I came here for TMobile Tuesdays promo for a 3 piece tender combo. The associate working at the front was really great, he was very on top of everything with each customer. I even noticed that a customer called to complain and he handled it very well! My bbq tenders were good but I wish they were evenly coated because the sauce was so good. One of my tenders didn't have much on it. The fries were a bit salty but still good. I hope wingstop does more T-Mobile Tuesday deals! read more

So unfortunately this wingstop gets a two for one reason and it will CONTINUE to be the reason any other wingstop will get a two because its ridiculous that its multiple locations that do not follow what is requested in the order. Specifically to my cheese fries DESPITE the order having a request. I always request extra fry seasoning because for whatever reason with cheese fries they think that the cheese hides no seasoning....-_- it doesnt it just taste bland af with cheese on top. Wings look whatever, is wingstop on like sauce and seasoning freeze or something? some extra fry seasoning as requested would be nice because whats the point of having the ability to request it if the company as a whole wont do it? Third location that doesnt add the extra seasoning as requested. read more

Ordered from uber eats, but I picked up. I actually waited outside until my order was ready. My fries were so cold I asked for them to replace them and they ignored me until I predicted they finally paid attention to me and switched it. When I got home my chicken sandwhich was so hard it was inedible. Only thing that was "ok" was my wings. read more

It's the best breath of fresh air on that line of businesses in this mall. I love the wings and fries and soda here. The place is always clean including the rest room. And the team is always professional. My sons choose this place over more expensive places for some reason, but that's more than ok with me. If Wingstop is given as a choice, for my sons there is no other option. I'm a regular here since it opened up - saving me from driving to Glendora. Another is opening up near the Target and Metro but parking looks suspect there in quantity. Who knows. But, let's hope the same owner will be at both. Thanks Wingstop! read more

I placed a large order for a party online. I picked it up when I requested and everything was ready, fresh and correct, everyone at the party enjoyed the food. I was appreciative of the service and attention to detail as well as the double checking of my order number and ID given it was a large order. read more

Not sure why this wingstop has two stars. The service and staff are great. A tall guy with a cap and beard helped us. He was very nice, helped us with our order and told us the best deals and made recommendations. This location was showing the world series and the lakers game. I like the new monitors that show us the wait for our order. The restroom and location was clean. I just appreciate good customer service. This wingstop isn't the closest to my house but I will be coming back instead of going to the closest location because the service isn't like here. read more

While today is superbowl sunday and i knew everywhere would be busy i decided to place an hour order one hour ahead. Lo and behold we get there and the food is not ready no apologies, and no urgency. These employees clearly don't know how to move urgently or understand anyone that ordered ahead. I feel insulted by this location. Be better. And for those that are rolling their eyes or dismissing it as "well its superbowl Sunday" thats why i ordered ONE hour ahead. read more

I went on there website to order a 6 piece of tenders 16 boneless wings a large frie 3 dips and 4 flavors. I was disappointed that it would only allow me to do 2 flavors. So I call it in and they said they could not honor what they have online. There machine would only allow 2 flavors even though it is advertised as 4 flavors. I asked is there a manager I could talk to. The young lady would not put a manager on the phone and would not honor they're offer. I would not complete my order. I felt she was not honoring the customer is always right rule. So disappointed with this company. read more

Service here is always horrible but today took the cake. I was waiting in line for my food in a line of four people and some random girl walked in and the cashier looks like he wants to flirt with her so he let her cut the entire line! We were all waiting to pick up an order but I guess that doesn't matter when you're not attractive to the cashier. what a joke read more

Make sure to check your order before leaving because this location will refuse to give you a refund after they give you the wrong order. Seems illegal to refuse the customer a refund for a mistake made by the employees. Ordered ahead and was given the wrong order. Left the food untouched and just wanted a refund to eat elsewhere and was held hostage for 45 minutes while waiting for a replacement because they said it was impossible to get a refund. read more

My husband got his cards stolen. For a week hes had to pay with cash while we wait for new ones. I ordered food he went to pick up and got denied payment because he was gonna pay with 100. Staff is always so nice and accommodating. Food is good. Highly recommend this location.

Food, service and ambiance excellent. Always friendly staff and well cleaned & maintained establishment.

