wear names tags so might as well tell me. I asked her to spell the names out for me and she said "you need to leave thanks" and closed the window on me multiple times. I did not leave until she gave me the spelling of the manager on shift. She said the managers name was Devonna. I didn't catch the name of the girl at the window. I feel like I might've seen her once or twice and never caught her with a bad attitude like that except for today. She must've already been in a bad mood bc she did not even try to help me when I asked for the sour cream, she just gave me no response and went straight to the manager to deal with it. As for Devonna... I've never seen her before. It's unfortunate it took this for me to realize that me and my family should no longer support this business. There have been many times on a Thursday where we have come to drive thru and they have either closed early due to no inventory or we're given a rundown of what's not available on menu due to being out of stock. Not to mention I always round up my totals for the donation. I'm appalled that me asking if I could have a little bit more sour cream for FREE after already rounding up my total, turned into this. I am extremely disappointed, this location needs better staff. I even asked if they could be nice and do it for me just this one time (I was unaware of the 2 pump portion) and she kept responding "I can charge you for another one if that's what you want." So unprofessional & distasteful. The cars behind us would not have had to wait so long if they came to the window immediately to help while we sat there for minutes waiting. I hate that I had to honk BUT I have worked many drive thru places and I know it shows the car on camera at the window so this just goes to show I was being ignored intentionally or the staff were not being attentive to customers. This is bad either way. read more

We were in the area for a work appointment and stopped at this location. Clarissa helped us, and we had a truly lovely experience. We ordered to-go, and when we got to our car, we discovered that one item was missing. Clarissa must have discovered it as well, because she came outside to our car, sincerely apologized for the oversight, and let us know she would bring it right out. She even included a little something extra! As business owners ourselves, we truly appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile. Outstanding service, Clarissa! read more

I typically won't review fast food, unless the service was actually that bad. First off the lil snooty black girl working the drive thru just naturally rude and got a bad case of that rbf. Like she doing us a favor by being there. Second she got my order wrong. Third they don't even put napkins or nothing. They try to push you thru that drive thru with the least effort put forth. That and the Mexican pizza taste hella bad. Like they fried it in motor oil or something, wth. I'd never stop at this janky Taco Bell ever again. read more

Almost an hr to wait in line on the drive through. 3 cars ahead of me. The truck in front of me was at the window for about 30 mins. The guy at the window was nice and said he was sorry for the wait but they are way understaffed. This is management's fault, not the employees. If you look at the reviews, the management and owners must not care about their employees or customers. read more

Worst service ever if your going inside, they only tend to drive thru. Ordered online and waited 15 minutes to finally have to flag em down to ask if someone was going to help us , when they clearly seen me standing there and said nothing ,our order was on their counter the entire time, then food gets dropped before handed to me , now I have to wait longer for it to get remade and is given attitude from a girl that said we can wait longer , now it's been 30 minutes for me to get my food. Super dissapointing experience,I Love taco bell but I will not be returning to this one forsure. read more

Placed a couple orders with them. They somehow forgot 2 whole bowls and when I went back the guy who was there around 9pm was being nice, while we were waiting, then my sister called me to show me this. We took it as something funny and we werent planning on asking them to swap it or anything i just wanted to show him maybe get a laugh out of him. When I told him my specific Words were "I don't want a new one i just wanted to show you this" he flipped and switch and started getting angry saying i was lying and it was fake. The person with me didn't hear him correctly so asked what he said and he repeated himself. We asked to speak to a manager because we didn't understand why he was being rude. We let the manager know that we never wanted him to change the taco just wanted to show him. read more

Every time I come here I've had issues with my order or staff has been rude. This place needs new management or ownership because the service is run down. It took 25 minutes. Rude staff. Horrible customer service. Worst Taco Bell I ever been too. On the real no cap.

Prices are great. Food is fine. Drive thru takes a ridiculously long time. I didn't say anything the first time, or the second time, or the third time. At this point though I can see this is par for the course here. I've been in line half an hour now and still have 2 cars in front of me. If they're understaffed it's past due to hire another employee for dinner rush. If they're not understaffed what the hell is going on? read more

Taco Bell - Best description of the "Smart-Ass" Taco Bell associate. - Fast Food Near Me - Desert Hot Springs, California

OMG. It's the usual good Taco Bell fare; but this location has the WORST drive-through of any fast-food joint I've ever queued into. Ever. You will literally grow OLD sitting in line in your car. Whether there's one car in front of you, or 4 cars ahead of you, exactly 30 minutes will pass from the moment you decide to chance it and get in line until the moment you drive off, leaving a skid mark and flinging your burrito's waxed paper wrap into the passenger seat as you chomp desperately into its tender flesh, vowing never to fall for the old Taco Bell drive-through trick again. Until months later, when--like a seductress in a third-rate romance novel, or a wayward siren escaped from a mermaid pod--she will beckon you...again... The crunch of that hard, hot shell! The tangy cheese--the sautéed beef! You try to resist the decades-old allure of that consistently flavorful zing, averting your eyes as you cruise down Palm. But there she is! You can't resist... Look!!!! Only one person ahead of me! And they're rolling away from the order kiosk! OK...let's crawl in... Curses!! Now some one's behind me!! I'm trapped, I tell you--TRAPPED!!! Aaaaaaaarghhh!!!! Thirty minutes 'til tacos. read more

I took my grandkids here for lunch. Worse mistake I've made in a while every single item we ordered was WRONG went to explain and had to wait for 5 people in line all over again and since we used that new computer to order they refused to remake most of the order very unprofessional and non English speaking saying everything in Spanish so that I couldn't understand this place is disgusting and the crew is unprofessional every time I asked for water 5 times NEVER GOT IT. Please reconsider taking ANYONE here this crew is not concerned about customers and their food was disgusting and the place where we sat was dirty and it was very stuffy inside and I couldn't get water read more

It really depends on the day. Sometimes they will close at 8 or 9pm. Once we drive by saw a long line past 9pm during the week, from disbelief and then we're told they're open till 12 supposedly?! Well that means someone's closing early then I'm guessing. Also they won't ever be open inside and DT is a long wait also. Good can be mediocre, especially after waiting forever in DT to get it. Old and stale tortillas or burnt quesadillas is very common. Lack of effort is very high here. Also once got my money attempted to be stolen by staff in Dt when I first went here I was double charged my card. Manager a on staff that day handled it but was very unprofessional also. Had a huge line of people waiting outside for wrong change and mistakes from you guessed it DT that day. Again never order delivery from here. Wait is ridiculous. Food won't be worth the wait. And the QUALITY will be garbage. read more
