I was having lunch next door and saw the 50 cent boneless wing special, popped in and got a box of 10 (the minimum you can order to get the deal) Was told it was a 9 minute wait, as everything is dropped to order. It was a bit overcooked and dry, I sampled all of their sauces and liked NONE! Ketchup it is then. Service was fine, my son enjoyed it and that is what matters but I wouldn't bother to come back. read more

I'm a regular at Wing Stop. I just moved back to Covina after living in Los Angeles (West Side) for 3 years. Long story short.... Cleanliness great. Service great. Great filling food. Open late. Affordable. Wait time is typical 15 - 20 minutes. This is not McDonald's so food is prepared when ordered. Sorry it actually takes some time. Thumbs up & keep up the hardwork. Grand openings can be tough for any business. read more

One of the cooks was eating wings while cooking and LICKING her fingers w/o washing them! In plain view of the customers! So disgusted with this location! I would give ZERO stars. Wingstop "customer care" does not seem to find anything wrong with this! So disgusting! read more

Don't come to this stupid place!!!! They took 30 fucking mins to make 12 wings!! Like what did they go to the chicken coupe and kill the chickens from scratch?!? Stupid place waited so long my hunger went away!! Smh read more

the service and food was amazing, fast and quick, highly recommended for anyone in the area.

Came in today (08/31/18) at 11pm Honestly the best Wingstop experience I've ever had, the food was AMAZING, and not only that, but the workers were really nice and helpful. Definitely give this 10/10, keep up the great work! read more

Right when my family and I walked in we got such a welcoming greeting by Breanna! Her customer service was on point. She should be acknowledged by her great customer service. We had Nothing but smiling faces from her and the rest of the crew engulfing my family and I in good vibes. Not only did we get to experience great customer service but our food was delicious! The wings were hot and juicy! Not to mention when I would take a bite into the chicken the meat would come right off :). Thank you Breanna and wingstop for giving my family and I one of the best experiences at this location. read more

Went in last night at 10pm and had a pleasant experience. In the past I had always avoided this location becasue of the very poor reviews. I had ordered online and when I arrived, the order was just being bagged up. The boneless wings were crunchy and fresh, and the flavors were awesome. There was literally no oil in the container as well. Also, the ranch is the best at wingstop! I will be coming back for sure read more

I love Wingstop, in my opinion they've got some of the best wings ever! I've been ordering from this location since it opened. It's been difficult ordering over the phone or going in person the first year or two of their business because the staff was so rude. But just recently they've changed their staff and they're much sweeter, helpful, patient and go above and beyond to help their customers. I just placed a phone order and those usually don't go well for me due to the attitudes mentioned above, but a gentleman answered and was professional all throughout. Very happy with the change of positive and helpful customer service!! Their food is usually delicious, I have not had to go back and return anything for dissatisfaction or wrong orders! read more

Wow, 1.5 stars for this specific Wingstop?? WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED!?!?!? Ok, I'll get this out of the way. The wings I get are awesome. Taste great, and are worth the price. But why only 1 star? Well the other reviews can tell you why. - I've been at this Wingstop about 5 times, and each one, I've waited more than 10-15 OVER my awaited time to get my food. - Once, it took the damn employees to notice me seven freaking minutes. And I was at the counter too. At least three employees weren't doing anything and ignored me too. - Once I ordered my food on my phone, and after they finished my food, it took them ten minutes to call me....Wow, glad my food got a bit colder....thanks. - A friend of mine and I went here and they got his order wrong. At least they gave him an extra Blue Cheese and a free drink, but honestly, they're doing bad... All in all, don't expect anything special here. It takes them forever to make food, they're doing their own thing and don't help you until later, and they're extremely forgetful about the customers. read more

Went in the other day and a young man was working and he kept looking at me but not helping me it was completely empty and nothing than after 10 mins he came up and said do you need help or ... like yes I need help I been here for 10 minutes than he continued on to be rude and disrespectful I can hear him mumble to hit other worker look at his kids they don't even look like him worse place ever read more

Horrible customer service. I called and placed an order at this exact location & the lady who answered the phone tried telling me I didn't. I gave the correct number and still, there was no order. She had a bad attitude. read more

Wthell man. I ordered chicken tenders Wet. Not chicken tenders Wet in oil. Never been do disgusted. The mild sauce is horrible it tastes like pure butter. Pictures that company post are no where close to what I got. I'm a wing girl. I know damn well the workers wouldn't eat it dripping in oil. read more