I ordered online at www.wingstop.com and ordered carryout. Ordering online was quick and easy! I'd recommend skipping the wait, order online, and pick it up after 20 minutes. This location is always on point in making sure online orders and phone orders are ready. There is rarely a wait. My visit to Wingstop Covina was because I was craving their Boneless Garlic Parmesan chicken. I got the 15 pc Meal for 2. I'd recommend this if you plan to share with your friend or S.O. because it's the perfect amount of food. If you order anything from Wingstop, make sure to get this. It's in every single one of my orders. I decided to try something new and got the Classic Cajun wings. It was a little too salty for my liking but it was fine. The 15 pc Meal for 2 comes with veggie sticks (OR another side) and 2 soft drinks also and was about $23. I was feeling extra hungry when I ordered online so I even added Crispy Tenders, haha! Only $1.99. I definitely recommend coming to this Wingstop location. Fast service and great food! read more

I've had issues with this location over the years but tonight they really were exceptional. Whoever made the wings tonight (August 31 at 12am) did a great job especially considering how late I ordered. Thank you for doing it right. I'd also like to add that the Louisiana voodoo fries were the best I've ever had from the 3 locations around here. Keep this person on your team and your reviews will go up. read more

I am sorry staff is really nice but they always give me the wrong items or missing things! Maybe needs better management

This Wingstop sucks. They don't know how to cook fries because every time I order them they're always soggy. Someone needs to teach him how to use a fryer. And also, they need to clean out the oil. read more

Unfortunately ordering over the phone at first was not possible due to waiting on hold for so long. I was even able to drive to the location while still being n hold. I then went inside and tried to order anyway. To my surprise they were not very busy at all, so they immediately asked me for a mask, which was totally fine. I asked if they had a mask to offer and said it was not my plan to come inside to order in the first place. I was told "no" they do not carry masks. I checked the number and told them I would call in and order as a solution. When I called back 4-5 times while outside their phone was constantly suddenly busy. I even waited 3 minutes or so long between each call to give them a chance. It was clear they didn't like being asked why they left me on hold and they refused me service because it was pointed out. I don't appreciate it when the service I wanted is made difficult for no reason. All I needed was to grab some food and go home. I am now going somewhere else after wasting an hour of my time here with these people. Sad to leave a bad review as I would have rather left a good review. All you had to do was answer the phone and take the order, that was your only job to accomplish. Fail read more

I love this place! They always have the best service! Food always taste great and the manager is super friendly!

On 9/28/2024 at 11:45pm Macdiel (team member) gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever had. He was rude & refused to make my wings well done (which isn't much longer than regular made wings) because they were closing soon & he said he had plans to get to. I am 7 months pregnant and had just gotten off working late myself. I've been in customer service for more than 9+ years and i would NEVER give that kind of treatment to a paying customer, let alone a pregnant woman! i literally cried because i hadnt eaten all day and was looking forward to wings. I really hope the manager speaks to him about his behavior and actions towards a customer. That is unacceptable to me & as a member of management where I work I would not take that lightly from one of my employees. His attitude made the environment so terrible as well. read more

Quick, polite, and delicious. I've had some bad take out experiences, but this was 10/10. Destiny saw me at the front, and was very professional and happy to serve. I know it's easy to dismiss, but this made the experience very pleasant. Thank you again destiny! read more

Second time here and the last. The service is horrible. The food isn't made to order. Stacy had the worst attitude. I drove all the way back because instead of garlic Parmesan I got plain. She opened it, smelled it and told me it is garlic. Then gives it to guy in the back to put sauce on it she said. Was offended when I told her I didn't want them after she shoved her nose in them. She starts yelling after the manager asked me how many it was, I had ordered 14 and she kept saying it was 10. I had my receipt, said 14. These were the driest garlic Parmesan wings I've ever had. Not what I'm used to having. Seemed like they got the wings threw the Parmesan on there and called it a day. Guys go somewhere else. No need for this attitude. Stop buying here. read more

