Currently sitting in this location as I type this. As soon as I walk in, there is a girl on the phone seemingly arguing with a customer that is asking for clarification. She was obviously annoyed by their questions. There was a guy waiting to be helped, he was finally helped by a guy that came from the back because the girl was too rude to tell him to please hold on for a second. The guy rings up the guy that was initially waiting and then walked away and didn't help me or anyone else that had been waiting. The floors in the kitchen and dining room are disgusting. I wish I would have taken a picture. When I was finally able to place my order the girl acted like she didn't understand when I said split the flavors for a 15 piece. She looked at me like an idiot. How hard is it to split 2 flavors..(7 on some, 8 on the others). I understand they are a young group working at this location. But this was terrible. I definitely won't be back here. Placed an order online, after I hit a confirmation from my bank (chase) I called them to double check and confirm gar they had my order ready, well the cashier that picked up the call assured me that they did but have my order ready on their screen and that they cannot not confirm my order. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said that manager was busy, I was placed on hold and when she came back on the phone, manager was not available still. I will never come to this location again. For the past two times they've said 20-25 minutes for my wings to be ready, yet I always get there early because you never know, and both times my wings were ready way earlier than expected which would normally be a good thing except that they were just lukewarm when I got home! And what if I would've given it the time they predicted?? Ridiculous... So what I think is going on here is that these kids (because it's ran by a bunch of kids) are premaking a bunch of wings and just tossing them when the customer requests a certain flavor. I walked in to pick up my paid for tip included order. it was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. the chairs have been on top of the tables for the entire time. this restaurant doesn't close until 1200 am. we had to pull down chairs to sit while we continued to wait, with two other waiting customers. Never a thank you, welcome, can I help you. Never a hi. just, you picking up or placing an order. I know it's the end of a long day. I know service industries are not the easiest places. I'm not eating inside and I still provide a generous tip. I didn't even call to place the order so the interaction of myself and the staff is minimal. The worst wing stop I've ever been to. Wait time is an hour+ and for some reason the wings are soggy and cold, fries are stale and I wish I could review the celery or carrots sticks but they never came with my order even though I ordered them. I've avoided this Wingstop location since moving to thearea purely on the poor reviews. But last night wings sounded good, and I really like Wingstop. First of all, it's the largest and nicest Wingstop I've been in - and they were busy. I ordered and was told that the wait would be 25 minutes...strange, since I'm used to the usual 14 minutes. I sat down for my wait and noticed a lot of people doing the same - waiting. The two guys in the kitchen were frantically working, and at least half the orders were for pickup it seemed. My wings came out after about 20 minutes with s couple near me that had been sitting when I came in, still without food. My chicken tasted kind of old, chewy, and wasn't hot - but my fries were. Watching the kitchen (in full view in this location) I realized that they were at least one person short for being this busy, and one of the two had to break off and cover the register when the girl had to check bathrooms and bus tables. I think this location's whole problem comes from being under-staffed. Hey owner! Do yourself, your employees, and the area a favor and staff up! I bet the turnover is huge, the cooks were worn out. Update: I was craving wings last night and thought I'd try this one again. Clearly more people working this time, wings took the usual 15 minutes. The place was clean and the wings were a 4 out of 5...not the best I've had but pretty good. One complaint however, the music was too loud and pretty annoying - the kid at the counter had to repeat his questions a few times for me 1) hear over the music and 2) he spoke like typical teens with the sentence slurred into one word. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I've tried this place multiple times and keep getting disappointed. First time food was soaked in grease with no flavor . The order was 25 minutes off on the wait time but being the AFC/NFC championship game I can understand. I ordered 25 hot wings and when I got home I realized that I actually only got 21 wings. That was disappointing but it was something you could overcome. When your wife goes to bite into the first wing and see's someone else's hair stuck into the chicken wing with sauce on it. Order a 10 piece over the phone and waited about 15-20 minutes before i left my house to head up to the store to pick up my order and when I walked in 2 young ladies was working the front counter and apparently her mother was standing on the side telling the young lady how to do her job which I get it but the shift manager should be doing that because that's what that individual paid for. Wings were tasty (the lemon pepper specifically is as great as they say) and mild was good too. Fries were warm and seasoned as expected. Super Bowl Sunday- they didn't even let customers in to eat bc they were backed up with phone orders. Customer service could improve. It's the closest Wingstop to us so it seems convenient to stop by/order out, however even with what seems to be appropriate staff (6+) they almost always have a long wait time (over 30 mins- today was 60 mins). I've tried to call to get in line and order. They either do not answer or keep us on hold to where we have already arrived (and then have to wait) We have been turned away a couple of times (before posted closing time) - "management won't let us take any more orders". Do you want a side of wings with your oil? Another employee tipped a customers order in front of us and laughed at all of the oil that came out of it and bagged it anyways. One employee that went to just get food while off the clock walked behind the counter and prepared her own food without even washing her hands. Was very gross to see! Not only that the app said our food was ready and when we showed up they said it would be about 15 more minutes on top of the 35 we had already waited. Our bag was full of oil at the bottom despite just being bagged and both orders of wings were only covered about 30% with sauce. When asking the cashier about it she stated we could just buy more sauce. You could probably find better wings at a gas station. This is by far the the worst location yet. The so called manager and another worker were sitting around the corner from the cash register, playing with one of their baby. Walked in the restaurant to pick up my To-go order and was informed that they "ran out of chicken". I ordered 10 bone in and 10 boneless wings, so i just asked to be refunded for the bone in wings. The lady working was fine with that and made the order. After receiving my food I expected to have some type of receipt to show the refund. I was told that she couldn't do that because she would "need to put it in the computer". I ended up leaving without receiving my refund for the wings.