This location is pretty good and has friendly service. Ordered over the phone and there was zeros problems. They where practicing social distancing while providing great service. Parking is pretty tough here so be ready to search for a spot, it's also pretty hidden. read more

My 1st time here. Now I did a phone order, and I got here my food was ready, I didn't have to wait like I do in San Dimas. My service was good. The cashier Mike was very nice. And helpful. He also took my phone order. Now, once I get home to taste my food, and if the wings are good, then this will be my new spot.... It's nice when a worker calls you by ur name. Excellent customer service. read more

Got my order wrong. The manager could care less. I love wing stop but this location does not know what they are doing. Will not be going back here again and don't recommend anyone else to either. FIND ANOTHER WINGSTOP Trust me. read more

They're still new so they have good customer service which def surprised me LOL. I love wingstop and am a diehard fan but if you eat there at any location around you know the longer they've been there the worse the customer service is. The wings and quality are still the same suprisingly. The only thing that threw me off for this location was that they give really little fries (like the correct proportion an american is suppose to eat). but if you're use to a big amount other places usually give to share with friends, you might wanna order an extra fry! read more

So at first I was happy with this place. Placing an order online was easy. I get there and the cashier was NOT friendly at all! She had a nasty look on her face. Then I get back to my job only to find out there was barley any sauce on the wings. I am extremely upset. I should of read the reviews before coming here!!! read more

If I could not add a star I wouldn't! My online order today for delivery was delivered, but no wings!!!!! I order 30 for my guests! Then they just wanted to refund my delivery fee and for me to pick up my order. Are you set!!! Reason I had delivery was because I don't have a car available !!!!! Need to make sure orders leave the restaurant correctly!!! read more

I ordered wings and when I arrived to pick up my order I noticed some of the employees preparing the food had there mask under there nose and mouth. I was also upset that they don't enforce customers to wear mask. 4 customers just hanging around inside with no mask. I won't be coming to this location ever again. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This store definitely needs a refresher on signature service. It took about an hour an half to get my order and it was wrong. Only reason they I am given them a one star is because they gave me a refund. read more

I walked in and Mosess took my order the food was good and I got it in a timely manner the only thing I didn't like is that him and another gentleman were arguing and Mosess was being disrespectful to him while he was trying to walk away. On 12/10/2020 I ordered two 6 piece meals before my lunch break at work. By the time I got there, I could tell my food had been sitting. They had plenty of time to properly bag my order with all of items, but upon arrival back to my work I noticed they missed my side order of veggie sticks that they charged me for. I did not have time to go back to get my side and when I called them to inform them of their mistake, all they did was give my store credit for the side of veggie sticks. I found this very frustrating considering it was a takeout order that they did not double check, and order that I drove too while on a lunch break all to see that I did not receive my full meal. I would have expected a voucher of some sort to get a free meal the next time I came in considering the inconvenience. read more

Their service is so slow. We've been sitting here for 20 minuets watching them talk and give free cookies to their friends instead of making our order. And they didn't have any of their to-go orders ready when costumers showed up. They are treating it as social hour with friends instead of helping costumers or making the food while they have over 6 customers waiting for their order. This is the cook talking to his friends while putting the gloves on the counter before going into the kitchen to touch our food with the same glove. And they haven't made one of those orders since we got here. Terrible customer service. read more

After reading all the reviews before posting mine it just shows that no changes have been made by management. This wing stop location is by far thee most disgusting out dated location. Ice cold food twice in the same 30 minutes of me being here. Employees should be a little more presentable while sitting here eating all they are doing is cursing at the top of there lungs I mean they are dealing with people and food have some common sense. read more

Service sucks here don't recommend coming here after 9:00pm. Workers are just standing around talking like they don't have a job to do.

I'm not the type of person to leave bad yelp reviews but this Wingstop is getting ridiculous. Every time I try to order here it tells me to call them which i understand since I try to order around 11 close to closing, they never answer their phone. It goes straight voicemail. And when they do pick up, I get left on hold and I'll be waiting for about 25 minutes and then they answer and say they can't take anymore orders. So today I called one that's further from my house and they answered by the second ring and took my order. This Wingstop needs to get there things together. I already see a bunch of bad reviews and I won't be trying to order from this Wingstop again. read more

If I could put negative stars I would. I made an online order and it was placed at 9:40pm to be picked up at 11:30pm... Had to wait until CLOSING time to get my food? Wow.
