Extremely unprofessional extremely slow and ghetto. I'm not normally one to complain but this place is a joke

Walked in the restaurant to pick up my To-go order and was informed that they "ran out of chicken". I ordered 10 bone in and 10 boneless wings, so i just asked to be refunded for the bone in wings. The lady working was fine with that and made the order. After receiving my food I expected to have some type of receipt to show the refund. I was told that she couldn't do that because she would "need to put it in the computer". I ended up leaving without receiving my refund for the wings. Not sure if they plan on refunding the money tonight or not. Just a terrible experience. So many ppl inside waiting on orders that they placed online an hour ago. read more

Who is supervising all the staff? A bunch of teenagers working here with horrible customer service. They still need guidance and supervision, work ethics and customer service training. Very disorganized, they lie to customers and make them wait for an hour only to find out the online order was missing. The girl at the register cannot multi task and appears to be lost and tells customers whatever. They are texting on the counter. Has the health dept inspected this place? Management your staff needs guidance and training still! They even burned the fries because no one is watching them. read more

In general I like Wingstop. The food is generally the same regardless of location as far as flavor, or at least it should be. This location gets two stars because I do like the food. However, they are lacking in the customer service department and for that I would award them zero. I placed an online order and when I showed up, I was told that it was almost ready. The lady behind the counter said, "its cooked and they are just bagging it up." So I sat down and after several minutes I got up and asked again about my order. A different person behind he counter told me they didn't have an online order for me. So I opened my email and showed them the receipt. Then they made my order; no apologies given. I was unable to speak to the manager as she was on the phone dealing with a customer complaint. I watched them bag my food and set it on the counter; no one said anything to me. I placed my pick up order at 5:15pm to pick up at 7pm. I understand being a little behind but not 30 min behind for a order placed 2 hours prior. Also the customer service deserves no stars. The lack of care or anything was just absolutely ridiculous and comical. Workers just lazily moving around. This will be the reason I never go to this location again and maybe a wingstop. I believe maybe there should be some type of management there to help the bad 18-20 year olds working. I'm glad I didn't leave a tip I definitely would of wanted it back. And 30 min later for only 24 wings. I honestly would of loved my money back and went to anywhere else. And I it's amazing staff leaving the kitchen laughing going to grab a drink and having a great time when there's a room of people visually irritated ordered are so behind and no care. Horrible!! Boneless wings were smaller than chickfila chicken nuggets. Ordered a 6 piece combo got 6 smaller than nuggets size wings. All our bone in wings tasted like chicharrones. We did NOT order our wings well done and man were they WELLL done. We ordered ahead and still waited 20 mins in the store. Understanding of getting wings on the day of the super bowl I called on my way to the Wingstop to see if it's a long wait time was told 30 mins from when I would get there and order. Only to find out that as soon as I get there they are not placing any orders till later. Tried to call in my order the phone rang and rang, when i arrived i called inside the restaurant girl standing by the phone talking to the girl in the back never picked up. Worst wingstop I've ever been too. Waited 40 mins for my order. Finally get my order and leave. Get almost home, they call me and say "we gave you the wrong order!" Then I have to turn around and drive all the way back. Get here and my order is wrong. So now been waiting for over an hour for my order. So much for movie night with my family with our wings. I recently posted about this place and not having any issues well, I guess I spoke to soon. Before I even updated this review I went here a few times I had issues each time. My most recent issues which irritated me was when I was overcharged, the person who was working just asked for my phone number and said a manager would call after refunding me. Well, it's been 2 weeks and I recieve no call or refund so I guess it was just one of those things to get me out of the door. Needless to say, I live not 5 minutes from here but I will be traveling to the next closest outside of this location from now on I just dont like the way they do business. read more

Drove past this location for about 2 years and never tried it until now which is bizarre because I like wing stop. The wait is ridiculous for fried wings. My food comes out 50 min after I order, and I had ordered the 5 wings combo. The wings I received were so small they threw in an few extra; but they were so small that they were just bone, skin and sauce. The fries came out black and soggy. The service was awful. I've never been so disappointed with wing stop and I know it's just this location because I grew up close by a wing stop and never had such an awful experience. I ordered from doordash and the cashier gave the driver the wrong order. When I called Wingstop they said yes the cashier gave the driver the wrong food but no they couldn't do anything about it. I called doordash and they said Wingstop has to call doordash to resolve this. Doordash calls Wingstop and the lady from doordash says Wingstop says they will correct the issue. I call Wingstop back and the lady says she left a note for John the GM to issue me a refund. So I'm left with a $30 order that never came, both companies who refuse to take responsibility and an order for Brent that I can't eat. Seems Brent likes SUPER spicy wings I have severe reflux so this is going in the trash. After reading the reviews tonight I'm not surprised. Go elsewhere! read more

For $ 12.00 garlic parmesan combo I received some cold and wrinkled Potatoes, the wings only the thin part and no thighs, it is supposed to be 4 thighs and 4 thin pieces. Poor food! The food was really good, very fresh and everything was quick. The staff were very nice taking our order and I felt they really wanted to make sure I had a great experience. The manager made a point of speaking to us to make sure we had a good experience and find out what we thought.
