Super disappointed in my Wingstop experience (July 4th). Firstly, it was water all over the place in the entrance. No sign or nothing to give warning. Secondly, I ordered 2 different things the mix and match and a 3 tender meal. You would THINK the meals would be boxed separately. I came here recently last Friday night. I was actually impressed with how quickly I was able to get in and out and how good the food was. Now, my typical experience at Wingstop is long waits even if you order online. I ordered 20 wings with 2 sides and a drink and came to pick it up 20 minutes later and it was ready! Another pleasant surprise was that in this night it wasn't busy, the restaurant was also clean. This was my first time at this location. Now, I would say check your food before you leave because they did miss my carrots, but I caught that before I left the restaurant, and it was corrected. My wings were cooked very well and tasted great. I had the lemon pepper, which was a bit salty, but other than it was good; I had the Hot Honey flavors, which was very tasty and had a kick but nothing crazy. I also ate the mango habanero, which I liked. This wasn't very spicy, but the flavor was delicious. The chicken was seasoned and fired perfectly I know the reviews are poor for this spot, but my experience last Friday was pretty good, and I'll be back. I used the mobile app to place my order and my food was ready on time when I arrived. The young lady working the front was extremely friendly and courteous with everyone, offering cups for water for a few waiting on their orders. The dining area was clean and comfortable so I stayed to eat there before continuing on my way. This is halfway between Frisco and Denton, which I commute between frequently, and like having a great place to grab a quick bite in between. My tenders were well cooked and my fries were excellent! We have had numerous orders that are not correct. Our last 3 orders were not even close to what we ordered. The only reason we keep going back is their location to our house. That stops today. Last night's order had atomic wings..a 10 wing order. We ordered 20 wings (different flavors) with fries and veggies. I cannot imagine how these guys stay in business. If I could give this location a ZERO, I would! The entire establishment should just shut down. To start they are incredibly slow. I told the manager about the garlic Parmesan not having any seasoning on them I was actually going to let them slide with them being soggy, but the seasoning part just didn't sit right with me. I mean there was absolutely no seasoning as far as the garlic Parmesan sprinkle on my wings neither was it on my Cajun wings and when I tell her that, she tells me "you may have been getting extra seasoning from the other crews or other Wingstops that have been serving you." What Lady? I told her I would go ahead bring the order back drive back to the location and have them remake but I pointed out the website when you go on their website it shows you the clip it shows you that all of the flavors have some sort of sprinkle & when I tell you guys these had none...PLEASE refer to the pictures below. This is the last time I'll be visiting this location and I'll try out the Prosper location instead. I mean it's got three stars, but it's better than the two that this one has. It's one thing to make a mistake it's another thing to blame the customer or another crew/location because yours did not come through with a promise on the quality of what it claims to have/offer! I always say, it's the PEOPLE you hire that can make or break your business. Wingstop, Please provide better training for this horrible location.
