I was glad about this location being close to home. However it's so hard to place an order by phone, they NEVER EVER answer the phone. There has been many times when I'm on the way home and just want to place a quick order, run in , pick up and go. Nearly impossible at this location. Then when you arrive and tell employee that you have been calling for a half hour..... just to be told that they phone is broke or hasn't rung. This happens quite often! Fix your phone.... Ok, I've returned to this location and honestly feel like the service has improved. They answer the phone more often now and I've also been ordering online and coming in for pick up. It's working out much better. The female Manager at night is awesome. She remembered me from placing a complaint before and since has been very accommodating making sure that my order is correct. The staff always seem to be moving with a sense of urgency or updating customers if there is an issue or delay with their order. Glad I gave them another shot!! read more

What a waste...I just walked in at 12:15 pm on a Friday 8/7/26 and was told if I wanted to place an order it was going to have to be online. I bet the owner doesn't know they're turning down business at lunch hour. SMH read more

NASTINESS!!! My first time ordering food from this spot and the last!! The wings and tenders were flavorless, dry as hell and the fries were stale and hard as hell. Terrible and a waste of money!!! I'm still mad over the hype of this place that was untrue!! read more

Wingstop has definitely stepped their game up. The wings are crispy and flavorful. I wish those Limited Time flavors lasted longer or was on the menu permanently. The Mardi Gras were delicious and that corn was so good. read more

Santana at Wingstop provided great service. Quick, and professional. Great location! Will be returning.

Worse service ever. I absolutely hate this location. Bunch of people working yet not working. Wings were so small looked like nuggets fried to a crisp. Forget simple things like fries but a box labeled fries DO NOT CONTAIN FRIES. I wish this place close down. read more

Wingstop always hits! Wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Lemon pepper and mango habanero are must-tries. Fast service and fire fries too. Definitely coming back! read more

I placed an online order with this business and I received the wrong order. I was given the round around about getting a refund. The manager was very rude and unhelpful. read more

Ordered yesterday from this Wing Stop location, right before the football game. The 16 bone and wings I received were super tiny very overcooked and orally. Probably my worst Wing Stop experience ever. read more

Outside of the preparation time the food was extremely good. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I think the best time to go here is between the hours of eight and 930. read more

I would like to commend the Manager Miss Demetra. She was so patient while the customers were being so rude. Professionalism at its best.

An hour wait for wings is unacceptable. So, we left quickly. It looked like nothing but teens & young adults operating the place.

Ordered a chciken sandwich and had to wait 40 mins on top of that the sandwich i received was raw and i couldn't receive a refund because I placed the order online. Service is terrible there was only 4 people working. read more

I placed an order via the Wingstop app to be delivered by Doordash. Once the Doordasher arrived at the store a but after 6, she said they were closed and she couldn't complete order. Wingstop still charged my card and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone at the store. read more

This is the second time that I have ever patronized this location and the second time is the last time for this location and all other locations. I ordered on the app after I downloaded it and I selected boneless wings, but somehow the option was changed back to classic wings. Since the bag is sealed I didn't check to confirm that the order was correct before leaving the store that I live 5 miles from. When I got home and realized that the order was correct, I called the store and was asked to come back to the store to confirm. When I arrived at the store I was informed that what I ordered was the food that was prepared. I looked back at the receipt and found that I had ordered the classic wings in error. I asked that the order be exchanged for what I wanted and was told that this is not the store policy. I then asked for a refund and was told that this was not the store policy as well. There are no signs posted any where in the store that exchanges or refunds are offered. I can't wait to see this location closed and another wing store pop up where this one went belly up. read more

Wasn't really greeted when I came in to place an order for pick up, cashier just stared at me to wait for me to order. It's been years since I've been to wingstop so I was asked questions that weren't obvious to me like for the 15 wing order I placed how much of wings do I want for whatever sauce I wanted, I said it doesn't matter, and she was noticeably annoyed. Whatever, I'm annoyed with her attitude too. She didn't know how to charge me and tried multiple times and had to call two other people to figure it out, did I say anything? Nah. Shit happens. I asked them how long for the order, they said 18 minutes... 30+ min later I'm by the cash register watching them work, I've been standing by for 15 min, after notifying cashier I'm here to pick up my order. Cashier acted like she didn't recognize me... whatever. Watching them work on mine and other people's stuff... oh btw, a guy that ordered behind me already had gotten his food and left. I'm waiting, patiently, not aggravating anyone or saying anything... but I started feeling sick to my stomach waiting for this food and asked how much longer, and they all said they're waiting for fries. K, so I wait again. Then The guy I'm assuming is the manager kept saying out loud to make sure the walk-in orders should be attended to first. This was after I reminded him I was told 18 min and I've been here for more than that. Cashier girl: Mariah, just puts the fries in the bag and didn't even put a sticker to close the bag like everyone else's, places the bag on the counter and just turns around. RUDE ASF. NO ONE not even the manager apologized for the wait or the inconvenience. I have class, I don't act belligerent bec things aren't going my way. I work with the public and have been in customer service for over a decade and a lot of things can be fixed with some humility, apologies for wasting people's time or inconveniencing them. And guess what? My fries were COLD as hell. That's what I was waiting on? What. A. Joke. First impressions last, never coming back to this location. read more

I'd give this location a negative if I could. I placed an online order, pulled up when it said it was ready, and STILL WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. The whole time I sat in there and waited, they were nonchalantly chilling, eating, and playing around. UNACCEPTABLE! read more

Your business hours say open at 11am for Sunday but store is closed when I go to pick up my order!

