I was glad about this location being close to home. However it's so hard to place an order by phone, they NEVER EVER answer the phone. There has been many times when I'm on the way home and just want to place a quick order, run in , pick up and go. Nearly impossible at this location. Then when you arrive and tell employee that you have been calling for a half hour..... just to be told that they phone is broke or hasn't rung. This happens quite often! Fix your phone.... Ok, I've returned to this location and honestly feel like the service has improved. They answer the phone more often now and I've also been ordering online and coming in for pick up. It's working out much better. The female Manager at night is awesome. She remembered me from placing a complaint before and since has been very accommodating making sure that my order is correct. The staff always seem to be moving with a sense of urgency or updating customers if there is an issue or delay with their order. Glad I gave them another shot!! read more

This is the second time that I have ever patronized this location and the second time is the last time for this location and all other locations. I ordered on the app after I downloaded it and I selected boneless wings, but somehow the option was changed back to classic wings. Since the bag is sealed I didn't check to confirm that the order was correct before leaving the store that I live 5 miles from. When I got home and realized that the order was correct, I called the store and was asked to come back to the store to confirm. When I arrived at the store I was informed that what I ordered was the food that was prepared. I looked back at the receipt and found that I had ordered the classic wings in error. I asked that the order be exchanged for what I wanted and was told that this is not the store policy. I then asked for a refund and was told that this was not the store policy as well. There are no signs posted any where in the store that exchanges or refunds are offered. I can't wait to see this location closed and another wing store pop up where this one went belly up. read more

If first impressions should be the best, then this place fails. This was my first visit to this location, because it's fairly new to the community and it's relatively close to my home. I went in on a Saturday around 7pm, not particularly busy but active. The front cashier was on the phone and was more interested in talking to whoever than serving the customers. I ordered a 20 piece and usually with other wing restaurants dressing comes with the order if requested. This place Charges you a dollar for a small ounce of dressing... OMG! I said forget it! I had dressing at home (this was a take-out order). When I got home the bag that was holding the wings was saturated with grease. I ordered the garlic parmesan and it looked horrible. The parmesan was clumpy and did not cover most of the wings and to make matters worst I could not taste the garlic. The reason the bag holding the wings was saturated was because the wings were swimming in grease... WTF!! Someone did not shake off the grease from the fryer basket and dumped the wings strait into my container..OMG. I could barely choke down these wings. They had no flavor, they were greasy as all get out and I am so sorry I had such a bad experience. I will not visit this location again. This is the 2nd time that our order was missing items and I am done. DoorDash doesn't help when you order on WingStop's site,'so I am just out of luck.