Editing this review bc I'm seeing the district manager responds the same copy and paste messages to all concerns. Horrible Literally the worst customer service. I come here frequently so I usually order from here and have learned my lesson that although it says ready 16-21 mins it has been ready within 5 with no notification resulting in your food sitting there for 20 minutes. So today I place an order and go in within 5 minutes, I simply say, "Hey I'm just checking on my order." and the front cashier with red hair says it will be 20 minutes before it's ready... the place is empty no crazy amounts of orders coming in.. 25 mins for a 6 piece.. okay cool fine whatever so I leave to wait. I go back in like 15 mins just to advise I'm here and see a single bag sitting on their rack.. which of course is mine. So I ask a new cashier, blondish brown hair, how long has my order been ready? she rudely says I don't know I just got back from lunch and I just stare at her to which she checks the receipt and says well it says it should've been ready at so and so time and it isn't even that time.. as she's already getting defensive I say calmly that's fine, but that is not what I am asking. Would you be able to see how long my order has been ready for? She rolls her eyes and turns to one of the guys and asks him and he looks dumbfounded saying 5 mins and kind of shrugs ... it's the only order and I'm sure he made it so I'm not sure where his confusion was. So I leave and of course my fries are cold, not warm, COLD. & the wings are warm, not hot. Bc the girl who dramatically told me it'd be another 20 mins made it seem like I'd be receiving fresh food. & then I check my app and it still doesn't say it's ready so they didn't even update it for me to be notified.. my biggest take from this is, if the roles were reversed and you were limited to your 40 minute lunch, would you not want warm food with accurate time efficiency? Communication is a simple thing, and customer service should not be so far below expectations as you signed up and are getting paid for a customer service based job. & no Wing Stop, I do not want free fries for this unfortunate incident. read more

This place is garbage if i can give negative stars I would... I normally go to the location on Azusa but realized this one is closer and for some reason the Azusa location was closed. Order 30 wings ( 5 mango habanero, 5 hawaiian, 10 honey rub, and 10 plain) nothing crazy. Was rung up by the mod Mac, went to Superior came back wasn't done yet .. no issue sat down and waited. Girl called my name asked her 30 wings right... she says yes. I get to my car and think...maybe I should check ( the location in Azusa has shorted us before) I see only two boxes... 10 of the plain are missing. I go back tell the girl hey 10 are missing...and the she says sorry... takes the bag and I sit down and wait. She calls me again.. this time she opens each box.. 10 plain, 4 mango habanero, 11 honey rub, and 5 hawaiian) .. What the hell? I ask her can we fix this and can I have each set of wings in their own box or at least put the 5 mango and the 5 hawaiian together. Sit down again.... Girl calls me again.. she opens the bag up to see that they keep the wings together, didn't as i asked or what she told them. Asked to speak to the manager ... turned out as I mentioned to be the guy that rang me up. His answer to me was issue was "human error"... I explained to him that first off had I left I would have been missing part of my meal... he didn't off any discount just a poor excuse and a refund. Took the refund ... went to the Glendora location .. then found out that he didn't give me the correct funds. He only gave me back the total prior to tax being added to the order...so he basically shorted me like $4. I called this location while I was at Glendora pissed ... his answer is come back and I will give you the rest of your money. I was going to go...but I wasted 45 mins with that place... I will never go back to this location. They need better management and apparently better employees if they cannot count chicken wings and or take direction. read more

Horrible wing stop. Online order said 30 mins and came in 45 mins later on purpose so it would be ready. Came in and it wasn't ready. Guy said 5 mins and 10 mins went by and still haven't called my name. Went up to tell them and the bag was on the rack this whole time! Unbelievable SMH these people are incompetent and they want $20 an hour and can't even do their job right. Do better wing stop or hire qualified people for $20/hr read more

We usually order through food app and pick it up but this time we decided to order inside the location and it was not a busy night at 6:30pm. The young blonde girl was very rude and did not seem to enjoy her job. Very snappy as we were ordering. Also they stop taking bigger bills at 6:30pm, which our order was about 60 and tried paying with a 100.... So that's fine but they should have a sign to let us know as we had to go back to the car for the card... signage should be posted and you would think buying 60 worth of food they could have taken it... but no. I get it but post a sign so before we order we know, what if we didn't have our cards with us.... Inconvenience. Kindness seems to be lost as even taking our order, they rather chat about their hair which they were, then focus on the customer as we are thinking. Overall from now on going to the San Dimas location unfortunately. I paid for carrots and came home to find they did not even put them. Bad service. read more

Did mobile order and they still did not do the order right. Food was cold and wings were dry as hell. Not worth the $60 I paid for 40 wings

Every time we use this location (and I don't know why I keep trying them!!!) something is ALWAYS wrong. I called to add to my order and they couldn't help me add RANCH. Literally didn't want to charge me separately for sides of ranch. I don't take issue in paying for extra BUT I purchased 20 wings, a large fry, and veggie sticks. You would think they would accommodate dips for that many items (they said I only get one side of ranch). They did not. So I wanted to BUY more. Still, they did not.