Don't bother coming here if you want to get food. Within the same day I made a phone order which was almost impossible, that didn't get filled and I came in after stupidly. It took an entire hour for an order to be filled and it was filled incorrectly. If you have patience you can go but I would warn against any expectations of good service. It's unfortunate. read more

Daquan was very helpful. He assisted me and was friendly. The wings were great. The guy was awesome.

Never greeted. Ever. Hit or miss with business hours. You have a better chance winning the lotto than getting food from this location.

Your typical wing spot. The size of the wings are nice. I hate those tiny wing joints. My favorite flavors are garlic Parmesan.... and lemon pepper. The fresh cut fries are great with the Cajun seasoning. I always get my fries cooked crispy. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Decatur, Georgia

If first impressions should be the best, then this place fails. This was my first visit to this location, because it's fairly new to the community and it's relatively close to my home. I went in on a Saturday around 7pm, not particularly busy but active. The front cashier was on the phone and was more interested in talking to whoever than serving the customers. I ordered a 20 piece and usually with other wing restaurants dressing comes with the order if requested. This place Charges you a dollar for a small ounce of dressing... OMG! I said forget it! I had dressing at home (this was a take-out order). When I got home the bag that was holding the wings was saturated with grease. I ordered the garlic parmesan and it looked horrible. The parmesan was clumpy and did not cover most of the wings and to make matters worst I could not taste the garlic. The reason the bag holding the wings was saturated was because the wings were swimming in grease... WTF!! Someone did not shake off the grease from the fryer basket and dumped the wings strait into my container..OMG. I could barely choke down these wings. They had no flavor, they were greasy as all get out and I am so sorry I had such a bad experience. I will not visit this location again. I highly recommend to others viewing this post, not to visit this location. As with the other reviews of this location, this poor rating is pretty consistent. read more

Wingstop - This was a bathtub full of grease. Unacceptable. . - Chicken Wings Near Me - Decatur, Georgia

They treat they employees like crap.... They make them work all day and everyday....with no days off.. then they threatened the employee to fire them when they need a day off they handle personal business the overworked you and underpay you the corporate office they never handle it business they always lying on each other or to each other you never telling the big bosses what's really going on to cover their butt they watch on camera and watch you work like a dog and then when things go wrong they want to ask you the question. This is really a bad company to work for when they more concerned on making money for them then to pay you I wouldn't recommend anyone working for this company read more

Garlic Parmesan &Korean bbq lawdddd they so good!! & the fries with Cajun seasoning. My go to I'm never disappointed!

When you first walk in it's smells bad like the floors are being mopped with old dirty mop water. The whole staff looks as if they have attitudes and the cashier was very rude and had no personality and was on her phone the whole time upon arrival. The cook had his hat tilt to the back and didn't speak very unprofessional. The food being good is the only thing keeping this place open. read more

I love their fresh cut fries but, the wings; to me, they look and taste (the meat, not the seasoning) like GMO wings.

Stay away it's all bad manager to the staff looks like no one cares shut it down in Gordon Ramsay voice The young people there don't understand giving you hot food wings barely warm french fries cold rolls hot I wish I would've followed the reviews please stay away save your 20 bucks read more

Been here twice in 1 week. Fast service, good customer service, restaurant was clean and the food was cooked to perfection. The only thing I didn't like was that they charge $1 for a small ranch dipping sauce. I've never paid extra at other Wingstop locations or any other wing place & I think it should definitely come with the order because they are already pricey. read more

Our 1st time here tonight and I'm not impressed. We ordered 2, 15 wing combos and paid $40!! The food is extremely overpriced and the customer service is not great. We also ordered an extra fry and the lady questioned us stating "u know that's a lot of fries right?" The wings aren't giant, the fries were decent, but nothing worth $40. We won't be coming here again, there are plenty other wing places in the area with better wings, better prices and better customer service. read more

I was so happy when I heard that Wingstop was coming to the area. But this location (Flat Shoals Pkwy) needs to revamp the business or close. COVID-19 is going on right now and their are a lot of people who would love to have these employees jobs. I ordered through WingStop's website and paid, but DoorDash delivered our food. This is the 2nd time that our order was missing items and I am done. DoorDash doesn't help when you order on WingStop's site,'so I am just out of luck. And Wingstop never answers their phone so you can never report anything or try to get resolution. Customer service goes beyond helping the customer in your face. There needs to be some changes made; or they need to give their rental space to somebody else. Horrible service read more

I tried this spot for a second time terrible. Wings under cooked, fries were greasy just terrible. Not going back

I went here today for the 1st time and it was horrible. I spent $30 and they got my order wrong and the food taste was nasty and undercooked. Maybe this was just a bad cook or crew but when I went in to dine in the table was broken swiveling all around in circles rocking back and forwards I just got up and took my food to go I should have checked the bag because I would've asked for a refund. We will see if the owner or manager gives me a call back because I left a comment on the website as well read more
